上環蘇杭街尾呢間迷你兩層小店,就咁經過都好容易見唔到門口😂不過幫襯過之後,我的確俾佢嘅美食同美酒吸引住!🤩🤩 我鍾意飲酒,最近參加咗佢一個玩嘢清酒pairing😆👍🏼👍🏼 鍾意食嘢嘅人自然明,去到某一個位,追求嘅就唔係幾好食呀幾好飲~而係要有水平又要有新鮮感😆😆🫰🏽食飯吹開水,知道呢度係幾位志同道合嘅專業人士一齊經營,店仔細細位唔多,但係佢哋餐單一啲都唔簡單🤤 佢哋為咗清酒pairing設計咗一系列新菜,頭盤日式蕃茄清湯兵庫縣生蠔配寒天,生蠔肥美新鮮配凍番茄清湯加強鮮味,寒天清爽~ 呢個配搭作為頭盤我都係第一次試😂 有新意,配埋清酒的確係爽嘅~呢個自家製辣椒炒八爪魚我都好喜歡而家食嘢有時都鍾意少少辣,開胃啲~ 個八爪魚新鮮易食,廚師嘅調味真係一絕,處理乾淨俐落唔會"立次次"👍🏼呢個三黃雞髀真係絕對絕對絕對冇得輸我係好鍾意食香口嘢🙈淨係睇佢個香脆外皮,就知咩料😆選用雞好香,外脆內juicy,配埋個雞飯其實多一倍我都食得落~ 海膽意粉配鹹蛋黃,呢個街外都有食過,店家嘅意粉軟硬度適中,加咗海膽同鹹蛋黃有鮮有鹹,飽滿creamy,但係煮得克制唔會用好多sauce俾味,所以唔膩又食到食物原味👍

海膽意粉配鹹蛋黃,呢個街外都有食過,店家嘅意粉軟硬度適中,加咗海膽同鹹蛋黃有鮮有鹹,飽滿creamy,但係煮得克制唔會用好多sauce俾味,所以唔膩又食到食物原味👍🏼👍🏼

納豆芝士味噌撻係呢間店嘅signature之一,新鮮感驚喜度我畀100分我諗得喺呢度我先食到納豆撻😂 佩服廚師藝高人膽大,哈哈哈~ 食到納豆但係唔係淨係納豆味,係淡淡嘅納豆味配咗芝士味同味噌味,成件事出奇地夾👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 當然食飽咗之後一個人食半個撻都夠曬~我啲朋友有啲開初唔敢試,俾我威迫下試咗都覺得正😂🫰🏽 食嘢有時需要冒險,當然都會有失敗嘅時候嘅,不過唔試過又唔知可以咁正!

嗰晚係清酒配酒,樓上十幾人混合坐,新知舊友一齊成晚柴娃娃,第一次識都好易吹水,我好享受呢種歡樂氣氛~ 而且性價比非常高🤩🤩我都冇擺曬啲食物相,嗰晚連埋配酒(基本上係飲到你唔飲為止),每人都只係六百幾蚊包埋加一😆❤️ 成件事店家擺咗好多心機,遇到識飲識食嘅food buddies,就成就到成件事
我好間唔中先至會記得寫食評,戚起條筋寫係因為啱啱自己去食咗個lunch,二百幾蚊高質,飲埋杯白酒,店家自己淆製嘅香濃蝦湯,兩個特色小前菜,同埋令我娃娃聲驚喜嘅自家煮奶魚湯配鮮帶子沾麵🤩🤩 仲有個香滑抹茶芝士蛋糕~ 加埋杯磨豆黑啡,都唔記得影~ 喺中上環區呢個價錢,食到呢個勁lunch set,係有心做,真係好難得~

吹水時我有問過其中嘅老闆,佢哋好似冇將自己花心機時間研發菜單配酒同試菜呢啲隱形成本計落去,我心裏面嗰句係雖然有熱情,但係香港地都要圍皮做生意,佢哋舖頭位置又唔係喺開揚大街,要吸客都要加倍努力。老闆嘅答案令人好滾動,佢話因為平時大家畀一個價錢出去食omakase,冇理由係嗰個質素,所以佢哋想做到有水平嘅畀大家。
呢間舖頭無論係環境食物服務,我覺得都係有要求型格嘅,當然小店經營好難要求人哋做到具規模酒店式水平,出菜都係要啲時間準備,有個性對我嚟講係優點, 嚟得小店就係輕輕鬆鬆,保持開放去試新嘢,啱傾嘅吹兩句發掘多D😁 老闆們對飲食都好專業,對於我呢啲週圍食嘢嘅人嚟講覺得好難得
