絕對係驚喜👍🏻,首先魚肉燒至香滑肥美,表皮脆脆的🤩。而且師傅用慢火細烤,將骨膠原烹調成啫喱狀,如果火候控制不當,骨膠原就會燒成軟骨的硬度。有三種食法,依次為1.) 直接食;2.)將柚子豉油加上蘿蔔蓉撈勻,再放上魚肉上邊;3.)加上檸檬汁。我最愛第二種食法,柚子汁可以中和魚肉嘅油膩感,又唔會俾檸檬汁過分中和。加碗白飯就可以變成一餐🤤
