媽咪話以後唔好嚟呢間食,再睇返好似個名有啲唔同,多左個御字,心諗係咪入錯左!

環境裝潢都很好, 又夠寬敞, 除了前台男職員的問題外, 服務都可以接受, 食物質素只屬中上, 不值得花兩小時等候, 而且價錢也不算便宜, 試一次便算了 🙃

涼拌陳醋紅蜇頭, 有青瓜一齊, 不過味道比較酸. 
四喜烤麩, 味道不錯. 重伴有花生. 呢個好岩我口味.
最後係蘇式燻魚, 呢個我勁推介. 啖啖魚肉. 不過都要小心有骨但唔算多, 超入味. 愛重口味的呢個應該好岩胃口.

個皮好脆. 咬落去卜卜聲. 裡面蝦肉反而比較淡味. 蝦味亦都唔係好出. 有少少失望. 不過外面的'薄荷葉?" 反而幾大味. 就算無入口都聞到.

圍方七月底試業時,人頭湧湧,已經過咗幾個禮拜,不如嚟睇睇呢個新場,是否真的咁特別。

真的好吃的!虾球!小笼包和桂花糕都很不错!(尤其是桂花糕我超爱)又在家旁边,很适合周末和朋友一起去啦啦

不过话说回来,有个烧白菜好像还挺一般的,还有一个酸酸甜甜的红烧肉,应该不会再点。

就是喜歡燙口的湯包, 煎的好、蒸的好,都愛。

家上海既水準好穩定, 圍坊既大圍新店位置方便,佢開11:30 ,我10:30就到,經過見有人排隊耶~~

圍方開咗都一段時間,試咗好多唔同嘅餐廳,今日試吓呢間上海菜。呢間上海菜平時都有唔少人排隊㗎,今日平日都唔係等咗好耐,好快就有位可入。入去梗係要叫番啲招牌菜式皮唔係好薄,不過勝在入邊有肉汁。可能自己本身都唔係特別喜歡上海菜,感覺都係又凍又熱,味道係OK嘅,不過叫做試吓囉。

看到這麼多的好評,自己又好喜歡吃上海菜,雖說是要排隊及限時用餐,深信亦值得一試。可能是希望趁大,失望趁大吧。這一餐算不上好好吃,最多是過得去而已。點了松子桂魚,鮑魚雞煲,小籠包(蒸及煎),荔枝蝦球及原桶黑豆花。熱葷都是普普通通,那個荔枝蝦球更是鹹得要命,沒香味,沒鮮甜味。最好吃是那豆腐花。最好笑的是那裏出菜甚慢,而且會出錯枱。我和家人點菜很久菜還未上,一上菜卻是鄰桌還未下單的。一問,待應送錯枱了。這些都不是甚麼大問題,問題在於限時用餐,點了菜而上不了,不夠時間吃啊!問待應,回答是吃不完可以給你打包。現在問題好像出在顧客上,點了菜,未能及時上菜,吃不完,給你打包,還是要準時交枱😓。或許是我不懂欣賞。一次夠了,沒下次。

每次經過圍方都見到家上海排滿晒人,有時早咗放工就早啲去拎位,等咗差唔多一個鐘先可以入座。因為夜晚食,唔想飲茶令到夜晚瞓唔着覺,所以就問可唔可以轉飲水,但水都要照收茶錢。我哋兩個人叫咗上海擔擔麵、銀絲卷、金牌小籠包、蜜汁脆鱔同荔枝蝦球。擔擔面花生味濃郁,面嘅軟硬度適中,同時可以掛湯,不過由於湯底比較濃,食咗幾啖就好快滯。銀絲卷皮脆,但係入邊嘅餡包得唔夠好,做唔到一層一層嘅效果,會見到有一半係可以做到層次,有一半係普通好似饅頭咁。金牌小籠包味道同鼎泰豐味道相若,但係佢嘅小籠包皮比較口,口感冇鼎泰豐咁好食。蜜汁脆膳反而係令我最有驚喜嘅一碟餸,雖然$98得細細碟,但鱔炸到脆口,配埋甜酸汁,非常惹味開胃。荔枝蝦球係大圍店特有小菜,外型特別,仲有新鮮薄荷葉扮樹葉,食落蝦肉單㗎,不過味道就略為普通。
