今天是星期天,來這裏飲茶也頗多人,建議先訂位 ,環境整體乾淨 ,略嫌枱和枱之間算密,比較嘈。杏汁豬肺湯,果然好味,杏汁好濃冇欺場,喜歡飲杏仁糊的朋友一定喜歡飲這個湯,豬肺好軟熟,入味,好好味,這個湯自己煲好難煲,多功夫,所以真的要試試.百花蒸魚肚,好味,平時食雞扎,最喜歡都是食魚肚,這個點心 ,魚肚豐富,非常之正, 我下次來也會翻叮.蝦春捲,夠鮮味,也是好好食,偶然有一兩件過火了少少,有燶味,其餘大部分都好味.雪山叉燒包整體唔錯, 略嫌偏鹹,若果唔好太鹹更好叉燒酥,夠鬆脆,只是覺得偏鹹,說實話這個點心沒有什麼特別.陳皮淮山粥,在外面比較少食到,略嫌陳皮味太重,其他都冇乜問題.桃膠桂花糕,跟平常的桂花糕味道大致一樣,沒有什麼驚喜.整體感覺唔錯,可以再來.

桃膠桂花糕,跟平常的桂花糕味道大致一樣,沒有什麼驚喜.

第一次到訪戲曲中心🎼都不知道這裡有開餐廳經𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞搜尋才知道就打算試試這間中菜館然而環境同食物都可以服務卻強差人意而扣分令整個用餐感覺不愉快片皮鴨(第一食)- 半隻$𝟑𝟖𝟎𝟕點半入座,五個人原打算點全隻片皮鴨隨後被告知只淨半隻,也沒關係照點半隻原本怕不夠吃,現半隻鴨便多點其他小菜.片好鴨後男𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟站在旁邊教導食法第一食的鴨胸單吃點醬便可(*¯︶¯*)所以不需要打開蒸籠用餅皮包著吃鴨肉很香,肉質嫩滑,口感不錯👍🏻還等全吃光後便收盤很快上第二食當時還覺得這裡的服務態度不錯呢片皮鴨(第二食)- 半隻$𝟑𝟖𝟎𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟上菜後便打開蒸籠,說上層是餅皮而下層是熱水,所以要小心蒸氣會燙手但不知道是餐廳冷氣太強還是蒸氣不夠當我們包好片皮鴨時,餅皮已變得很冷.然而配菜少得可憐,這感覺是二人份的五個人每次只能慳住取少少包片皮鴨😓.隨後淨下約三、四片的片皮鴨及鴨腿因為第一食的鴨胸已經是單點醬吃了問餅皮會不會有𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥,如需要加錢是幾錢?誰知女𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟回覆是:「無鴨啦喎,你哋仲食呀?」我們感覺莫名其妙,指一指碟並且表示還有數片她繼續說:「我哋餅皮同鴨肉係岩岩夠數,叫咗你哋第一食嗰陣唔好夾皮食

原本怕不夠吃,現半隻鴨便多點其他小菜
.
片好鴨後男𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟站在旁邊教導食法

鴨肉很香,肉質嫩滑,口感不錯👍🏻

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟上菜後便打開蒸籠,說上層是餅皮
而下層是熱水,所以要小心蒸氣會燙手
但不知道是餐廳冷氣太強還是蒸氣不夠
當我們包好片皮鴨時,餅皮已變得很冷
.
然而配菜少得可憐,這感覺是二人份的
五個人每次只能慳住取少少包片皮鴨😓

隨後淨下約三、四片的片皮鴨及鴨腿
因為第一食的鴨胸已經是單點醬吃了
問餅皮會不會有𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥,如需要加錢是幾錢?
誰知女𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟回覆是:「無鴨啦喎,你哋仲食呀?」
我們感覺莫名其妙,指一指碟並且表示還有數片
她繼續說:「我哋餅皮同鴨肉係岩岩夠數,叫咗你哋第一食嗰陣唔好夾皮食」
聽畢真的很🙄,首先第一食時你們的𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟看著我們吃,上第二食時才幫我們打開蒸籠
不論你們是片多了鴨還是預少了餅片
這些設定都不是客人會預先知道的
就是有疑問客人才會提出,但倒頭來竟是質疑客人
她最後問:「加餅皮$𝟒𝟖份(好像是這個價錢,都沒心情聽她說了),唔加的話咁你哋仲要唔要,唔要就收走」
究竟是不是沒有見到還有鴨片及鴨腿😓
即使食物多好,整個用餐心情都沒有了
不想再爭論,說不用加也不用收,還要吃

奶黃味香滑,紅豆中有淡淡陳片味
作為飯後甜品也不錯喔(*¯︶¯*)

如文首所言,這裡的環境食物都可以
卻因為服務強差人意而扣掉了蠻多分
畢竟整個用餐體驗是環環相扣的

我們點餐,為咗方便侍應唔駛佢地等,已經一開始諗好哂食咩,寫哂d餸既然number先叫佢過黎;點知侍應第一句話:我地唔寫number,要講餸名,好啦,咁我地米打開menu逐個揾俾佢,個侍應唔幫手不突衹,仲不耐煩地黑面行開, 嫌我哋睇得太慢。到我哋叫咗一個糖醋伊面,職員第一句說,要等兩小時,因為係手工菜, 師父要做曬出面其他所有單先至會幫你做呢味餸, 你唔好要吧,我地多數推單。 之後我哋叫麻煩加加茶,好吖,結果叫左三次都冇人理。餐具破損, 地氈污糟邋遢。服務衰過平民酒樓,價錢收費五星級。

今日真係嬲到要來寫下評語。朋友慶生飯想食片皮鴨,上星期經open rice訂枱,再補個電話去尼間野預訂埋片皮鴨同白肺湯。好啦,尋日佢地有人打來識double confirm, 我都已經再提一次預訂左片皮鴨。今晚,朋友先到亦有同佢地講一次,等左半個鐘我地問隻鴨上得,個職員仲話排緊單做緊,果時我地飲緊豬肺湯。。即係我訂既菜係無漏單。。。好啦,再等已經1個鐘都無,問個職員時先手忙腳亂check...佢地竟然將我訂既鴨比左其他食客。。。喂,又話預訂先有得食既? 即場問都有駛咩訂?咁都啊止,最嬲係個經理走來話送個“果盤” 當賠罪。。。真係火都來😡🤬來食飯唔係為左個果盤囉,主菜都可以咁錯法竟然想用個比一般熟客,$30都比多佢既果盤來代替$680既所謂要預訂既片皮鴨。。真係離譜。。。個經理見撲唔到火先話張單佢唔駛我地比,又送咩送咩。。。我地真係唔想再浪費時間坐係度,既然唔收錢我地就走,以後都唔好諗再幫襯。

芋茸香酥鴨故名思義係用芋頭茸加入鴨肉壓成泥 跟住再拎去炸 呢個炸到好酥脆 本人覺得唔錯 不過入面嘅鴨肉可以多少少就好 因為食落口都係啖啖芋茸(當然我都好鐘意食)

燒味雙拼 (叉燒/燒腩仔)對於好鐘意食叉燒嘅我會覺得佢個叉燒好食 因為半肥瘦好平均 個肉好冧 加上面個陣蜜糖 成件事好滿足 燒腩仔都好食 因為會好明顯睇到佢係一層肉一層肥膏咁樣 做到入口即溶嘅效果

員工首先會將隻鴨最多油脂個部分上碟 呢個位係就咁食 醬都唔洗 咁就可以食到鴨油嘅香味 同埋隻鴨係即烤即食 所以個油脂會更香

之後就會上片皮鴨 同配菜 鴨真係主要比個皮你 唔會有太多肉痴住 跟住鴨脾會上埋比你 咁就唔會浪費 皮就係即蒸即上 所以好燙手 同埋佢會一層皮一層紙 咁就可以防止啲皮痴住哂一舊啦 配菜有京蔥 青瓜 姜 黃蘿蔔 呢到配菜比較同出面吾同 不過配搭都係按個人口味嘅 我就鐘意青瓜 京蔥就咁配鴨 因為試過加姜同黃蘿蔔 但有啲搶左鴨嘅咪 但咁配搭口感就變相清新小小 所以都係個人口味黎嘅

最後就係生菜包 其實到上生菜包嘅時候我地都已經好飽(因為呢個都上得出較慢)我地本身都有打算唔要 但係拆左出黎嘅鴨肉咪浪費左囉 但估唔到 生菜包幾好食 佢加左冬菇馬蹄一齊炒 跟住鴨肉切粒 變左啖啖肉得黎又會咬到馬蹄嘅爽口 配合埋生菜嘅爽脆 咁就唔會好快又再飽多次啦

另外仲有一個小插曲 本來我地係叫左一個金銀蛋白菜仔 但最後佢都冇黎到 中間有問左兩次都係同廚房講多次 但如果真係甩左單/無貨 其實唔介意講聲 我地就唔洗等同埋係咁問佢地 總捨呢餐飯 其實除左片皮鴨同燒味有啲驚喜到我 其他我都覺得一般 加上係戲曲中心入面 我覺得價錢方面係比其他餐廳嘅貴 但又唔可以話佢好抵食 不過口味都係每個人唔同 但片皮鴨就真係值得一試
