最近每次去到大坑經過這剛開了兩個月的店,
門口都會掛着一個 “Sorry booking is full tonight” 等字樣。
激起我的好奇心,讓我馬上預約下星期的位置😂

菜式走意大利瑞士風 🇮🇹🇨🇭
菜單上選擇精簡,我覺得這樣更好!
對於小店來說,集中出色的幾道菜,比起提供超多款但好吃的只有一部份的來都要好。

⭐️ Malakoff - Cheese Fondue 😋
⭐️ Wagyu Beef Tartare - 加了酸芹菜 & 炸薯絲,合起來很好吃開胃👍🏻
⭐️ Winter Salad - 沙拉混合了啤梨,很清爽甜 👍🏻
⭐️ Pumpkin Al Fredo Creste di Gallo - 用了像花一樣的意粉,口感煙靭特別,配上南瓜蓉、牛油、芝士,邪惡😋😋
⭐️ Tiramisu - 忌廉芝士很香滑,內裏的咖啡和蛋糕份量很適中,整個吃起來停不了口!而且分量多,感覺是二人份量,很划算👍🏻

🙈唯一失色的是 Duck Ragu Reginette - 鴨肉比較乾身,意粉醬汁沒什麼味道,整體一般。

**大家要注意的地方是餐廳因為比較細小,所以晚上會分三輪,每次用餐時間一個半小時,所以預約好時間的朋友千萬不要遲到啊!
當天我便看到有位女士和朋友遲到了45分鐘,結果餐廳便不讓他們進了,因要保障第二輪的食客。

先嘗Reginette,係一種波浪形嘅闊身麵條,形狀容易掛汁,口感有嚼勁。

相比之下呢一個就creamy啲,醬汁更rich,不過素食者都可以選擇。
醬汁主要係南瓜,另外再加褐牛油、帕瑪森奶酪、香脆鼠尾草烹調而成,充滿香甜嘅南瓜味,但唔會覺得單調😚
麵條Creste di Gallo外型似雞冠,有長通粉嘅坑紋,同樣容易掛汁。

非常喜歡佢哋嘅牛肉他他,手工制意粉亦非常出色,有好多特別嘅麵條,味道正宗美味😋而且價錢非常合理,人均$200-300已經飽到上心口,大推呀💖

I was having dinner with my flatmate, and she mentioned she’s been wanting to try this restaurant in tai hang for a while, but it’s been booked out, and that she finally got a booking for April. Little did I know she was talking about Nocino; AND that I was actually headed there pretty much the day after for a fantastic meal to come!Nocino is a homely, rustic, and awesome Swiss Italian restaurant, that just makes me wonder why such a concept hasn’t existed before! Nocino is a homely, rustic, and awesome Swiss Italian restaurant, that just makes me wonder why such a concept hasn’t existed before! The hospitality is so heartwarming; if you know me, you know I love picking up conversations with people, and here I got the perfect chance to!

These were my absolute standout favorites from the meal:

- Beef Tartare - with crispy potatoes and creamy aioli: I don’t normally go for beef dishes but I’d heard so much about this one, I had to try it! 10/10 awesome and so good, a textural balanced masterpiece!
- Gruyère Malakoff - basically a fried ball (croquette) of fondue cheese. I don’t need to say much about this, if you love cheese, you’ll be obsessed with this one!
- Brown crab Cacio e Pepe - never thought messing with a classic would give such great results, plusss their pasta is handmade
- Tiramisu - held so well and just perfectly balanced. One of the better tiramisus I’ve had in HK

Such a great experience, and awesome meal. Plus they have such a value for money lunch deal starting at just $148 for 2 courses - WHUTTT 😱

以Merlot Wine煮的牛肝菌,香氣馥郁。果味豐富的Merlot Wine,更能帶出牛肝菌的濃鬱木質香氣。

南瓜醬雞冠麵。Creste di Gallo很像通心麵上加了個雞冠,意大利的麵食的確精緻多元化。配上南瓜醬,入口香甜而不膩,素食者都可吃。

𓎽 Clear Day In Maggiore
薰衣草利口酒作基底,入口就是微甜的花香。加入Gin,味道乾淨而不烈。整體風味獨特而優雅。如果你喜歡帶花香芬芳的雞尾酒,這一定是個好選擇。


𓎽 Ticino Spritz
葡萄柚香氣非常突出,加上Sparkling,口感清爽,香甜易入口。還有漸層顏色,賣相漂亮。


𓎽 Odette’s Tiramisu
作為瑞士意大利菜的完美句號,一定要來一個Tiramisu。這裏的Tiramisu酒味較濃。入口絲滑,酒香在口內縈繞不散,非常喜歡。


由前菜到主菜,每一道都有很多起司,的確是瑞士菜的正宗風味。店員們態度熱情,上菜亦非常迅速,服務很好。小店的外面有一張二人枱,養寵物的朋友都可以和主子一同用膳。可是座位不多,想享用正宗瑞士意大利菜的朋友,最好先行預約。
