今日同朋友喺附近行完街,經過呢間餃子店就入去醫下肚。餐廳嘅裝修幾特別,有懷舊嘅風味。原來入面除咗餃子之外,亦都有西餐供應,十分多元化。今日我同朋友就試吓啲餃子先,落單紙簡潔易明,都幾方便。豆漿:今日我同朋友行街行到好鬼熱,一嚟到就即刻飲返兩支豆漿先,豆漿都係用返大和嘅樽裝豆漿,凍冰冰好解渴,又唔算貴。-白菜豬肉煎餃:白菜豬肉餡料充足,亦都煎得好香,唔錯。食得辣嘅人一定要試吓佢個辣椒醬汁,將餃子點落醬汁再食,味道更加有層次。-雙拼水餃我哋見到雙拼都冇額外收費,就點左香菇元西豬肉同埋白菜豬肉餡料。香菇元西湯汁好好味,而且入邊嘅元西味道好出,鍾意食元西嘅人不妨一試,由於我哋煎餃同水餃都嗌咗白菜豬肉,我同朋友就比較鍾意食煎餃子多啲,可能因為大家都比較住鍾意食煎炸野掛🙈🙈-醉鴨舌一食落去就有香濃既酒味,再加上鴨舌本身大大條,食落啖啖肉,幾好食,仲有少量杞子半碟配搭,賣相加分。

湯餃,每一粒都有成隻湯匙咁大,皮好滑,滑到會夾唔實個種,同埋根本唔需要任何調味,好好味呀

餃子唔算一樣好難整嘅食物,但係要做到皮薄餡靚就真係好有難度,而且要包到靚,有摺痕,而唔會過厚或者易穿,好有難度,但係尼間做得好好!

自從限制令放寬之後,放工之後多了外出晚餐。這晚和男友在旺角的寵物街行左一陣,經過太子站對面這間古色古香的店鋪,走近才發現其實是兩鋪兩店- 一間鋪位有兩個招牌,門口也有兩份餐牌。不要看錯了,喜相逢是右邊餐牌,主打每日新鮮製作的餃子和上海菜。我們看店鋪裝潢特別,似是酒吧又似餃子店,加上價錢不貴,覺得不妨一試。餐桌上也放了兩份餐牌,喜相逢的餐牌是一張類似點心紙,上面主要都是上海小食和餃子煎或是湯餃,最有趣的是鴛鴦戲水。問過店員,原來這是辣的湯餃。由於我們小食已經點了麻辣的水晶皮蛋、水晶粉皮和重慶小麵,水餃就選煎的韭菜豬肉餃。韭菜豬肉餃,擺碟有心思,中間放了麻辣汁。重慶小麵是冷盤,主要蔥碎,豬肉,灑上芝麻帶出香味。小麵帶酸微辣,味道頗開胃。水晶粉皮則是寬闊的透明麵條,加上蒜頭和大量花生作爲味道提升。味道比起重慶小麵更爲麻辣,口感刺激。水晶皮蛋外貌與一般吃的烏黑的皮蛋不一樣,晶瑩剔透。皮蛋淋上麻辣汁,底下鋪了青瓜絲讓口感更清新,頗有心思。
