To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個招牌湯河嚟食,有魚片,招牌春卷,同埋牛丸,仲叫咗杯細豆漿。
呢間分店好鬼細,全部都係四人座位,就算得兩個人都係坐四人座位,咁樣好難等位架喎。
講返啲嘢食先,魚片我覺得難食左,唔夠彈,又冇乜魚味,得個鹹味。
你話魚片冇魚味係正常,唔係囉。牛丸好有牛味,又彈,好好食。
春卷都仲係春卷咁好味。每次來都一定唔會叫,好食。
招牌湯河又平,份量唔太多唔太少啱晒女仔食。反而我啲friend叫咗小窩米線,個個都食唔晒。
要提一提杯豆漿,好似糖水咁,好稀,冇豆味,咁就要$6 ,完全唔抵。
我諗以後都可以唔使嗌南記嘅豆漿。
- 招牌春卷
炸春卷是南記的招牌食物, 我叫了辣豬肉配炸春卷酸辣米線,叫了中辣, 但我覺得好像不夠刺激,所以在桌上的調味欄 加了辣醬~ 最後埋單46元!
每次都食 春卷貢丸小煱米線中辣扣底; 每次都有驚喜.....
一時小辣, 似不辣;
一時中辣, 似不辣;
一時中辣, 冇酸;
一時中辣, 勁酸, 今次中左
無論如何, 我接受每次的驚喜, 因為係上環的米線, 別無他選......

今次去上環換錢 就順便食下南記!
係更重更濃 不過都好滋味
對於鐘意食辣既人黎講 真係好正
豬腩肉係薄片個種 都幾肥美下 而且份量好多
魚春卷都好正 外層會吸收湯汁 但入而既魚肉就保留到原味!
但餐廳既冷氣唔係好得 ,如果可以大少少冷氣就好啦
呢句說話,一個星期起碼講2次。
小窩米線比清湯米線多料,有韮菜、碎肉、腐竹、酸菜。酸菜甜甜地,加埋米線一齊食,非常夾。南記既米線偏硬而且有彈性,湯底比較濃味,雖然真係好好食,但食完會有啲口乾,所以湯要盡量唔好飲。
牛筋非常林,我食過有啲鋪頭哦牛筋好似食緊橡筋咁,但呢個唔會,食落口非常“膠質”之餘,仲吸曬啲湯味,非常正,唔知食完對皮膚會唔會好。如果牛筋牛腩就要另外加3蚊,想食既就要比貴小小啦。
春卷係佢地既招牌菜,出面一層腐皮,入面應該係魚肉,佢口感好似魚蛋咁,魚味幾重,有2條,都好好味
豆漿唔算濃,唔太甜,有時太辣又或者食完有啲熱,飲淡豆漿都會舒服好多,大杯就10蚊,細既就6蚊。
早餐下午茶飲品都會有半價優惠,所以大豆漿會變左5蚊大大杯,非常抵
即使你唔食得辣,或者唔中意酸,都可以自己調較中意既口味(枱上有調味料),而且我覺得枱上提供既辣椒油比湯底本身既更加香。雖然呢個無咩特別,但有啲同類型既店舖係唔提供的。夏天食當然會食到自己成身汗啦,但冬天食完暖暖的,非常舒服。
總括尼講南記既小窩米線係比較濃味,如果口味比較淡既人就可能食番清湯米線啦
