將軍澳 Popcorn 商埸有兩間越南食肆,分別為 Greyhound 和芽莊,兩間的質素不相伯仲,前者地方較大,裝修較好,自然價錢亦較貴,我較喜爱後者的實而不華,昨天和太太在商場戲院看過早場,來到芽莊午膳,叫了脆皮蝦卷撈檬和手打牛肉湯粉,前者是太太的至愛,蝦卷即叫即炸,皮脆蝦肉新鮮,至於我的牛丸湯河,亦不遑多讓,爽好彈牙,湯底鮮甜,簡簡單單的一餐,較上茶樓等位輪後,舒服得多,由於無加一,埋單祗是$118。

好久沒有到Popcorn午膳,到步才發現原本想食既泰式餐廳無左,唯有轉場去食同樣可以食酸辣開胃野既芽莊。我地點左炭燒豬扒撈檬,順化牛肉湯粉同越式炸春卷。炭燒豬扒,外層燒得香口,肉質鬆軟,上菜前將豬扒剪開一大半,當食個時,就輕而易舉咁將豬扒咬開。順化牛肉湯粉和生牛肉湯粉的分別在於牛肉部位,順化用的是牛,牛炆得夠腍,湯頭濃郁,放青辣椒入湯裡,辣味會慢慢散發出來,辣得黎很滋味。越式春捲很細一件,但都幾油,所以店員建議用生菜,九層塔及青瓜食用,減卻油膩感覺,不過我覺得春捲內已經包左蔬菜,點魚露好食d, 酸酸既汁令香脆既春捲味道更上一層樓。整體食味不錯,唯小食價錢偏高,3條春捲仔索價60元有點不值,下次黎叫都係叫湯粉等主食比較化算。

之前係尖沙咀食過幾次芽莊,一直覺得質素唔錯今日同偽。公主經過將軍澳,見到有間分店就順便去試吓啦,見到都有人排隊,諗住應該幾穩陣喇,點知.......先嚟嘅係"香茅燒牛肉卷",賣相係可以,但食落原全冇味道,連燒牛肉本身嘅油香味都唔見埋再嚟嘅係"芽莊牛油雞翼",似係預先炸起再返炸,食落又冇牛油嘅香味,感覺似食普通炸雞翼"生牛肉湯麵"嚟到梗係飲啖湯先啦,個湯味道都夠,不過又係唔夠熱,攪到d牛肉淥極都好似差小小咁還好麵質都算可以.....最後杯"牛油果沙冰",反而有驚喜入口夠晒香滑,不過口感似奶昔多過沙冰但都算好味問心講~食物質素同尖沙咀鋪差太遠喇要食下次都係去返尖沙咀好個人認為,可以不試

本來打算到 popcorn樓上酒店飲茶,途經這間芽莊越式菜館,新開冇幾耐所以打算轉軚過來試一試。餐廳內座位比較狹窄, 餐牌上款式不是太多選擇, 我們order咗越式生牛河 ,香葉紙米卷, 燒牛肉撈檬。但味道非常美味,喜出望外。越式生牛河,湯底清甜 ,牛肉嫩滑, 可粉又滑, 最重要配搭埋一碟九層塔, 香草青檸辣椒, 味道配合得剛剛好。這個燒牛肉撈檬,牛肉燒得剛剛好,肉質嫩滑多汁牛肉味重, 味道香濃 冇得輸。香葉纸米卷, 睇落好似好普通,但美道好fresh, 內裏的薄荷牙菜香葉加埋他們越式醋汁, 非常清新可口以後又多一間有質素的食肆選擇了。
