Order左豬頸肉,大虾菠蘿炒飯,炒通菜,咖哩大虾,全部都淡而無味,order左唔夠五分鐘已經上齊哂,豬頸肉係炸既,一陣千年油味;咖哩虾都冇咖喱味,只係一堆微暖既黃色cream完全冇咖喱香味;菠蘿炒飯如果係blind taste test的話,會以爲係楊州炒飯,一啲餸都冇,而且同其他餸一樣都係冇味道;唯一叫有啲味既係碟炒菜,你餐飯絕對係嘥錢,零分! continue reading

餐廳係曼谷米芝蓮推薦食府之一,亦係泰國上流雜誌Tatler最佳食府,既然過江龍黎到香港,當然要同老公去食吓晚飯啦。餐廳地方幾大,環境同裝修較優雅,坐位闊落。餐牌食物種類幾多,款款都好想食。我哋就隨便點左好幾款,而佢每款份量都非常多。炸蝦片:每枱贈送,呢個係自炸蝦片,夠味又夠脆。大蝦柚子沙拉:蝦大隻,口感結實爽口。柚子無苦澀味,味道少甜,清新。面層醬汁甜甜地夾住脆脆小魚乾,整體配搭好夾,作為前菜幾好。椰子雞湯:配料非常多,有大量雞肉同草菇,另外仲有香茅同洋蔥等調味料,飲落去勁香椰子味,甜甜地,辣辣地,好飲。燒豬頸肉配青木瓜沙律:木瓜沙律份量好多,酸酸甜甜,爽口,好開胃。豬頸肉燒到剛剛好熟,切得夠薄大塊,有炭香味道,口感軟熟juicy,點埋醬汁味道更惹味。黃咖喱軟殼蟹:軟殼蟹剛炸好,炸到金黃色,外脆內軟,酥脆。黃咖喱甜甜地,加左雞蛋同煮,一齊食就無得輸。泰式牛肉船麵:船麵配料豐富,有肥牛、泰式手打牛丸、滷水牛展、牛筋同牛栢葉等,炸豬皮另上,湯底勁濃,用左好多牛骨同豬骨熬成,麵就用左金邊粉,呢款麵非常掛汁,越食越滋味。芒果糯米飯伴椰奶:即叫即整,芒果夠甜,糯米飯熱熱地,口感煙韌軟稔,點埋旁邊甜甜地椰奶,仲好食D。飲品:我叫左鮮椰子沙冰,呢個係100%鮮果製造,入口凍冰冰,啖啖椰子味道。老公叫左泰式咖啡,佢話估唔到咖啡味都幾濃,唔太甜,都幾好。 continue reading
