Revisiting Moyo about a year later since my first visit! Didn’t know they served set lunches during the weekend as well, so it’s definitely a bargain for the Central area! 🇰🇷 The restaurant offers a modern Korean dining experience with an Italian touch.Pic 1️⃣: Moyo Spicy Ramen - $128 hkd 🍜🌶 — If a hangover cure could be put into a bowl of noodles, it would definitely be this. — If a hangover cure could be put into a bowl of noodles, it would definitely be this. This bowl of spicy ramen felt like a big warm hug from your mom and just the ultimate comfort food. Despite these noodles being vegetarian friendly, the broth was still really rich and flavourful. It might look quite spicy, but the spice level is definitely tolerable and quite addicting too! The noodles were well cooked, pretty al-dente and chewy as well. There’s also an option to add pork at an additional price! Definitely recommend getting this if you’re craving some high quality Korean ramen.
Pic 2️⃣: Moyo Bossam (half size) - $158 hkd 🐷
— Heard so many good things about their bossam and I finally know why! The pork is braised to a very tender finish leaving the meat insanely juicy. It’s lightly torched at the end for that extra aroma and flavour. I loved that the pork had a very even distribution of meat to fat which made the entire experience a lot more pleasant 😂. Also really enjoyed the kimchi and pickled onion on the side which went perfectly with the fattiness of the pork and made the dish that extra bit more tasty and appetising!
Pic 3️⃣: Tofu Salad
— This came along with the set lunch. Salad was alright, dressing a bit too sweet and acidic for me though.
