花甲是新鮮的,經飛咗半殼,入口內沒沙,以姜蔥蒜、辣椒、芫荽、醋等調成的醬汁中浸泡,個醬汁好好食,而且花甲好大粒且實用,索曬醬汁,酸辣適中,值得推介。
