主菜分別有USDA Prime Ribeye及Wild Catch Seabass可供選擇,前者用上頂級的Prime Grade肉眼來烹調,吃起來肉味香濃,亦很柔嫩,配合奶油蘑菇醬同吃,相當美味。不過,苗子還是喜歡簡單一點的味道,然而配上一杯Marques de Riscal Doca 2019卻增添了不少分數,酒體圓潤,有著濃郁的雲呢拿香氣,與奶油蘑菇醬非常匹配。

作為我風格首先我先會介紹酒類,當你用餐時加$188就可以得到餐廳wine pairing 服務,包括開胃的香檳,作為前菜配搭的白酒,以及主食配搭的紅酒。

香檳用上 🔸AYALA BRUT N.V.🔸(在法國香檳省出產的才可以叫champagne ),口感非常精緻,充滿了柑橘、花香,口感非常輕,氣泡很細,也帶有點辛辣的餘味。

白酒為 🔸ESCUDO ROJO RESERVA CHARDONNAY🔸
Chardonnay 永遠都是白酒中最易入口最易配搭,即使日常少飲酒也會喜歡。而這支來自智利的,充滿著果味,如蘋果、梨和一些柑橘。 既溫和也甜美,也易入口。

紅酒則選用了來自西班牙的🔸MARQUES DE RISCAL DOCA 2019🔸,一支性價比非常高,有 連續第三年被評為世界最佳葡萄園獎的世界第二好。

酒的果香和香料味道的平衡度很好,口感複雜,能感受到強烈的果香,莓香,和少許煙熏的氣息,酸度則中等,餘韻悠長,帶少少酸度,配搭紅肉如今次主菜的牛扒一流

- **味道**:口感豐滿,單寧柔順,酒體中等偏重。果味與香料味相得益彰,展現出圓潤的結構和良好的平衡。

在一個正統西餐中,其實打頭陣的麵包處於一個會隨時被忽略的位置,因為處於第一印象中,幸好此麵包沒有令人失望,黑芝麻法包配上smoked butter 及 garlic oil ,讓普通的麵包都帶著不同口感,整體上內脆外軟的。

作為前菜,清新的油甘魚及三文魚經酸橘汁醃製,也可以配合脆餅一起吃。

經典的雞尾酒蝦,大蝦彈牙鮮甜,配合餐廳嘅自製醬汁都有效提升鮮味

煎鵝肝配上無花果和醋,令吃上去的時候減少咗鵝肝地油膩感,亦能做到一口溶化的感覺

🔸SIGNATURE CRAB CREPE🔸 +88

未必人人都會喜歡食鵝肝,但呢款蟹肉Crêpe應該會係很少人能夠抗拒,經營通透的三文魚子,配合豐富的蟹肉,以及薄薄地法式片皮,帶出咗一口的幸福感。

🔸BEEF CHEEK CAVATELLI🔸

封面相,意粉的形狀能夠使醬汁全吸收,配合軟嫩的牛臉頰,蘑菇,配搭完美。

🔸USDA PRIME RIBEYE 🔸(medium meat temperature)

能在週年餐牌都可以食到Prime Ribeye 其實係一件幸福的事,作為美國最高級別的牛肉 (一般只有2-3%的牛有資格),不論柔嫩度,多汁度 (juicy) ,豐富的大理石油花,以及脂肪含量,食上去每一口都是牛扒的最高級別。

🔸WILD CATCH CHILEAN SEABASS🔸

來自智利的野生鱸魚,肉質鮮嫩不在話下,配上魷魚及蔬菜作伴菜更是豐富了口感,不食牛,鱸魚都不會令你失望。

🔸NYC DESSERT PLATTER🔸

New York cheese cake,雲呢拿雪糕,Tiramisu ,一流的鬆軟度,餐廳也提供寫碟服務,相信生日在此慶祝也會感到開心。

個人最愛係Tiramisu 。

整體環境經典得來也帶有時尚感,而且價錢非常吸引,加上極度精緻的餐單和難得的Prime Rib eye ,以及每一個座位都可以感受到落地玻璃的窗景和空間感,完全係中環晚餐以及聚會的不二之選。

當然最重要其實係塊New York Strip。作為高級扒房,我最欣賞佢嘅係成熟度。理所當然指定medium rare,佢能夠將每一塊咁厚、脂肪度唔算高嘅上腰肉,都整到呢個水平,其實一啲都唔容易。

另外佢亦都有提供蒜蓉汁,其實以呢塊扒嘅水準我覺得唔落汁淨係加鹽亦都足夠好食,當然要留意Strip嘅食法同肉眼唔同,比較着重佢嘅肉質同牛味,而佢嘅牛味配合埋佢嘅炭香,明顯就係高級扒房先做到嘅效果。我哋每人都叫咗三塊,水準依舊地高。

以平時既fine dining黎講,呢度性價比真係唔錯,平時就咁叫個牛扒都幾百蚊💰另外佢地個weekend brunch都好值得食(有牛扒任食)食完想轉場飲野,可以去埋附近個小酒吧 mona
