To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南記麻辣湯底我係俾100分,真係好中意食。 但酸辣湯底,恕本人不懂欣賞。
我在電話講得好清楚係要麻辣,但返到公司一開黎食,。。。。。。酸辣湯底。好臭呀!你俾錯湯底都算啦,成大半碗都係酸菜。喂,你叫唔中意食酸野既人點食得落?即時反胃,唯有等下午茶時間再落街食。
睇番張單,寫明麻辣。
南記主要賣港式粉麵,為了迎合大眾不同的品味,粉麵推陳出新,大膽求變。提供了多款粉麵配搭,當中最受歡迎的應該是鴛鴦河、招牌河,春卷小窩米線、辣豬腩肉小窩米線等等.。尤其是魚肉春卷是南記粉麵創業至今的招牌食品,獲最多客人正面評價。南記價格大眾化實惠抵食,我也愛。
今日去到上環分店,店舖比較細狹窄,座位空間都好逼夾大約可以坐10多人,主力做外賣,一到午餐時段必有多人排隊,好難得可以入內坐下慢慢食。可能疫情關係少了人入內坐下來食。
招牌河
材料有春卷(煙韌有咬口)、牛丸(鮮甜和爽口)、魚蛋(彈牙)簡簡單單的一碗麵食到暖暖的感覺,很好吃價錢又便宜,味道也很好。
豆漿~豆味不算重也不甜。
環境方面,樓面面積細,枱與枱之間嘅距離細,唔算坐得舒服。
至於食物,以價錢嚟講,比起其他地方食米線,南記一碗米線既價錢都幾貴,如果要揀肉類既餸既話,仲要另外再加錢,所以我都係乖乖揀返一d唔洗加錢既餸...
貢丸魚腐酸辣米線($39),米線份量少,餸既份量都唔多,酸菜反而幾多,但整體份量都偏少,四十蚊食碗米線,但作為女仔連湯都飲埋既情況下都仲未見飽,咁就唔算抵食😥
至於湯底,酸辣湯底偏甜,唔太食得出辣,一般。
成餐最有驚喜既係依個魚腐,外面既豆卜索滿湯汁,咬落去係咇晒啲汁出嚟,但同時都食到魚腐既鮮味,依個魚腐好好食。
總括而言,其實未至於難食,不過價錢對比其他米線鋪偏高,但份量唔多,食物味道又未有特別過人之處,所以好難吸引我特登再去食...

仲有牛腩,有腩汁個湯底都唔會好寡。
牛丸幾彈牙,但肥牛同牛腩都有d韌
另一碗清湯滋味,
真清湯比起上一碗真係太淡了
主要都係想食個春卷同埋魚腐,
因為成日聽人推介,
而呢兩樣都幾好味
