今次已經唔係第一次食旺記,但就第一次係油塘大本型到食。明明隔離已經係food court咁多位,但估唔到晚市時間嘅旺記依然咁多人排隊。因為餐廳地方唔大,所以都會要求齊人先入座~今次我又點咗呢到嘅招牌菜 - 牛肉蝦仁滑蛋飯($58),再點咗杯飲品 - 凍奶茶 (+$2),好抵食!!牛肉滑身、蝦仁爽口, 最好食嘅一定係滑蛋,再加上甜甜地嘅豉油汁撈埋白飯,真係好香。一啖飯一啖凍奶茶❤️ 而且佢嘅份量一啲都唔少,又咁好食,好快就食哂lu😋😋

牛肉滑身、蝦仁爽口, 最好食嘅一定係滑蛋,再加上甜甜地嘅豉油汁撈埋白飯,真係好香。一啖飯一啖凍奶茶❤️ 而且佢嘅份量一啲都唔少,又咁好食,好快就食哂lu😋😋

中午決定去試下屋企附近新開嘅旺記冰室。聽聞佢最出名嘅就係滑蛋飯,而我又幾鍾意食滑蛋,所以就決定去試吓啦。因為係新開嘅關係,所以都好乾淨,望落印象感覺幾好。而且因為職員都唔少,所以我一入去就即刻有人安排我埋枱,唔使要我等好耐。餐牌選擇就唔多,主要都係通粉同埋滑蛋飯。而當日嘅特製飯餐就係忌廉汁豬扒飯。不過因為我都係想食滑蛋飯啦,所以最後都係嗌左滑蛋叉燒蝦仁飯同熱朱古力。埋單60蚊。杯熱朱古力都係正常茶餐廳會有嘅嗰種,味道冇咩特別。跟住我碟滑蛋叉燒蝦仁飯就到咗啦,上菜時間都唔係好長,大概三四分鐘度。雖然叉燒有啲薄,但係份量都唔少,塊塊都好大塊,而且有好多塊。至於蝦仁亦都係大大隻,咬落去都叫爽口彈牙。而且飯嘅份量都好多,成座山咁多。但係甜豉油嘅份量就有啲啲啲多。不過滑蛋亦都的確係幾滑嘅,唔會炒得太乾身。整體來講,都係一碟幾唔錯嘅滑蛋叉燒飯。

【鮮薑汁豬潤鮮雞湯通粉 $46】當然試啖湯,鮮雞湯內加入薑汁,薑汁味重越食越辣。喜歡薑汁的人應該非常喜愛這個,不過不是人人能夠接受,特別對小朋友來說太嗆喉。另外,薑汁味道太强烈,蓋過鮮雞的味道。不過老實說,湯頭不覺有味精,食完沒有口渴的情況。今時今日已經很少茶餐廳會用豬潤炮製出品,一來唔係人人鍾意食,而且脂肪及膽固醇超高,唔係健康食品;不過鍾意食豬潤的人就會覺得美味無窮。雖然採用了新鮮豬潤,但質素就麻麻地。唔係奢求黃沙潤,因為可遇不可求;只不過處理手法一般,啤水時間唔夠、淥豬潤時間亦過火,雖然未至於粗嚡有渣,但唔夠爽滑。

在油塘有點時間,可以去食個下午茶,到大本型,有不少餐廳,最當眼的是旺記冰室,不用等位,所以入內就坐。早午晚餐及下午茶選擇很多,也有很多飲品可以挑選。揀了茶餐:奶醬豬仔包。豬仔包烘得非常香脆,而且奶醬份量很充足,滲著幸福的甜味和香脆的口感,是完美配搭。另加九元可配印尼撈麵。麵質略略偏硬,但勝在有咬口。調味恰到好處,鹹淡適中。比較可惜的是個淨麵,完全沒有配菜。熱薑樂在坊間很少見,於是點了一杯暖暖身。薑絲份量很足,但薑味不難入口,加上甜甜的可樂,有特色而又好味。Total $47, good deal!

難得今日女兒放假, 可以和她一同 去油塘 食午餐, 看見大本型 大時代 美食廣場, 有一間旺記冰室, 環境寧靜乾淨, 裏面有很多卡位, 我們 就隨意坐下, 剛好十一點半剛剛轉午餐的時候, 看看餐牌套餐 ,最貴的都只是以六十元, 我和女兒都 叫了同一個餐, 就是特濃午餐肉通心粉, 這個 通心粉湯底真是特濃,午餐肉也是大大粒,很厚肉的 ,味道不錯, 加$5可以 由多士轉 奶油 脆豬 配滑蛋, 脆豬 真的十分鬆脆 ,奶油味也十分適中,我和女兒 都讚好, 加$4就可以 改飲薑汁奶茶, 我和女兒都要搶住一試,因為從未試過薑汁奶茶, 這個味道十分特別,很香的薑汁加上絲襪奶茶香濃的味道 ,十分吸引, 加$3還可以改吃沙律, 沙律不是用普通的生菜,而是用新鮮的沙律菜, 配上鮮奶 滑蛋 ,真的很 美味可口啊! 職員的服務態度也很好,很有禮貌的, 這餐 加了咁多東西,平均每人都只是$60左右 , 性價比高 ,食很滿意,比滿分。
