吃韓牛就緊係要厚切啦。。。我細佬話嘅😅。我地揀左肉眼,餐廳人完全冇加多餘調味,烤肉有專人負責, 店員的技巧熟練,肉眼扒烤至六成熟,客人可自由配搭鹽或醬油助食。肉眼肉質嫩滑多汁😍😍😍,好好味👍。

另外套餐餐有兩款不同部位嘅韓牛肉,分別係調味牛肋同牛柳肉。牛肋骨味道帶甜,肉片較厚但好軟熟。而牛柳肉就好滑。兩款肉味都好牛🤭😜。

每次食親韓國菜我都必定會點bibimbap, 更何況剛剛吃左咁多肉,就緊要order番個主食啦😅。呢度嘅bibimbap配料新鮮,醬汁微辣但唔會過鹹,幾得喎😋。

When we asked for the cake, the server basically put the entire cake unpacked with box on the table and left to grab plates so we can serve ourselves - horrible. Way to make birthday boy feel special!

10 minutes later, another waiter slammed the gates next to us. It was around 10:30pm on a Saturday night! I would not have minded if we were simply asked politely to leave, but slamming gate in our face? Every other server were playing on their phones to ensure we felt unwelcome. We get it, we have to get out!!

Extremely disappointed and ashamed for bringing friend here for birthday. Never come back again!

我們點的套餐包括有:前菜、韓牛燒、飯類及甜品
雖然環境非常西化,傳統之前菜小食還是不乏,先來三碟韓式前菜,泡菜是少不了的主打項目,韓式辣醬的調味,泡菜沒有現成買來的嗆辣,很甜喔~是開動胃部輔助。

戲肉之韓牛,絕不是一般之貨式,好吃肉眼外,還有就是牛之稀有部位了。大廚用心的選上高級部位來吃,令我們更可以好好享受料理味道及傳統正宗。牛肉特別選了兩個部位,一厚一薄,厚切的選上肉眼,油花滿滿,牛味高喔,且肉質幼細,輕輕咀嚼,便可化於嘴裡。

店員是韓國的女孩,烤肉水準高,且很用心!店員會幫你燒的,也可以自己動手去燒。稀有部位大理石。
那陣混著牛油香的油煙味。對!烤肉部份,沒多花巧,不多醃味,只為愛韓之人選上最刁鑽之國寶級部位,薄切出來。

醬料也是韓,酸酸辣辣,很開胃!

要吃正宗高級韓牛。除韓國,位於中環之這個韓牛專門店,也就是香港少數引入1++韓牛韓國食店,令人想去也!

原來係會原塊咁厚咁大舊上枱,本來以為好似刺身咁一片片厚切。

大理石,既係藏係牛隻胸骨入面既一塊肉,全隻牛最多都只得0.8kg,可見其稀有度呢!
