因為staycation 關係揀左酒店內嘅一間日式餐廳。原先望左OpenRice,見唔係好多人留食評,但留嘅通常都係好評,所以決定試下。餐廳位置雖小,但人情味十足。serve 我哋嘅係响度經已做左好耐嘅Ms Rainbow,由妹妹做到而家嘅嫲嫲。由於唔係十分餓,我哋點左一個sashimi set 同吉列黑豚肉。响等候期間同Rainbow有傾有講,配上柔和嘅音樂,感覺好舒服。眼前見到師傅話嘅當做炸蟹,我哋又試下。既新奇又有趣。刺身方面,好新鮮,尤其是係蝦!不過相對地,吉列黑豚肉就冇乜特色,餐廳食刺身實在較為出色。最後個set可以揀雪糕或者咖啡,我哋揀咗雪糕,雪糕亦都有兩款,有綠茶同柚子,我揀咗平時小食嘅柚子,果然無揀錯,好喜歡佢嘅清甜。

這個套餐包括有魚生、煎鱈魚、味增湯和水果。魚生新鮮,入口有美味的魚油香味。鱈魚的皮煎得脆脆的,魚肉也嫩滑,加上了燒汁,很美味。味噌湯有豆腐和紫菜,湯底也鮮甜。整個套餐下來表現不俗,本人喜歡吃,下次可以再來。

結婚紀念日,當然要食好D啦,本來打算食鐵板燒,但周末全部滿座,唯有揾間近近地日本菜試下。餐廳喺酒店入面,地方唔大,午餐得我地一枱,同BAR枱一位客人,餐牌內容款式唔多,但好食就得啦,點左個A5和牛套餐,燒和牛便當,一碗拉面比小朋友食。平時前菜都係d普通材料,呢間係煮牛舌同燒白飯魚乾,都幾特別。之後上日本和牛刺身,吞拿魚,帶子。和牛刺身真係一流,牛刺身我都未食過, 一試就係和牛,刺身點少少鹽粒,可以帶出和牛陣香味,但得4塊,真係唔夠喉。其他香蒜和牛粒,和牛煮豆腐,都好好食,靚材料係唔同d, 反而個和牛炒飯味道較啖。 但都熱辣辣,牛味好濃。 今次揀間餐廳真係無揀錯,值得再去。

已經唔記得係第幾次去Nagomi, 雖然每次都叫omakase 但每次去都有驚喜,因為次次都試到新嘢。所有刺身非常新鮮,特別係銀雪魚刺身同海擔,生粟米刺身超級甜同好味。酒亦非常多選擇而且唔貴。特別係師傅非常用心選材料,刀工一流,每次都會用心介紹每款刺身同壽司應該點樣品嚐先會試到最好嘅味道。服務生亦非常細心,一年冇見依然記得小弟喜歡吃三道菜後就想喝湯,亦會細心解釋每道菜食法。環境又舒服。如果想食好味omakase Nagomi 一定係首選。

之前試過都會海逸既日本餐廳,發現質素唔錯,今次再試港島海逸既日本餐廳,結果都冇令人失望。今次叫左兩個Lunch set, 分別係海膽碎吞拿魚飯同壽司定食。所有魚生都好新鮮,海膽完全冇腥味,師傅刀功亦好唔錯,幫壽司再加多左分。所有職員同師傅態度都好好,解釋十分詳細,亦俾我地淺嘗北海道平川既海膽。相比起海膽飯既海膽冇咁濃味,但係鮮甜好多,另外炸蟹仔都好香口。唯一就係麵豉湯雖然味道幾好,但係咸左少少。聽聞平時booking好full,而家武肺期間易book好多,想食高質日本菜可以黎一試。

最後,吃了柚子雪糕,結束完美一餐。

北角精緻私密小店!全店得八張枱連 壽司吧! 同廚師傾偈方便 食材又新鮮 ! 難得喺砲台山都有咁高級嘅酒店 裏面嘅私密日本菜! 已經係第三次嚟幫襯 之前有外國朋友過嚟玩都鍾意揀呢間酒店 貪佢價錢唔貴交通又方便仲有海景 住客仲有15個percent discount 食嘢! 晚餐平均都要一千蚊位! 佢跟住都要成六百蚊位我就認為晚餐比較抵啲 喺香港嚟講 呢間都算食材新鮮拍得住日本 所以住北角嘅朋友嚟呢間幫襯都算唔錯嘅選擇! 呢間酒店除咗日本菜中餐同酒吧亦都係全海景我都覺得整體嚟講全部outlet都唔錯! 服務都算唔錯!
