有次, 我提起我食過NAOZEN, 我爸說:那我們星期天再去!所以,短時間又來了, 中午來到,不點套餐怪怪的, 來個和風料理,跟精選BENTO, 那知....沒有!!那..來個刺身定食跟壽司定食吧..今次有了看一看, 單點了厚燒玉子跟鹽燒牛舌應該夠了重疊的東西不多說, 就說這茶碗蒸, 蛋水水的, 配料只有白果,雞肉, 跟我2星期前反差好大..刺身不過不失, 新鮮度不夠壽司亮點在鰤魚, 爽口甜味, 其他...不合格厚燒玉子比起定食的好一點, 起碼是冷的, 定食的好熱.. 有點過熟, 中間也沒層次, 爛爛的鹽燒牛舌很好吃 每咬一口都刺激, 多汁又有咬勁~推薦!! 好想飲一杯蛋黃醬什麼的有點多餘, 原味都好食整體,大失望,近期不會再來

厚燒玉子比起定食的好一點, 起碼是冷的, 定食的好熱..
有點過熟, 中間也沒層次, 爛爛的

鹽燒牛舌很好吃
每咬一口都刺激, 多汁又有咬勁~推薦!! 好想飲一杯
蛋黃醬什麼的有點多餘, 原味都好食


整體,大失望,近期不會再來

雖然是吃得極不滿的lunch,但也明白就算有堅持,在中環人的急速生活下,在晚市好的日本料理在午餐也難有好的發揮,如是日的「大滿貫」式的壽司拼盤,壽司飯七零八落,而刺身還未解凍似的,吃到一頭煙。要說的太多了稍後再詳細分享吧。

Found this decent Japanese restaurant on Open Rice and met my friend there for dinner. We ordered the food at 8pm and waited...and waited....over 45mins and we couldn't stand the wait so we decided to leave the place to go some where else for dinner! Not until we asked the waiter to give us the check, they finally brough the food over..........really pissed us off! We asked why such a long wait with only 20% of the tables filled that night, the waiter said one of the chef was on sick leave......

因為最近吃過價錢較貴的「鮨雄」,也會比下去,真是一分錢一分貨。

呢度嘅自家製豆腐非常outstanding,豆腐軟滑而有濃郁豆香,無多餘嘅水份溢出,加上醬油、木魚絲、葱花及薑茸一齊食,絕對係人間美味,雖然索價要成百元一份,但仍然值得推介。

Naozen每季都會推出唔同而又有季節特色嘅釜飯,水準超然,所以絕對不容錯過。所謂釜飯,即係以砂鍋盛載著飯同食材,再用炭火慢慢蒸熟,近似廣東人愛食嘅煲仔飯,絕對係寒冬必食之選。
今次食到嘅係松茸釜飯香氣迷人,菇味雖然食落較清淡,但白米同上湯早已將松茸精華盡收,飯粒多添一份鮮味,食落滋味無比,加埋底部飯焦,更覺惹味。


順帶一提係Naozen嘅侍應非常有禮,好多細微服務亦做得非常貼心,值得其他食店學習。呢度收費唔算平,幸有好友請客,在此再說一次多謝。

First visit was about 3 months ago. Came here for a sashimi dinner with friends on a friday night. The sashimi and sushi were pretty fresh. But to be honest, for the price we paid, we could be expecting this quality of fish in many other sushi venues in town. Nevertheless, still thumbs up for a good quality & tasty meal. Last week I came here again for dinner for its convenience of location. We ordered sushi, unagi don, and shabu shabu. The food was passable (only passable, sushi set was of normal quality, unagi don was alright but nothing to write home about) until the shabu shabu came almost more than half way through our dinner. They served *WATER* as soup base for their Japanese beef shabu shabu, presented by their Japanese chef!!!
Now this really pissed me off as I've never seen any Japanese restaurants (not to mention one associates themselves with quality food) serving shabu shabu with *plain-o-WATER* as soup base. They didn't even care to sprinkle some stock powder or a mushroom or two to make it look less **bland**. So you could pretty much guess the nabe set didn't go well and the rest of the ingredients in the set were just generic. e.g. cabbage, cabbage, cabbage. I love shabu shabu but this was at the bottom of my experience.


Overall I will not come here again. I could have gotten better food in many other places given their price.

同同事 lunch . 再次光臨同上一次一樣點了燒魚刺生 set由 salad --> 刺生 --> 蒸蛋 --> 燒雪魚 --> 湯 + 飯 --> 水果一個字. 得!!佢D刺生十分新鮮. 份量都唔少.蒸蛋 -- 喜歡佢好滑同用了上湯 oh~ 今次個燒雪魚 好似畀漏了 沙律醬. 但都唔係問題. 反而更清楚食到燒魚香味

講開日本料理店, nao zen 係唯一一間永無失手的好店. 不過很貴, 所以唔可以餐餐嚟食.如果帶仔女來, 我們會選择擇星期日的晚上, 一家人來吃8折 (無記錯的話, 請打電話問清楚)另外, 午膳1245前結帳也有折, 很抵吃的.
