約左個朋友食飯依度叫得做Mr. Steak ,咁我緊係要食牛揀左牛柳配煎鵝肝牛柳揀了5成熟,但係切出黎3成熟都無,同埋好難切,血淋淋,淨係食左表面熟嗰啲。同埋啲牛肉無咩味道。鵝肝佢又煎到乾晒,過晒龍,嘥晒依個比較好食 田螺薯蓉!好彩都有樣好食!

星期日晚八點幾去到呢間餐廳唔使等位,俾佢個半自助餐餐牌吸引左。佢個沙律同甜品係任食之後叫多個正餐咁樣。入去嗰陣唔知佢個沙律吧咁大,我同爸爸都叫咗份好大份嘅正餐。正餐我地叫咗個意大利飯伴帶子同精選烤肉盤(豬肋骨,香春雞,昆士蘭腸)。沙律吧啲嘢食多到食完都差不多飽。😲平時食開意大利飯都係白汁雜菌的,今次呢個蟹肉帶子意大利飯俾到驚喜我,因為佢係用茄醬煮的。蟹肉加上茄醬燴出十分鮮甜的味道,食左一啖就已經大讚👍🏻飯軟硬適中唔會好似生米咁要咬。反而得兩粒帶子係面好似太小。豬肋骨烤得太耐了,烤得很黑肉質很乾,好似用水煲完才烤咁,沒有肉味。雞都係一樣太乾。昆士蘭腸就煮得油了。食這碟烤肉盤,倒不如淨係食沙律吧。已經飽到根本無能力食甜品了。

豬肋骨烤得太耐了,烤得很黑肉質很乾,好似用水煲完才烤咁,沒有肉味。雞都係一樣太乾。昆士蘭腸就煮得油了。食這碟烤肉盤,倒不如淨係食沙律吧。已經飽到根本無能力食甜品了。

素聞風評不錯就試試,豬肋骨很香,不會太硬,很有嚼勁,你可以感覺到肌肉紋理在口中轉,菠蘿則為酸味加添層次,至於配菜也很重要,他有一些已烤熟的素菜令口感更豐富,整體上值得一試。

主菜終於出場喇, 佢地有落咗D心思在擺碟上, 個碟仲大過個頭呀
, 呢個係"茄汁蔬菜有機意大利粉" $128.  睇相好似好少, 但其實係一般份量, 只係個碟太大啫.  蕃茄味濃, 有少少翠肉瓜一齊炒, 都不失口感.

賣相都唔太差既,不過應該可以更好?因為主落去只係心型。另外差在太凍,影響口感同埋較酸。

最後不得不讚既係侍應既態度極之好,幾乎都係即叫即應,絕不甩底,又幫我地慢慢影相,換下餐具,very nice. 今餐係同女朋友既第一個情人節,發覺有好多時候,只要我地個心係連埋一齊,拖緊雙手,無聲勝有聲。睇得出女朋友拎住札花行街好開心,今晚是最幸福最窩心的一夜,願彼此永記。

今晚想吃牛扒,去到沙田的directory搜尋有甚麼餐廳時,看見Mr. steak,心想主打牛扒的,應該不會差得去哪兒。滿懷著可以「鋸到靚扒」的心情去到餐廳,隔離餐廳就坐無虛席,但Mr Steak就人數不多,都有少少怕中伏的感受。首先試了小食與前菜甜甜的鬆餅炸魷魚,炸得挺脆,粉皮亦不覺得厚魷魚都夠厚肉主菜點了2 course set 的路易期安那蝦餅.海鮮蕃茄千層面 Louisiana Crab Cake . Tomato Seafood Lasagna從餐牌上可見蟹餅也算是主食,但只有一小塊不知道用煎還是炸的,表面似燒焦皮,外表有少少扣分,不過都算有嘗到蟹肉味...千層面有點乾身,蕃茄味也不出,我嘗到的是忌廉芝士千層面多於蕃茄海鮮面....亦有試了4 course set特級肉眼 Rib Eye Steak要了7成熟,但都接近8/9成熟肉眼扒不是嫩身,我覺得似普通一塊牛扒結果沒有滿足到我想吃牛扒的慾望有那麼一點點的失望

從餐牌上可見蟹餅也算是主食,但只有一小塊
不知道用煎還是炸的,表面似燒焦皮,外表有少少扣分,不過都算有嘗到蟹肉味...
千層面有點乾身,蕃茄味也不出,我嘗到的是忌廉芝士千層面多於蕃茄海鮮面....

亦有試了4 course set特級肉眼 Rib Eye Steak

Mr Steak Shatin 店一向是兩父子喜歡聚腳的地方,但是今次唔掂了,牛短排肉質超冧但是冇任何味道!-配菜差。一堆薯泥,感覺差透。兒子的波士頓龍蝦意大利飯,沒有在飯上開蝦殼但是飯內满是蝦殼,食慾大減,自助沙律吧,什麼都沒有丶refill 太慢丶長通粉太硬,像未煮熟,蕃茄片加一小片芝士,無味南瓜,認真大煞風景,再者今天全部東西冇味,餐湯又是南瓜湯亦是淡茂茂。失望的回去

同朋友去沙田shopping 做一日沙田友,行到無哂力,又忘記左用app 拎位,成件事真係灰爆。但奇蹟出現了,睇多幾間,mr steak有位!於是就衝去!四個人叫3個餐,有湯有沙律有扒有粉,有野飲。先黎係4粒scone,味道ok,但質地較硬。再黎上左個沙律,普普通通,無咩特別。我地有兩個湯,一個洋蔥,一個松露湯。兩個湯質地好水下,味道都係偏淡。三個main courses 分別係蟹肉餅千層面、燒雞拚BBQ骨同牛排。蟹肉餅煎得香脆蟹味濃,好食。但個千層面雖海鮮料多,但面地焗到溶爛,食到麵粉味,汁同芝士多d可能會好。至於燒雞肉嫩,但個骨有燒酒味,明顯用酒醃到過左龍。而作為專食牛排嘅專家,7成未到肉質已經偏un,肉味淡,汁亦淡,有些失望。總括而言,價錢比一般西餐貴d,但質素未有更好,勝在有位。返食指數3粒星 (最高5粒)。
