之前在中環某美容院完成療程後, 看到這間好像蠻不錯的,便相約喜愛燒烤的好友一同品嚐囉, 在中環長扶手電梯附近,距離地鐵站是有段路程的啦~是一般日式燒烤店的裝潢設計, 但坐位還算寬闊及舒適,而燈光就有點昏暗囉, 是任食 2 小時的放題形式, 還有期間限定的,香草牛油究極龍蝦 (每位半隻) 呀~香草牛油究極龍蝦坐下不久後服務員便自動奉上, 還教路說只需放在爐邊約 20 分鐘便可,淡淡的牛油香氣, 也算容易將龍蝦肉起出, 肉質嫩滑丫~日本受賞鹿兒島和牛這個必是不停點的啦, 肥瘦散佈均勻, 燒一會便能進食,最合我這些心急之人嘛, 肉汁豐富軟嫩, 吃不停呢~除了必點和牛外, 也點了其他肉類啦, 如鹽燒薄切牛舌、五色胡椒籽極上一口牛等, 雖然不及和牛美味, 但以放題來說,質素也是不錯的了~黑松露青森蘋果沙律吃了那麼多肉, 當然要吃點蔬菜來平衝一下囉, 香濃的黑松露,配上帶酸味的青森蘋果及沙律汁, 醒胃之選啦~香蒜酒煮蜆湯有蘿白及昆布, 很清的一款湯, 但也略嫌蜆肉少了點囉~日本甜蕃薯很香甜丫, 如果不是那麼飽一定會再點啊~

並非很好,但性價比合價,評分3.5/5,只是服務方面,旺角區質素,中環人也許覺得不足。

The dinner "buffet" (I think they meant all you can eat dinner rather than buffet.) has a 2-hour time limit, and it included free flow drinks as well.

$515 ($468+10% service charge) might seem quite a lot for yakiniku at first, but Morihachi serves all you can eat wagyu from Kagoshima!  Compared to the other yakiniku restaurants in the area, Morihachi's dinner buffet is a really good deal!

岩鹽青檸香草地雞腿肉: 
由於雞肉比較厚,所以要燒久一點,但他們下的醃料卻怎麼燒也不會焦,比較耐火,肉質頗JUICY
七輪燒活蛤:

盛八一直都是我響往已久的燒肉聖地,從前學生年代和初出來打工時,根本是吃不起,當得知現在竟然有放題,二話不說便跟友人前來試探究竟肉類真的是任點,天阿,從前每碟是數百元的呢肉類燒起來時,肉汁已經流出很多,導致火勢非常猛烈,要控制得宜呢.這時候,肉的香味已經四遍,是時候要吃吃了最好吃的當然是芝士豚肉,肉汁十分多之餘,吃起口感超柔軟,上帝的傑作...而友人卻十分喜歡和牛,可能由於我不太喜歡牛肉,所以沒有她那麼高興.但吃起來的而且確高水準,和牛真的做到入口即溶,令人有為牛而死的衝動而牛柳粒也是必吃之選,口感煙韌,味道亦相當出色超濃烈的日本清酒,即使是放題,相信也是一杯起,2杯止吧反倒是豆腐雪糕,作為清理大量肉味的餐後甜品,實在是好得沒話說.味道清甜,沒有過多的糖份,值得一試

在套餐里出現雞肝大概不算常見, 因為真的還蠻多朋友不吃內臟的。個人覺得燒雞肝頗有難度。這東西真的不可以生吃, 所以一定要燒熟; 不過一不小心燒久了, 就會變超硬, 咬得牙都軟! 蠻有挑戰性的。

另一樣我很中意吃的就是大蘑菇。已經擦好了牛油的蘑菇整整齊齊地放在小型錫紙兜之內, 把錫紙兜放到火上燒就好。我一向中意吃烤菇, 不過常常不小心烤燶。這樣子做的話, 烤燶的機會大大減低了, 而且可以保持到本身的汁, 非常棒的燒成方式呢。

而且錫紙兜也有另一個妙用, 就是吃光蘑菇之後, 可以把蜆放入去烤! 雖然時間會長一點, 不過可以保持蜆的汁, 又或然者好似筆者半搗蛋式地加入一點點啤酒去煮蜆, 也很不錯。另外元貝也是非常的鮮, 肉也大塊, 個人也很中意。_

只是吃肉已經很飽, 但此套餐還有預備澱粉質給大家。一大盤的咖哩炒飯, 香是香了, 牛舌有點韌, 味道也強烈。

整體來說, 筆者是很中意這套的配搭。另外, 也覺得這套餐或許需要加一兩份薄燒的肉類。即, 在火上拖兩下就可以吃的那一種! 心急的人在吃燒肉時, 少不免會心浮氣燥不愛等待呢。

然而最重要的一點是, 套餐沒有附上飲品。這怎麼可以! 吃燒肉不飲啤酒感覺就差好遠。如果可以推出以優惠價購買啤酒/飲品的活動, 相信大家都會好喜歡吧。

盛八的會席二人餐海鮮比肉類多, 不過當天晚上所上的菜式和單張上的有少許出入, 像是沒有了韓式魷魚換上了豬小扒, 蜆也是單張上所沒有的。向店方查問過, 是因為廚房會根據當天的來貨品質為套餐作小小改動。喔, 我不介意, 不過下單前先和客人說明一下改動會更貼心啦。

食物黎講都好味,同價錢成正比,但銅鑼灣既食材好似好d足料d。 咁終於叫埋單,一俾張會員卡個女侍應講話用coupon佢就同另一個侍應大聲叫“估岩左啦!!!” 我唔知佢係真性情定係特登定係冇意啦下,你要講都等個客走左先講呀嘛...而家張coupon都係俾左$300會員費先有架。 咁扣左$100 之後其實淨係需要俾$4x ,咁下意識都係俾左credit card佢埋單。然後好快又聽到肥女侍應大聲講“喂 而家4x蚊可以碌卡架咩?!” 然後男侍應隔左一陣就話要俾cash, 咁佢都有禮貌既,咁$4x蚊要俾cash當然可以接受啦。 走個陣都發現冇入過新客,到底d訂位係咪假架呢...

希望間店可以再培訓下d員工既服務態度啦,因為本身d野食真係好味,無謂因為一個員工而趕客嘛。
