呢日我黎到旺角, 好想食台灣野, 見到呢間阿木台灣麵, 就好想食下! 我見隔離枱既牛肉麵都好吸引! 所以我都忍唔住叫左!

我地左紅燒牛肉麵, 真係超好食, 個湯底地濃好好味, 牛肉又重牛味, 食到我lamlam 利, 個麵又唔淋, 岩岩好, 重點係熱辣辣! 個湯都俾我飲哂! 哈哈, 另外仲有D 前菜食下, 中和下油膩感真係Perfect!!!!!!!! 佢仲有好多其他野食, 我下次都要試試佢!下次要飲埋D 台式飲品!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 我見人地杯野飲都唔錯, 但我已經好飽了, 下次要叫多幾個朋友一齊黎再叫多D 小食一齊試!

今日去旺角做嘢做完嘢之後同同事係旺角搵嘢食同事話想食台灣嘢所以我哋去咗阿木台灣麵食佢逢星期一至五有午市套餐價錢又50幾至70 蚊不等仲配埋一個小食同埋一杯嘢飲都幾抵食我同同事分別叫鹽酥雞便當同埋紅燒牛肉麵鹽酥雞便當嘅鹽酥雞炸雞好香食落都Juicy真的不錯而紅燒牛肉麵不論湯底、麵質定係牛肉本質都好好食湯底濃郁麵質不會太腍,亦不會太硬牛肉有肉味完全係一碗合格嘅牛肉麵以lunch呢個價位嚟講絕對係性價比高了

今晚同朋友重拾當年台灣的味道,揀咗一間富有台灣風味的餐廳。滷牛腱牛腱肉質軟嫩,滷汁醇厚,香氣四溢。牛腱肉經過慢火滷煮,充分吸收了醬料的味道,吃起來既入味又不油膩。芝士肉鬆蛋餅蛋餅一向係我至愛!它外皮香脆,內餡則是濃郁的芝士和鬆軟的肉鬆,而且芝士仲有拉絲感,是台灣的味道。紅燒牛肉牛筋麵呢碗麵我會比100分!牛肉和牛筋煮得恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩,牛筋彈牙。加上湯頭濃郁,麵條筋道,吸附了湯汁的精華,每一口都是味蕾的享受。金鑽鳳梨四季春(凍)茶底正!仲有鳳梨的香甜味,整體清新可口,值得推介。金桔檸檬話梅紅茶(熱)加咗話梅的金桔檸檬味道別有一番風味,酸甜適中,我自己就好鐘意。
