🥃蘋果威士忌梳打

And everything else was brought to the table whenever it was prepared, which was not expected for a fine dining experience. After the pasta, then the fries and the scalloped potatoes (with real scallops), finally the steak. The order was quite weird. Very cha-chaanzteng-like.

We felt ambivalent about the food. The pasta and the steak were fine. However, the fries were way too similar to those we had in McDonald's, which was not bad but very overpriced.

Moving on to the drinks, we both immediately regretted what we had ordered for drinks. The "Starwberry on the Sky" tasted like cough syrup, and the "Lychee Rose Ale" was not flavourful.

As for the service, the owner helped us move to another table as the small table could not hold all the food items we ordered. His hopsitality was fondly welcomed. However, the rest of the servers showed indifference to the diners. We were not looking for the top-notch hospitality services, but we were treated as if we were having a quick meal in a cha chaan teng.

As we moved to a bigger table, we ordered souffle pancakes. The website showed that it took at least 20 minutes, so we ordered the souffle pancakes when we were finishing the rest of the food. However, the souffle pancakes arrived in 10 minutes. We were surprised at the preparation speed. I asked the server about the "high efficiency", and he replied me that he did not know. I asked another server to help put the vanilla ice cream (yes, the side dish ice cream was in a container instead of being placed on the plate) into the fridge as my friend and I did not finish the rest of the food yet. Fortunately, the ice cream was put in a fridge before we asked the server to pick it up for us when we started enjoying the souffle pancakes. The souffle pancakes, with the maple syrup added, tasted so much like the pancakes we had in McDonald's. Not fluff, not airy, not soft, not melt-in-your-month. The pancakes were "solid" and we had to take the ice cream out of the container and put it to the pancakes ourselves. As the last dish of our meal, it left a very disappointing impression on our meal here.

All in all, at this price, there are so many other better options nearby.
