個人認為,依間係同區做得最出色嘅甜品店,與其去幫襯乜嘢明星店,不如嚟試下依間唔太起眼嘅小鋪。佢哋無論喺定訂價、服務、食品選擇同味道都比附近嗰幾間好,所以奉勸大家唔好再迷信啲乜嘢食家膳稿同明星效應。夏天食品我會推介雪花冰,除咗味道選擇多之外,仲可以配好多嘢,例如魔豆、椰果、生果等等。如果你叫士多啤利味,賣相會好似一碟打邊爐肥牛;朱古力味則好似熟咗嘅肥牛;加埋好似西生菜嘅蜜瓜味睇落會好有趣。佢哋仲有唔少得意嘅食品,例如可樂啫喱食入口會有氣泡嘅感覺,朱古力湯圓就用麥精做湯底。不過有啲食品啲名改得太天花龍鳳,要問店員先知係乜嘢。服務方面店員異常熱心積極,同一般甜品鋪有好大對比,感覺似係做街坊生意。店名係將「甜」字拆開,都顯出老闆嘅心思。而且佢哋會勇於試較多新款式,食客可以有更多選擇,當然價格相宜亦好緊要。佢哋唯一較弱嘅係環境,由於鋪面細,好多時都要坐出街邊,但鄰近街市難免會影響觀感。

在大坑尋甜味已經不止一次,而且選擇是越來越多,今天佳節在前,與女友來找點甜的吃,之前已經試過了人氣的小甜谷,實在是不值一提,另外的甜品大少就感覺很棒,今回就來未試過的千口甘。此處除了有甜食之外,也有一點鹹的小吃,心思思的點了隻茶葉蛋來吃,蛋殼是非常的深啡色,看起來非常對版,可惜原來吃起來又另一回事,一口咬下,那鹹味如排山倒海的直擊我的舌頭,是鹹過鹹蛋的,鹹得舌頭有點痛的感覺,所以什麼滷水味也吃不出,真可怕。甜的點了些有創意的甜品來吃,先談那巧克力湯丸吧,巧克力湯丸一碗有五粒,啡啡的湯丸用上了點巧克力和麵粉搓在一起,而餡當然就是半融的巧克力漿,不知是否生怕巧克力漿漏出來的關係,湯丸皮吃起來很沉厚,而且也不夠油香軟腍,比我們傳統的湯丸是差了點,幸得巧克力餡的甜香相助,總體來說也算不錯,而且店家想出了以麥精維他奶來充薑湯,味道很夾,配搭得非常聰明,這個是勝在有創意,所以我鐘意。另外一款甜點是看來傳統的焗西米布甸,但其實店方加入了日本來的紅豆蓉一起焗,加上面層如吃Crème brûlée的一層脆焦糖,感覺又是煥然一新,店家端此道過來之時,布甸是剛焗好的,面層看起來如岩漿般浮沉起伏不定,又有如一

另外一款甜點是看來傳統的焗西米布甸,但其實店方加入了日本來的紅豆蓉一起焗,加上面層如吃Crème brûlée的一層脆焦糖,感覺又是煥然一新,店家端此道過來之時,布甸是剛焗好的,面層看起來如岩漿般浮沉起伏不定,又有如一隻活生生的即開生蠔一樣,不斷的在動,但也是吃過才知其味。

面層的脆焦糖確是很有焦香,可是很明顯的是過厚了,店家下了層過厚的白糖來燒了,在降溫後面層厚之外,吃起來也是過硬,用匙羹敲也敲不破,但吃這個甜品,基本是夠熱已經嬴了一半,吃起來有雞蛋香,而且有粒粒西米,西米沒過腍變粉,但紅豆就偏硬而沒有紅豆香,是畫龍點睛的動作,但總體來說已經是非常之好吃。

吃過了美味的甜點,就迎接新一年的來臨,希望明年會更好吧。

十二月廿七日(星期日)吃完了panda後,就到了千口甘甜吃甜品!這晚真是凍得很,雖然穿得夠衫,可是是夜又下著毛毛細雨...想吃點暖肚的食物!我看過menu後,點了平凡的豆腐花!其實平凡的東西也難弄得好吃!豆腐花很滑!.....好吃!!!!他們叫了椰王燉奶和椰王芝麻湯丸椰王小小的的式式,內裡的也吸到了椰汁味!下次來希望是夏天,選擇會比較多!

這晚真是凍得很,雖然穿得夠衫,可是是夜又下著毛毛細雨...想吃點暖肚的食物!

我看過menu後,點了平凡的豆腐花!
其實平凡的東西也難弄得好吃!
豆腐花很滑!.....好吃!!!!

他們叫了椰王燉奶和椰王芝麻湯丸
椰王小小的的式式,內裡的也吸到了椰汁味!

下次來希望是夏天,選擇會比較多!

服務欠佳食品差勁。一行六人,點六個甜點,分別為1. 熱腰果豆腐花2. 熱紅豆豆腐花3. 凍芒果布甸4. 熱海底椰馬啼露椰皇盎5. 杏仁茶加湯圓6. 酒釀丸子最早上檯的是三分鐘後見的芒果布甸,之後再等五分鐘,待應上了一個腰果露,退回說是腰果豆腐花,再等三分鐘,終於上了檯,但隔三分鐘後,又多上了一個豆腐花,又要再退回,指要的是紅豆豆腐花。再上紅豆豆腐花後,其他三個甜品便無了期地等,足足看了近兩節《富豪門》,於是便向四眼哥哥投訴,換來的是「排隊整緊,逐樣逐樣整」,令檯上各人非常憤怒,事關其餘三位家庭成員已吃清甜品,等了差不多三十分鐘,無可能其他三個產品仍然在整理中! 隨後不用三分鐘,三個產品分別上檯。杏仁茶加湯圓,杏仁茶是沒有杏仁味,只是淡而無味。酒釀丸子,是走樣丸子,北方人家庭成員一吃便要求退換,老闆說可換其他產品,便要求換上 熱海底椰馬啼露椰皇盎,不過最終送出來的是 熱豆腐花椰皇盎 (又再錯!) ,唯一獲讚的,便是等了三十分鐘才有得落肚的 熱海底椰馬啼露椰皇盎。最令人大感不惑,是連老闆也胡混計數,當中25元的一個甜品,埋單時說是芒果布甸價,後果家人發現芒果布甸是18元,她又推說是腰果豆

服務欠佳食品差勁。
一行六人,點六個甜點,分別為
1. 熱腰果豆腐花
2. 熱紅豆豆腐花
3. 凍芒果布甸
4. 熱海底椰馬啼露椰皇盎
5. 杏仁茶加湯圓
6. 酒釀丸子
最早上檯的是三分鐘後見的芒果布甸,之後再等五分鐘,待應上了一個腰果露,退回說是腰果豆腐花,再等三分鐘,終於上了檯,但隔三分鐘後,又多上了一個豆腐花,又要再退回,指要的是紅豆豆腐花。

賣相一樣麻麻, 食落一樣不過不失 -- 朱古力餡甜度稍高, 係「麥提莎」味
, 湯丸皮就厚到阿媽都唔認得, 不過都叫幾煙韌的.

雖然甜品未算是極為出色, 但吃得出無限心機與創意, 下次再訪的話會試試即磨的糊呢!

It was around normal dinner time and was raining cats and dogs when we arrived, but a few tables were already filled at that time. We tried their 千口甘,芒果腸粉 and a durian dessert (forgot the name). All the desserts are not so sweet and are very refreshing. The 腸粉 skin doesn't taste like the usual skin and it's more chewy. Portions may not be as big as other dessert joints but would be quite enough for a girl (guys might want to order more!) Not a bad place. Would return some time.

Making dessert look like cheung fun, brilliant idea, very novel and definitely worth at least one try. The "skin" is made from coconut juice, but it didn't have a strong coconut taste to it, but then it was so smooth it was just slip slurp and gone in a second. The mangos were chunky in size and sweet, didn't taste lik they soaked it in syrup either. The mango sauce on top was just sweet enough to compliment the whole dish. We also had the coffee flavoured shaven ice with mixed fruit. Have to say though, coffee and fruits don't go that well together, and it wasn't as creamy as promised by the staff, but overall it was still worth a try, but at $32 it was a little steep.

Much better value was the banana split, $20, and with 3 scoops with icecream.

8月13日(星期四)晚,吃過晚飯後已有八成飽,但是難得來到大坑,當然要去試試這裡的人氣甜品店,在“小甜谷”和“千口甘”之間,甜魔女友就選擇了後者。我們入到店內,坐在店內正中間的檯,地方寬敞光猛。女友很快就想到吃芒果腸粉,我看了餐牌一會就決定要碗熱杏仁茶加湯丸(三粒)。落單時,“四眼哥哥”湯丸有三種,分別是芝麻、麻蓉和皇紫(?),他解說是紫米皮包著奶皇餡,就試試這個罷!芒果腸粉很快就上檯了,是用椰汁造成的皮包住新鮮芒果條,再淋上芒果汁,味道應該很好,女友很快就吃光了。女友差不多吃完,我的杏仁茶就來到了,杏仁味濃厚,口感幼滑,是生磨的;我吃了一口皇紫湯丸,奶皇餡香甜軟綿,但紫米皮有點酸,女友試過也有同感,我跟“四眼哥哥”講,他先道歉並說換過一碗給我,然後收起那碗杏仁茶給廚房試,證實真的有酸味後再三說對不起,並解說製作過程中可能不小心混進了芒果汁。見到“四眼哥哥”如此誠懇的態度,我們當然毫不介意這小小失誤。在等候新的杏仁茶時,“四眼哥哥”請我們吃一客打氣jelly,其實是可樂jelly,不過可樂味十足且真的有很多氣。食完jelly,他再給我們送上新的杏仁茶,味道和口感和之前那碗一樣美味,皇紫

與madam於譚魚頭打完邊爐之後,一夥兒往大坑一帶食甜品,順道與madam視察大坑一帶嘅居住環境,為計劃中嘅遷居做吓功課。月前試過了「小甜谷」,味道一般,這一次試了鄰近嘅「千口甘」。此店名將「甜」字拆開,有點創意。甜品方面,主力係由台灣傳入嘅雪花冰。雪花冰可配搭各類生果或珍珠/Q果等煙韌東西。筆者得店員極力推介,選了椰子雪花冰($32);madam則叫了士多啤梨雪花冰($32);太座因為要戒口,唔可以食咁多凍嘢,只可以食什果大菜糕($16)。椰子雪花冰果然冇介紹錯,入口充滿椰子嘅香味,有如食緊椰子雪糕,只不過冇落(或減了)奶而已,而且份量十足,如一座小山丘,與友人分享也可。至於士多啤梨味嘅雪花冰,效果差天共地。士多啤梨味不濃,部分雪花冰冰太多,而且味道有點人工,如以前甄占記嘅士多啤梨味雪糕。太座嘅大菜糕裡加了黑珍珠,味道索然無味,要靠芒果汁調味。各種生果配料都係冰涼新鮮,果汁豐盈。店舖位處民聲背後,半街邊檔。大熱天時,坐在外邊都幾辛苦,還好部分座位受有限嘅空調作調節,會略為舒適。店員勤力,態度誠懇,值得鼓勵。

天文台掛起酷熱天氣訊號, 由銅鑼灣行到千口甘, 一心想試試出名的甜品.下午無咩人, 坐低叫咗碗 "千口甘" 加雪糕, 老板問: cookie & cream好唔好, 無所謂啦.這碗千口甘十分 "正, 外面天氣咁熱, 食落真係透心涼. 仲有芒果汁, 內裏有魔豆, 酸酸地又開胃, 正合這悶熱的天氣. 唯獨涼粉唔夠凍, 雪凍 d 仲正. 好似睇過menu, 加雪糕要加錢的. 但老細都係收我 $28. 我會再來的 !!
