無論是飯,粉,檬,粉絲,小食,泰式小菜全都好好食,我同過好多好多不同的朋友去食,個個都話好正,而且價錢ok,唯一唔好的地方就係太多人喇,好多時都要等一等位,不過值得架,如果入到西貢,除了一心要食海鮮外,這裡是一個很好的選擇,如果未試過一定有驚喜......

16 July 2006 (Sun) - 晩飯落船後已經好夜啦,所以,就黎呢度食晚飯,同好好友兩個叫咗生蝦刺身,豬頸肉鷄飯,串燒半打同馬拉盞炒通菜,真係眼濶肚窄,食唔晒添~~生蝦刺身個汁好掂,辣辣地咁好好味,亦ok新鮮;豬頸肉鷄飯好好味,個飯並唔係白飯,而係好似炒過咁,好香口,雖然豬頸肉麻麻,因為並唔似出面嗰啲咁,有少少似豬肉咁,不過還可接受;串燒就原本應該係兩串鷄兩串豬兩串牛,但係我哋食落去就好似只有一串係豬,三串牛當然同埋兩串鷄,其中一串好似唔太熟,所以冇食到,不過本身都已太飽,食唔晒!然後個炒通菜就好油下,食到我都唔太想食,怕肥!但呢度既鷄飯係的確唔錯,值得一試!食完真係捧住個肚走!

生蝦刺身個汁好掂,辣辣地咁好好味,亦ok新鮮;豬頸肉鷄飯好好味,個飯並唔係白飯,而係好似炒過咁,好香口,雖然豬頸肉麻麻,因為並唔似出面嗰啲咁,有少少似豬肉咁,不過還可接受;串燒就原本應該係兩串鷄兩串豬兩串牛,但係我哋食落去就好似只有一串係豬,三串牛當然同埋兩串鷄,其中一串好似唔太熟,所以冇食到,不過本身都已太飽,食唔晒!然後個炒通菜就好油下,食到我都唔太想食,怕肥!但呢度既鷄飯係的確唔錯,值得一試!

星期日,游完水想去松記食車仔麵,點知排大隊,咪去咗隔離呢間食囉,叫咗雞絲河,魚餅河,馬拉盞炒通菜同埋串燒,雞絲幾鮮味,魚餅有冬蔭功味(名符其實泰國鋪!)不遇過D粉就有D硬,炒菜味濃咗D,串燒豬牛雞各雨串一般啦,兩杯飲品凍檸茶及青檸冰。除雞絲其他嘢都係一般。

11/06/2005 16:00到半月灣游過龍舟水,返到西貢已是三時多了,係時候醫肚。窄窄的一條巷開了五、六間食肆,本已是人頭湧湧,再加上端午佳節更是水洩不通,說的就是西貢市中心福民路。車仔麵店開完一間又一間,是否就這帶旺了福民路不得而知,但於我來說福民路最好食的,肯定不是車仔麵,而是這間泰式小食。這裡的選擇不多,雞、鴨、豬肉粉差不多十年如一日,水準都是保持的。今日和女友叫了咸豬肉金邊($19)同雞絲凍檬($24),再加一杯桂圓冰($12)。炸了的豬肉外脆內嫩,相信不是豬頸肉,因為缺少了那陣油香,用的可能是梅頭之類。而醃肉的味道叫人難忘,不只是咸,而是有多種香料的味道。金邊粉很滑,湯清甜豬骨味濃,食完粉飲完湯都唔覺口渴。雞絲凍檬加入了雞醬和甜酸汁作調味,再灑上幾滴魚露,醒胃非常。桂圓冰啖啖圓肉,滋潤及消暑之妙品。埋單$55,再黎西貢,都係會食佢~

到半月灣游過龍舟水,返到西貢已是三時多了,係時候醫肚。
窄窄的一條巷開了五、六間食肆,本已是人頭湧湧,再加上端午佳節更是水洩不通,說的就是西貢市中心福民路。
車仔麵店開完一間又一間,是否就這帶旺了福民路不得而知,但於我來說福民路最好食的,肯定不是車仔麵,而是這間泰式小食。

這裡的選擇不多,雞、鴨、豬肉粉差不多十年如一日,水準都是保持的。今日和女友叫了咸豬肉金邊($19)同雞絲凍檬($24),再加一杯桂圓冰($12)。
炸了的豬肉外脆內嫩,相信不是豬頸肉,因為缺少了那陣油香,用的可能是梅頭之類。而醃肉的味道叫人難忘,不只是咸,而是有多種香料的味道。金邊粉很滑,湯清甜豬骨味濃,食完粉飲完湯都唔覺口渴。
雞絲凍檬加入了雞醬和甜酸汁作調味,再灑上幾滴魚露,醒胃非常。
桂圓冰啖啖圓肉,滋潤及消暑之妙品。

埋單$55,再黎西貢,都係會食佢~

老實說,這店的有味飯、手撕雞及鹹豬肉確是可口美味,不過,收費則貴得很!點一碟雙拼飯也要32個大洋,加埋飲品要四十餘元,不怪得被稱為明星飯堂。總之一年吃一兩次也可以,經常惠顧可免則免。以現在這個市度,有所食肆已混水摸魚加價,希望此店的老板高抬貴手吧!

我同男友十次去西貢玩,有八次都會去呢間舖頭食我o地通常都會叫一碟雞飯、一碟鴨飯兩份食佢d飯已經夠好食,再配埋雞、鴨(點埋汁料).簡直就係一絕^^^^西貢本身有好多正o野食.不過,如果有得俾我揀,我一定會首推呢間舖頭,因為實在太美味喇!!!!!!!!!!

好多西貢友鍾意呢度D 雞粉, 成日擔心呢度出o左名之後要排隊, 出市區開分店就難免跌watt, 計我話: 諗咁多, 不如食o左先算! 我o既例牌心水都係燒豬頸肉(味道好正, 係乾o左少少!), 賣晒就要燒肉(唔同食開個D, 幾得意!), 雞粉一碗(好大碗架!), 開胃D 整多個炸魚餅(呢D 行貨囉!)之類都幾好, 佢D o野幾重味精, 所以青檸梳打唔少得(未出九龍已經渴死!)....豆豆泥泥o既鋪仔, 無乜服務, 兩個人咁樣食百五蚊, 都有D 幸福o既感覺....
