好久無吃潮州打冷了,心思思想吃蠔餅和鵝片~決定和朋友就來到尖沙咀九記吃個夠😄我們點了鹵水鵝片,鵝片嫩滑,鹵水夠入味,下面的豆腐件和芽菜也是精華所在,不消一會我倆就把它消滅了~蠔餅,份量超大~~蠔仔的數目多得我都數不到,廚師技巧很好炸得相當鬆脆,吃下乾爽而且不太油膩,我們都吃得很滋味~~炸鮮蝦,一碟有8隻,每隻也很大隻,炸得鬆脆到連蝦殼都可以吃掉,鮮蝦肉質爽口,很新鮮,上面舖有香蒜,極之惹味~鹵水生腸拼鵝腸,難得來到吃打冷,也要吃個鵝腸吧,兩種腸都爽口入味~整體每碟份量都很足,一開始我們預計要打包走,想不到吃時太美味,輕易就把整台食物吃掉了😂

跟朋友來佐敦午餐, 忽然想食蠔仔粥, 找到了在漆咸道南的這一家。兩個人吃不到太多東西, 一個菜、一個粥、加上我想吃的鮑魚, 就夠了。蠔仔粥$48: 上菜時非常的熱, 試一口湯, 味道鮮味, 鹹淡度剛好, 蠔仔細細隻但都鮮味不腥, 間中吃到大地魚乾的味道, 較濃郁芳香, 飯的份量十分多, 似乎足夠兩個人吃。四季豆炒鮮魷$108本來想要的西蘭花沒有了, 改了四季豆, 走過油的四季豆, 有很爽脆的口感, 而又不油膩, 菇片不知是否用同一方法處理過, 特別的濃味, 魷魚頗鮮味又不會韌。果皮蒸鮑$42本來對海鮮類沒特別期望, 畢竟這不是海鮮餐廳, 但出乎意料, 鮑魚蒸得很好, 不會太熟, 入口軟身, 搭配了果皮香味, 一絕。原來還不收加一, 都幾實惠, 抵食。

聞說這家九記在尖沙咀屹立多年,這家餐廳的特別之處是,既有港式粉面、亦有正宗潮州菜,正所謂「一雞幾味」,實在令人難以抗拒呢!牛雜麵既然有港式粉面,當然要試一試我最愛的牛雜麵!有牛肚、牛雜和腸等等, 頗為入味,而且伴上店家的特製辣汁,絕對是精選配。炸蠔仔餅蠔餅簡直是這家店的精選之一,蠔仔一粒粒的十分飽滿,蠔仔肉鋪滿整個盆,實在吃得我們不亦樂乎!胡椒豬肚湯一百元也不用,豬肚湯的材料極豐,充滿軟稔適中的豬肚,配上厚切鹹菜,而且湯頭十分惹味,絕對是心機菜!豉汁蒸蟶子蟶子如手掌一樣長,配上粉絲、豉汁醬後,啖啖肉且新鮮非常。值得一食。就是炸蠔餅和豉汁蒸鱔已值回票價吧!下次必定再來試試其他海鮮、潮州菜:)

九記位於尖沙咀鬧市之中,作為傳統食店立於旺地,實在是食家口福。店內充滿了各潮式食品的推介,不論是餐前小吃,午餐主食,中午麵餐,晚市慶功的選擇都一應俱全。滷水拼盤就是潮式食品不二之選,作為餐前小吃實在是啟動胃口的最佳選擇。滷水拼盤包含了爽口豬脛肉、五花腩肉、滷水豬耳條、滷水豬腸、豬生腸、魷魚片、紅腸以及滷水豆腐,款式之多可謂花多眼亂,在我而言還是喜歡夠傳統的紅腸呢。黃花魚味香濃,配合普寧豆醬和芹菜的香味,使其味道更為可口;對喜歡食魚的朋友來說,可謂不二選擇。蠔仔粥可說是潮式食品的招牌菜,而九記就以真材實料去製作。粥剛好食到米飯與粥水相容狀態;而與一般蠔仔粥相比,九記選用的蠔仔確實稍大,而且數量亦不少,對於不喜歡食飯的我,蠔仔粥真是極好的白飯代替品。吃飯時,若果手提電話電力不足,可以租借移動電源,非常方便和貼心的服務。

今晚陪好姊妹到尖沙咀整甲,順便四處逛逛,逛了差不多兩小時已經開始肚餓,決定在附近隨意找吃。發現華美達酒店附近有間潮州食店,就決定試試看吧!餐廳主打潮州打冷,但都有不少鑊氣小炒,潮式粉麵。鵝片打冷必食潮州鹵水鵝片,色澤偏深證明鵝肉鹵到非常入味,鹵水味甘香濃郁,鵝肉鮮嫩多汁,肉質鮮美。潮皇雞套餐套餐只收$58,已經包了一份潮皇雞,滷水豆腐,滷水蛋,紫菜湯,雞汁蒸飯,非常便宜,而且份量十足,雞肉鮮嫩滑溜,豆腐軟淋入味,雞汁飯香濃撲鼻,味道鮮甜。蒜香骨炸到金黃酥脆,蒜味香濃,肉質鮮美而有咬口,超惹味。方魚肉碎粥方魚味道完全溶入粥㡳,入口鮮甜美味,堅正!蒜茸炒通菜份量大而且鑊氣十足,通菜爽口脆嫩,味道清甜。

打開個餐牌即刻知道點解噤旺場, 因為好多小菜都係其他餐廳無提供!

第一係鵝紅.

第二係薄殼.

所以估計老闆係潮州人.

另外再點咗酥炸豬大腸同鵝腸.

一碟酥炸大腸內有兩種炸大腸, 有膏同無膏都有, 我比較中意食有膏, 皮脆內軟有少少油香, 滿意.

自己唔多中意點辣油, 因為自己唔好辣, 食鵝腸係唯一例外! 而九記嘅辣油又辣得洽到好處, 配合埋一齊, 完美!

鵝紅同薄殼都係第一次食, 鵝紅入口同豬紅無太大分別, 最大分別係鵝紅更加入味, 我中意味濃, 所以哩碟鵝紅更啱我胃口.

相信接近季尾, 所以薄殼比較細, 但肉質鮮嫩, 極有潮州風味!

其實九記重有好多人無佢有嘅潮州菜, 不過肚腩空間有限, 下次再黎過!

每次放工經過這間九記潮州滷味店,見到佢門口掛住的一隻隻獅頭鵝就食指大動,今晚放工就同老公兩個人過去食個晚食。晚市有套餐都要幾十蚊起,亦有多款小食及滷味。鵝件(例牌)這裏最出名一定是獅頭鵝,連骨上的鵝肉比鵝片有咬口,可以食到滷水的味道滲入骨內,鵝肉既香又腍,下面則以滷水豆腐及花生墊底。凍烏頭餐牌上寫時價,問一問原來都是百多元,即刻叫了一條,烏頭肉質結實,未到冬季,黃油不算豐富,魚肉雪白,加上特製的黃豆醬,帶起魚肉鮮味。蠔仔粥每次食滷味一定會叫蠔仔粥,蠔肉粒粒脹卜卜,新鮮有蠔香,加上冬菜等味道,整體鮮味十足。
