上環蘇杭街尾呢間迷你兩層小店,就咁經過都好容易見唔到門口😂不過幫襯過之後,我的確俾佢嘅美食同美酒吸引住!🤩🤩 我鍾意飲酒,最近參加咗佢一個玩嘢清酒pairing😆👍🏼👍🏼 鍾意食嘢嘅人自然明,去到某一個位,追求嘅就唔係幾好食呀幾好飲~而係要有水平又要有新鮮感😆😆🫰🏽食飯吹開水,知道呢度係幾位志同道合嘅專業人士一齊經營,店仔細細位唔多,但係佢哋餐單一啲都唔簡單🤤 佢哋為咗清酒pairing設計咗一系列新菜,頭盤日式蕃茄清湯兵庫縣生蠔配寒天,生蠔肥美新鮮配凍番茄清湯加強鮮味,寒天清爽~ 呢個配搭作為頭盤我都係第一次試😂 有新意,配埋清酒的確係爽嘅~呢個自家製辣椒炒八爪魚我都好喜歡而家食嘢有時都鍾意少少辣,開胃啲~ 個八爪魚新鮮易食,廚師嘅調味真係一絕,處理乾淨俐落唔會"立次次"👍🏼呢個三黃雞髀真係絕對絕對絕對冇得輸我係好鍾意食香口嘢🙈淨係睇佢個香脆外皮,就知咩料😆選用雞好香,外脆內juicy,配埋個雞飯其實多一倍我都食得落~ 海膽意粉配鹹蛋黃,呢個街外都有食過,店家嘅意粉軟硬度適中,加咗海膽同鹹蛋黃有鮮有鹹,飽滿creamy,但係煮得克制唔會用好多sauce俾味,所以唔膩又食到食物原味👍🏼👍🏼納豆芝士味噌撻係呢間店嘅signature之一,新鮮感驚喜度我畀100分我諗得喺呢度我先食到納豆撻😂 佩服廚師藝高人膽大,哈哈哈~ 食到納豆但係唔係淨係納豆味,係淡淡嘅納豆味配咗芝士味同味噌味,成件事出奇地夾👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 當然食飽咗之後一個人食半個撻都夠曬~我啲朋友有啲開初唔敢試,俾我威迫下試咗都覺得正😂🫰🏽 食嘢有時需要冒險,當然都會有失敗嘅時候嘅,不過唔試過又唔知可以咁正!嗰晚係清酒配酒,樓上十幾人混合坐,新知舊友一齊成晚柴娃娃,第一次識都好易吹水,我好享受呢種歡樂氣氛~ 而且性價比非常高🤩🤩我都冇擺曬啲食物相,嗰晚連埋配酒(基本上係飲到你唔飲為止),每人都只係六百幾蚊包埋加一😆❤️ 成件事店家擺咗好多心機,遇到識飲識食嘅food buddies,就成就到成件事我好間唔中先至會記得寫食評,戚起條筋寫係因為啱啱自己去食咗個lunch,二百幾蚊高質,飲埋杯白酒,店家自己淆製嘅香濃蝦湯,兩個特色小前菜,同埋令我娃娃聲驚喜嘅自家煮奶魚湯配鮮帶子沾麵🤩🤩 仲有個香滑抹茶芝士蛋糕~ 加埋杯磨豆黑啡,都唔記得影~ 喺中上環區呢個價錢,食到呢個勁lunch set,係有心做,真係好難得~ 吹水時我有問過其中嘅老闆,佢哋好似冇將自己花心機時間研發菜單配酒同試菜呢啲隱形成本計落去,我心裏面嗰句係雖然有熱情,但係香港地都要圍皮做生意,佢哋舖頭位置又唔係喺開揚大街,要吸客都要加倍努力。老闆嘅答案令人好滾動,佢話因為平時大家畀一個價錢出去食omakase,冇理由係嗰個質素,所以佢哋想做到有水平嘅畀大家。呢間舖頭無論係環境食物服務,我覺得都係有要求型格嘅,當然小店經營好難要求人哋做到具規模酒店式水平,出菜都係要啲時間準備,有個性對我嚟講係優點, 嚟得小店就係輕輕鬆鬆,保持開放去試新嘢,啱傾嘅吹兩句發掘多D😁 老闆們對飲食都好專業,對於我呢啲週圍食嘢嘅人嚟講覺得好難得

話說在餐廳周推介下找到這家小館,西日fusion聽起來好像不錯,便決定去呢度同老公慶生。地方淺窄但總算舒服,只可惜食物跟服務都欠佳:上小食時,男老闆上菜時本想提我哋小心蟹球燙口,但說得略細聲我哋聽唔清,我哋以為佢介紹緊份食物,於是問佢「呢個咩嚟話?」佢就開始燥燥地咁大聲講多兩次,我哋終於聽到,但唔明點解佢咁燥,氣氛都搞到少少僵;唔緊要,之後上海鮮飯,食落發覺飯係生生哋、蝦又灰灰哋色未熟,我哋即刻唔食,然後男老闆過嚟時同佢講返,不過男老闆話呢個dish佢哋係「要煮到半生熟」,之前無講俾我哋聽係「溝通上有問題」…WTH?! 我有個小朋友喺度,你都唔識問吓或諗吓係咪要煮全熟?同埋講真,你呢個煮法都好特別,特別唔安全同難食喎,淨係個飯都仲生生哋硬硬哋煮唔熟果隻,都死啦!係純粹傻豬出現溝通問題,定係煮唔好仲死撐,自己諗啦!去到呢個moment,毫無懸念我真係揀錯呢間餐廳😔老公,對唔住🙇🏻♀️大家去唔去幫襯就自己衡量吓!

喺Restaurant Week Winners Edition偶然發現了一間日本X西班牙菜的清酒吧。它的tapas 及主菜加入了日本元素,仲有多款清酒和葡萄酒選擇。Dinner tasting menu HK$298,包括兩道前菜、一道主菜和甜品——都幾抵!前菜要了 𝙋𝙖𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙚𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨 (青椒仔)、𝙋𝙖𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 (蕃茄多士)、𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙠𝙤 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚 (明太子炸丸子) 👍🏻👍🏻和 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙖-𝙖𝙜𝙚👍🏻 (唐揚炸雞)。最鍾意脆卜卜的明太子炸丸子和外脆內滑的唐揚炸雞!主菜方面,我們選擇了 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙧 (豬頸肉)和 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙋𝙖𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 (西班牙海鮮飯)(+HK$20)👍🏻👍🏻。豬頸肉肥美,有少少咬口。西班牙海鮮飯d海鮮份量都夠兩個人,個底仲有少少飯焦添。食物質素絕對得住呢個價錢。但佢最 — 最 — 最正的一定是 3 x 60mL 𝙎𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙚𝙩 (+HK$120)。前兩款的吟釀清酒(李白峨嵋山及龜泉)分別用咗花酵母及CEL24 酵母,真係香氣四溢❤️ !最正係佢地星期一免開瓶費,星期四清酒半價🤯。Mokuzai 真係啱晒酒鬼們🍶🍷!

No Air Con, seat condition is bad.Service is very bad, the male waitress has bad manner, scolding at me and makes me feel offended.Food is semi raw, they said it’s the style, i had never see a Spanish Paella with seafood and rice semi raw.In contrasts, some food is burnt like charcoal.I am going home with a ruined night.

偶然下發現呢間小店,於是openrice 訂枱試下。店員WhatsApp confirm booking之餘仲send埋menu比你預覽。我怕嘈於是特別安排corner table,好細心的follow up,未食已加分!食物方便有驚喜。首先我最愛的appetizers 竟然有十幾款選擇同埋好特別。其實每樣都好食,尤其是酒盗變奏,喊喊地佐酒小食最啱! 蒜油蝦勁好食! 餃子本身唔係我favorite 但佢哋的雞皮餃子好特別值得一試! 至於西班牙青椒,以前呢樣食物就好特別,宜家成街都有但好明顯唔地道,佢哋呢度就做得唔錯!至於服務,一流! 我地開左兩枝酒唔覺唔覺竟然食到12點。你舒舒服服係二樓食,完全唔知道原來客人走哂! 星期五都完全冇限時 (最憎限時)! 完全冇趕客,我地有點唔好意思,但佢哋滿臉笑容還說,唔緊要我地係樓下飲野喳嘛!呀,還有,途中我地食完碟蒜油蝦冇留意收左隻碟,佢哋竟然再整過蒜片橄欖油再另加一碟番茄醬(好清新!) 等我地可以食埋啲多士,超級窩心!小店加油,下次再帶朋友來試main course!
