To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排都冇乜點自己煮嘢,晏晝都係買外賣為主,今日想食少少濕濕地嘅,買咗個南記米線。
上環南記,面積唔大,外賣會比較好,堂食好逼夾,好多人等緊外賣好嘈,又好熱。買返Office舒舒服服食就算。
比較鍾意食佢個蕃茄湯,有一舊舊新鮮蕃茄,而佢個春卷,係冇蔥嘅非常好。👍🏻
千祈唔好唔記得拎辣椒醬,佢嘅辣椒醬非常好食😋🌶

平時食開紫菜四寶河,今日諗住試下新野,

點知,一攞返埋位途中,隔住個口罩都聞到一陣「嘔吐味」🤢‼️第一時間心諗係自己戴左口罩全日,口罩臭啫~
返到個位一除口罩⋯嘩!!真係喺碗蕃茄湯度傳出嚟,完美嘅嘔吐味🤮。
因為都肚餓,自我安慰一下:可能食落去係正常味呢~

其實我當下嬲到震!傻的嗎?邊個會食得慣嘔吐味!?但老公唔想我繼續爭持,而我哋又唔想浪費,最後問師傅攞碗清湯,洗走啲蕃茄湯底,再落三大匙辣椒油,完美覆蓋,食埋走人。
BTW,反到屋企見到蕃茄味薯片都驚驚🥲,求心理陰影面積。
最後,凌晨三點幾,嚟左一次萬馬奔騰嘅肚瀉,唔知關唔關哩碗野事,總之,佢係我食過最難食嘅蕃茄湯底米線🍜🤢。本來都幾like南記嘅春卷,但要跟你永別了。再見!
呢個新口味湯底硬性規定要跟餐, 個餐跟一杯飲品,係芒果冷泡鐵觀音 (送咗俾同事飲,話唔錯,唔會太甜),盛惠53蚊。
春卷唔使介紹啦,話晒係南記名物,大家都食唔少,水準keep到;至於菜肉餃呢,一碗有4粒,我個人真係覺得麻麻哋嘞,皮厚肉少,下次可以唔叫就唔叫啦!黎到重點,佢個 “麻辣擔擔面湯”,個湯有啲窄菜,肉醬,麻辣味唔多覺,只係有些少辣味,我加咗包南記辣醬都無乜料到,有啲失望,但慶幸個湯都仲有陣淡淡既花生味,令我有番啲安慰。今次米線我略嫌唔夠軟滑,扣咗少少分!
平時都食開麻辣湯底 但係今日突然想食啲酸野 最後整左碗新出(新出左成年..)既麻酸辣米線($43) 辣度中辣 餸要左招牌春卷同順德魚腐 📍*注意呢間分店價錢比尖沙咀金馬倫中心既貴一蚊
食落去湯底依然好食☺️好正既麻椒湯底 加左酸菜原來都好配合 不過中和左 辣味就冇麻辣咁濃了 冇咁食得辣既人可以試下呢隻~#招牌春卷唔洗多講 一個必叫既餸 呢間水準都保持到 #魚腐就差啲了 平時南記魚腐係我最愛 呢度既就有小小雪味 相信係煮前未解凍得晒
環境方面 鋪面有啲焗 再加上落雨後 濕氣有啲重 通風可以再做好啲~

魚蛋彈牙有咬口💥👍🏻春卷唔洗多講啦,每次食都係甘好食,食極都唔厭吖🤤💕魚肉鮮甜,而且仲好掛湯添👍🏻米線外賣拎到返屋企都無捻到👍🏻 酸辣湯底味道香濃惹味🥰‼️ 酸菜、芽菜、韮菜、腐皮份量十足😍
打電話落南記好快有人聽,十分鐘後去到門口,一如既往門外好多人排隊;入內十分細但聚集好多人又座無虛席。
春卷牛腩小窩米粉HK$42
除了有春卷和牛腩,配料有韭菜、酸菜、芽菜同腐皮,麻辣湯底味道先酸然後辣,簡直雙重享受,越食越夠晒刺激。酸菜好爽口十分開胃,春卷不愧是南記招牌,又彈牙又爽滑,點自家製辣椒醬更添層次口感,牛腩好乾柴柴且粗糙難食。
