果然唔係浪得虛名,真係好好食!個蛋一片好整齊咁蒲上面,整得好均勻,唔會一度好薄一度好厚咁。個䜴油menu上面寫話係間舖特製嘅,少少甜,唔會太咸,果然係好夾個蛋同飯。啲蝦亦都好大隻同好新鮮,夠爽口,唔會霉。真係好滿意
 料固然重要,但個飯亦同樣重要,如果乾爭爭上面啲料幾好食都冇用。個飯夠濕潤,又唔會太濕搞到好痴,啲飯粒係啱啱好黏貼到大家

今日第一次試過芝士西多士就奶野,我唔知佢會自動加埋糖漿。我問佢,佢仲係到串我。話要事先講走糖漿。其實我勁想換左去,我未見過成碟糖漿的西多士,撥走哂都好甜,之後個阿姐問我仲要唔要,佢係甘大力搖個碟。差d d 糖漿去左我件樓,我用佢d 薄紙dull 住,仲要冇哂紙巾,手dirty 左,褸都有d, 食完仲要all, 貼錢也不去呀.....

油塘大本型裏面有好多食肆,更加有一個food court,云云餐廳之中,同朋友到呢間旺記冰室食午餐,叫左自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯配熱檸茶($56)同鮮薑汁豬膶鮮雞湯通粉配鮮牛油麥包多士加4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋同熱絲襪奶茶($46)。叫咗大概5-10分鐘左右已經開始上菜,上菜速度非常之快。首先試左自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯,滑蛋滑嫩,呈半生熟狀態,雖然話有加入牛奶,但可惜奶味唔夠突出,叉燒都肥瘦適中,配埋豉油蔥花,表現中上。薑汁豬膶鮮雞湯通粉,薑汁配通粉的配搭好有趣特別,湯底飲落去有淡淡嘅薑味,而通粉軟硬適中,豬膶一啲都唔乾身,食落唔粉,反而有鮮嫩口感,好食~除餐配有日本滑蛋同牛油麥包多士,$46 來講算係抵食之選!最後要讚一讚絲襪奶茶,茶味夠香濃,奶茶口感夠柔滑,確實係配餐之選!

又黎食旺記冰室喇!佢個蛋包飯真係食極都唔厭。每次都餓到打晒鼓時就會諗起佢個飯。大大碟好滿足今晚黎食晚飯,原來晚市已經無晒叉燒蛋飯,我就只好叫牛肉滑蛋飯啦!估唔到一樣咁好食喎!一黎到,大大碟,賣相已經好討好,仲聞到陣陣甜豉油香味。牛肉都比得幾慷慨,基本上每一口飯都會食到牛肉、滑蛋、同埋好香既蔥!飯量都算多,如果鍾意豉油撈飯,仲可以同佢講多豉油,佢啲豉油係秘製架第二度食唔到!其實50幾蚊有個大大飯餐,真係幾唔錯!

旺記冰室的滑蛋一向出名,每間分店都時常要排隊,今次去油塘店非常好彩,等了幾分鐘就可以入座。我平時一定會叫叉燒滑蛋飯,但原來油塘店主打不是叉燒而是牛肉,可惜我不吃牛,點了其他餐食,味道都很好,份量又大份,食得很滿足。午餐肉蕃茄通粉的午餐肉大大粒,啖啖肉的口感很開心,炸過很香口,外脆內軟。湯的蕃茄味很濃郁,通粉彈牙有咬口,而且不易發脹。多士是厚切麥包,烘過加了牛油,麵包邊香脆,牛油味很香。滑蛋很好吃,不是全熟帶點流心效果,蛋味香濃,是用日本蛋,顏色比平時食的蛋更加金黃色,最喜歡它的油味不重,外面的餐廳會落很多油煮滑蛋,食得到滿口油味感覺很油膩又不健康,但旺記沒有這個問題。凍阿華田大杯,冰少,飲品份量跟食物一樣多。

午餐肉蕃茄通粉的午餐肉大大粒,啖啖肉的口感很開心,炸過很香口,外脆內軟。湯的蕃茄味很濃郁,通粉彈牙有咬口,而且不易發脹。

多士是厚切麥包,烘過加了牛油,麵包邊香脆,牛油味很香。滑蛋很好吃,不是全熟帶點流心效果,蛋味香濃,是用日本蛋,顏色比平時食的蛋更加金黃色,最喜歡它的油味不重,外面的餐廳會落很多油煮滑蛋,食得到滿口油味感覺很油膩又不健康,但旺記沒有這個問題。

今日同朋友放左工,近近地搵左食旺記冰室(油塘區)。本身係灣仔分店食過王牌餐「叉燒.蝦仁雙併日本滑蛋飯(午餐)」,每次去到排曬長龍。朋友未食過,就帶佢黎試下!餐廳內外今次黎到油塘餐廳既旺記冰室,佢位於大本營Food Court大食代入面。因為黎到既時候六點幾,唔太多人。食物選擇晚市選擇唔多,但岩我胃口就得滑牛肉.蝦仁雙併滑蛋飯 $58 (包飲品)今次試下新野,揀左「滑牛肉.蝦仁雙併滑蛋飯」,同埋豬扒炒蛋印尼雙撈麵。兩個都份量十足,滑蛋飯色澤不錯,汁唔會太多。滑蛋熟度岩岩好,口感好滑,不過牛肉稍為遜色,有啲韌,但勝在細塊,咀嚼幾啖就可以呑入口,蝦仁有兩三粒,幾大粒幾爽口。豉油點少得!原來係餐廳自己秘製,帶少許甜,令個飯唔會太乾,又唔會太咸。豬扒炒蛋印尼雙撈麵 $54(包飲品)至於豬扒炒蛋印尼雙撈麵,配搭雖似簡單易整,但豬扒炒蛋要整得好食,都好考廚師功夫。豬扒很juicy,厚身,但都好易入口、唔韌,炒蛋幾滑。印尼撈麵可能攤左幾分鐘都未食,比較乾身,微辣,如果多少少汁就會好啲,或者建議上完菜即刻食,唔會咁乾。飲品--忌廉梳打同熱忌廉咖啡野飲都有其他選擇,如果過 $16既野飲需補上差價,其他唔洗

今次試下新野,揀左「滑牛肉.蝦仁雙併滑蛋飯」,同埋豬扒炒蛋印尼雙撈麵。兩個都份量十足,滑蛋飯色澤不錯,汁唔會太多。滑蛋熟度岩岩好,口感好滑,不過牛肉稍為遜色,有啲韌,但勝在細塊,咀嚼幾啖就可以呑入口,蝦仁有兩三粒,幾大粒幾爽口。豉油點少得!原來係餐廳自己秘製,帶少許甜,令個飯唔會太乾,又唔會太咸。

至於豬扒炒蛋印尼雙撈麵,配搭雖似簡單易整,但豬扒炒蛋要整得好食,都好考廚師功夫。豬扒很juicy,厚身,但都好易入口、唔韌,炒蛋幾滑。印尼撈麵可能攤左幾分鐘都未食,比較乾身,微辣,如果多少少汁就會好啲,或者建議上完菜即刻食,唔會咁乾。

有啲唔開心,其實一心最想係試佢個叉燒滑蛋飯,點知……原來叉燒滑蛋係18:00前先供應!18:00後係供應滑牛肉滑蛋,唉……咁都冇辨法,就叫左個雙拼,滑牛肉拼蝦仁滑蛋飯,同埋包餐飲,都唔算貴,包熱飲,凍飲加$2,又或者$16以下既飲品都唔洗補錢(主要係汽水)。食物好快上枱,幾靚仔,全碟色水唔錯,滑蛋覆蓋哂飯底,上面佈滿滑牛肉,蝦仁就有大約3-4隻,先食一口滑蛋,蛋身做至7成熟左右,唔算好生,偏薄身,味道岩岩好,唔會太咸,滑牛肉就比我預期差左少少,唔夠滑,有少少渣同韌,蝦仁反而唔錯,好彈牙,而精髓同絕不能少既當然就係碟頭飯既靈魂----秘製甜豉油!甜度適中,唔錯,我就好中意食豉油,嫌佢比得太少。

另一碟就試下佢既印尼撈麵,一上枱見到塊豬扒幾有驚喜,因為佢唔似我地平時係茶記食開果啲煎到微微焦既豬扒,而係有點用左西式既煮法,豬扒顏色偏白身,有啲似食Slow Cook果種,完全唔係茶記果款,加上都幾厚身,係煮到岩岩熟,豬味濃厚,肉質鬆軟,我覺得茶記食到一塊似西餐廳煮出黎既豬扒,幾高質。至於印尼雙撈麵就大家都知咩味,唔洗點形容,但略為乾身左啲,佢有落辣醬落去撈,所以辣辣地咁,不過只係微微辣,唔食辣既朋友都會食到。炒蛋份量唔算好多,味道正正常常。


總括黎講,以價錢、人氣、食物質素黎講,性價比其實都ok,今次只係試到佢晚市既滑牛肉滑蛋飯,我唔滿足!一定要18:00前黎食佢招牌中的招牌叉燒滑蛋飯!

油塘大本營大食代food court重新裝修,引入了新餐廳,旺記冰室是其中一間,排隊等候入座都尚算快。開放式廚房一目了然,員工都好快手又有禮。早餐價錢同大快活個啲唔會差好遠,起馬有人拎比你又唔駛揾位。本人覺得好過太興添,總體來講唔錯既,豬潤好食過深水埗,滑唔會硬,淨係個面已經好食好多。下次試下招牌叉燒炒蛋飯。

以前經常來油塘大本型的food republic醫肚,自從今年六年進行大裝修,便一直沒有再來了。聽朋友說原來已經裝修完畢,所以今日便去看看有什麼新餐廳,吃個午餐~ 一到大本型三樓,從遠處已經見到旺記冰室,是裝修後的新餐廳,從外面看,感覺很開揚,很乾淨企理的裝修。在餐廳外看了一看餐廳,價錢很平民,所以沒有多想便入座了。由於今日較早吃午餐,未到繁忙時間,所以人流不多,無須等候,由店員安排入座。一般冰室的舖內面積都擠迫,坐得不舒服,而且感覺很不乾淨,而這間冰室大不相同,座位舒適,出入的通道也闊落,感覺得乾淨,可以舒服地用餐,這間餐廳徹底改變了我對冰室的感覺。每張枱上都放有餐具,餐廳還很貼心地提供紙巾和牙籤~食物款式大多與一般冰室相似,但這間餐廳很貼心地提供了英文版的餐廳,方便外藉人士點餐,很細心! 蕃茄、滑蛋和餐肉都是我最喜愛的食物,當我看見這個喜愛食物鑯三角,就會立即落單!! 所以今日點了一份(午5)特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉配鮮牛油麥包多士和4.3牛奶炒日式滑蛋($50),而餐飲則點了熱華田~ 華田的甜度很合適,不錯~特濃蕃茄湯 午餐肉粒通粉份量足夠,餐肉粒煎得表面很脆,亦不會很油,而湯底的

特濃蕃茄湯 午餐肉粒通粉份量足夠,餐肉粒煎得表面很脆,亦不會很油,而湯底的蕃茄味很濃郁! 不過,由於餐肉已經有咸味,若果蕃茄湯稍為淡一些,就更加完美了!

鮮牛油麥包多士很脆,是即叫即整的~ 雖然對於牛奶沒有研究,但這個炒日式蛋很滑溜,很好味! 我比較喜愛把炒蛋放在多士上吃~ 滑溜的炒蛋配上脆脆多士的口感很好~ 雖然蕃茄湯稍為有點咸,但整體而言,這餐好味,很滿足!
