難得的平日放假,要享受下平日的優惠 - 下午茶。下午時間三點三入座,安排到我們二人坐卡位。下午茶套餐包茶芥和加一服務費,可選主食和前菜各一。小辣担担面面食,是細碗的份量剛剛好沒有辣味濃濃的花生🥜味道,好膩的面幼細,沾滿花生味道,每一口都滿足小籠包是主食一籠四個肉餡比較粗糙,細滑一點會加分小籠包皮薄,而且夾上不會穿的小食餚肉有4件整體ok啫喱部分彈滑的小食五香牛肉展有4片可以照燈的,通透!整體食物,服務,環境都值得推介!性價比高!

喺九龍灣食咗呢度咁多間酒樓都係覺得最好食都係呢間所以我哋就訂咗枱為咗同一位同事farewell仲預訂咗我哋最鍾意食嘅片皮鴨添可惜去到酒樓,部長話要我地order幾點開始燒先至會做片皮鴨,咁所以佢話如果而家嗌就要我哋等九個字😱係咪好奇怪😪我哋12點半訂枱正常就梗係差唔多12點半有隻片皮鴨上啦最後我哋都係冇order,因為等唔到九個字雖然呢度啲嘢食係幾好味但係就覺得啲人嘅服務好奇怪諗嘢唔合邏輯😕成班同事都話好失望冇得食片皮鴨

今日同朋友去德福廣場食野,一向德福一期都好多人,而二期的食肆人好多。我地選揀了金滿庭,因為內裡環境寬敞,兩旁是卡座,坐得舒適。小龍包有8隻,皮薄,上枱時還是熱辣辣的。一咬下去有好多湯汁,味道鮮甜,裏面的餡料味道醃得剛好。 生煎包也挺香的 ,有不少芝麻,令味道更可口。可惜的是,生煎包的温度只是微暖,如果熱辣辣的會更好吃。磨茹牛柳蘑菇和牛柳,兩種食材有兩種口感,食材獨當一面又能互相配合。牛柳肉質軟腍易入口,磨茹本身的味道香口。唯獨是比較咸,淡口些會更好。和尚戴帽和尚戴帽是木耳粉絲炒小棠菜,上面有炒蛋蓋着。味道少少咸,木耳爽脆令道菜生色不少。配了個叉子燒餅。燒餅皮薄香脆,香口有口感。 可以把粉絲及其他配料放進燒餅食 。口感更豐富。金滿庭金滿庭食物水準不錯下次會同家人一起來。

椒鹽黃花魚比想像中大條得多,椒鹽味好夠,細魚骨同魚尾酥到可以吞埋,而又保持到魚肉嫩滑,高水準!

同老婆Happy Friday, 去左金滿庭。兩個人幾餓,所以都叫左幾多野。 叫左個四分一雲呑雞,湯好鮮雞味,雲呑又入味,雞肉都嫩囗,齒頰留香。由於我喜歡食魚,就叫左個糖醋魚塊,酸甜味交錯,但又好夾,好開胃。最後當然要食小籠包,好juicy ,吃時小心燙口。最後要一讚係呢度既職員好有禮貌,好好招呼,服務十分理想。

星期天晚飯。知道服務員很忙,所以沒笑容,像被人欠債了。菜有一條肥大肉厚菜蟲,她們說是正常,我們堅持退回。咕嚕肉,肉質粗糙,最基本的香港小菜也做得不好。川貝燉雪梨,雪梨𠆤中間微暖,原裝川貝仍是一粒粒。鷄絲湯麵,小籠包,鬆肉盒子,算是可以了,埋單超過600元。門口的招牌有很多推介廣告,但懷疑自己去錯地方。餐廳地方算清潔,但服務質素有待改善,包括經理在內。客人願意付五星級的價錢,但請做回五星級的水準。
