約咗朋友去尖東食飯,但唔知食咩,走咗入去九龍富豪酒店睇吓有咩好食,見到這間日本串燒店,望入去好似有啲日本客人,有日本人幫襯嘅日本料理應該唔會太差。門口招呼我哋嘅係一位上咗年紀嘅日本男人,後來店員話俾我知,原來這間日本料理係日本人開嘅,不是酒店旗下食肆,我相信剛才那位日本人應該係老闆。我哋坐吧枱,可以見到師傅燒烤,一坐低店員就奉上熱茶、小食同一碗蘿蔔蓉,蘿蔔蓉可以加啲豉油,用嚟點串燒食,冇咁熱氣,但竟然收咗我$40😣芝士煙肉,燒到好香,唔會太燶,裏面有好多芝士,好食雞皮燒到好香脆,咬落去好似食薯片咁香脆這個牛肉串燒都幾好食,但係唔重牛味,略貴牛肝加上醬汁好惹味蘆筍煙肉卷,香口,蘆筍唔會太老燒飯團, 外層有飯焦,燒得好脆,不會太硬,但味道畧淡。鰻魚燒到好香,加上鰻魚醬非常惹味咖喱烏冬好大碗,烏冬爽口彈牙,咖喱汁用咗好多材料去煮,有金菇紅蘿蔔絲冬菇絲等等,所以煮出嚟嘅咖喱汁好香濃,日本咖喱唔辣有少少甜甜地,撈烏冬食確係一流。食到一半都仲有好多咖喱汁,真係用咗好多菇類嚟做這個醬汁,真係好有誠意,$90 一碗真係唔貴。總結:廚師燒烤功力唔錯,燒得剛剛好,沒有燒燶。當晚有一枱日本客應該係熟客,老闆

總結:廚師燒烤功力唔錯,燒得剛剛好,沒有燒燶。當晚有一枱日本客應該係熟客,老闆和員工都有親自幫佢哋斟酒仲同佢地一齊飲,氣氛幾好,服務態度唔錯,尤其是個老闆,雖然唔係好叻廣東話,但都盡量溝通同你溝通。埋單每人$240,對酒店日本料理來講一啲都唔貴,而且食物質素好,所以有機會會再幫襯。

埋單總數七百多元,數目只是差了一角,處理是否可較為彈性?
發現有錯後隨即拿走本人信用咭再簽帳,一句「唔好意思」也沒有,服務水平和態度實大有改善空間。

總括而言, 此店食物質素果真不錯,物有所值,唯服務強差人意,對不起桌上佳餚,直接便此店降格,甚是可惜。

其實燒烤應該唔算乜嘢高難度, 但係哩度食到嘅, 外面同樣食材,往往係有所不及。


簡單如燒蒜頭,燒飯糰, 都係絕對美味! 魚生嘅鮮美, 亦係非常難得!


仲有有善嘅兩名大廚亦係我常光顧嘅原因之一! 一邊飲飲食食,一邊欣賞大廚們料理, 有空又會談天說地,碰杯一下, 實為一大樂事!

而大廚安排非常“特別嘅甜品
, 我可以話只此一家, 有興趣嘅食友, 可以去探討一下!

It's been a while since I last visited Nishiki Yakitori (錦), a yakitori shop that used to be one of my favorites in town. I must admit, the open kitchen does look a little strange without Master Kei there calling the shots. During his days, I love to sit around the bar table and chit chat with him. The place used to be so lively back then. I would actually be fine sitting away from the bar table today as long as the food is equally as good as the good old days.

Sweet fried bean curd udon noodle with soup - I started the meal the same way I always did when I came to Nishiki with a bowl of udon soup to get my tummy warm. This is the perfect way to get myself ready for the skewers and it was nice to find that the same old flavors (from the broth and sweet bean curd) were still there (Grade: 3.5/5).

今日與友人逛街時苦惱著晚餐吃什麼,突然想起了尖東富豪酒店內有間類似居酒居的食店,所以決定去試一試! 因為我們大約6:30左右,所以去到不用等便有位。雖然在酒店內,但內裡並沒有豪華裝修,而是像一般家庭式的居酒屋,一點都不拘束。一坐下我們立刻點菜,首先當然叫這店出名的食材「鳥」=「雞」,跟著牛肉,豬肉,蔬菜,醃漬,魚乾。在品嚐每一道串燒,都感受到大廚的用心,他把火候控制得宜令每道菜吃起來都外脆內軟,鮮嫩多汁,令人回味! 由於每種食材所用嘅時間火候都不同,所以好與壞,除了食材嘅新解度,都要取決於廚師的手勢同經驗。這店並不是集團經營,又沒有什麼著名大廚,但這種有心的食店已經買少見少,希望他們繼續努力維持水準!

燒雞串飯分別有三串燒雞串,只試吃了免治雞肉串及紫蘇葉雞串。偷看到師傅將免治雞肉串燒得差不多時,塗上一層甜味醬汁再烤即成,吃來在醬汁甜味的襯托下,雞串的肉味更香,吃時有些爽口感,應是加入了雞軟骨以增嚼勁。

而紫蘇葉雞串的雞肉雖然不夠嫩滑,但用紫蘇葉捲著烤燒,也挺香的呢!

最後店員說有餐飲附送,可以選凍咖啡或熱咖啡,或者不飲。凍咖啡的話,只會有一根膠棒作攪拌之用,飲管是欠奉的呢。咖啡的味道也挺香,奶也夠滑。

吃飽之後想一想,終於明白為何定食盤一早便出現了。為了將最好的食物呈給客人,需要的是出餐的時間控制。這樣吃完一樣到一樣,客人每吃一款食物都是熱呼呼的。若果整份定食同時間奉桌,吃得這個那個又會凍了。的確,這種細心已經很少見。
