不太敢吃鴨肉的我超喜歡這個pasta的調味!其實吃起來的口感有點像Beef Cheek肉醬,但番茄味比較淡🍅雞冠粉吃起來很有嚼勁,咀嚼系的朋友們肯定會超級喜歡😻🫶🏻

呢間預約困難的手工意粉小店都出名左一段時間,weekend lunch要早幾個星期book🙈自己係三月頭的時候去,當時早一星期都係book到平日9點的時段。去到點知book左都未有枱,老闆有請我地飲杯酒,一路飲一路等。呢個待客之道都值得加分。店鋪真係超級細,只能做幾組客人。夜晚去就係a la carte,但價錢都唔會太貴。

✅✅Wagyu beef tarte. 呢個牛肉他他我好鍾意,連朋友第一次食都覺得好容易接受。生牛肉切成一粒粒,肉質好滑,唔會好多筋。加埋啲西芹粒,增加左口感又清爽啲😗面頭的炸薯絲更令成道菜有第三種口感。生牛肉一啲都唔腥,因為調味係牛奶大蒜醬,蒜的辛香同牛奶取得平衡,非常好食🥹

🆗Pumpkin al fredo creste di gallo. 問店員邊個會比較無咁膩,佢哋就介紹左呢個。以南瓜蓉+汁做base的意粉,係食到好純粹的南瓜天然甜味😌入面仲有啲菠菜,更加顯得清淡。不過因為主要食材只有南瓜,就算加芝士都難免有d單調,同埋食多幾啖陣甜味會令人覺得好膩。雞冠粉係大版通心粉,入面裝到好多汁的,但略嫌唔夠彈牙,偏硬,要嚼好耐先得🤔

大坑區大大小小嘅餐館里,港式、日式、越式各有特式,呢間 NOCINO 近期最火熱,不論 lunch 或者 dinner 時段都要預約大概兩個月。咁啱呢個 weekend 落住毛毛雨,點知仲有feel ,沿着銅鑼灣道行入去,街道上清靜休閒很有外國的味道。餐廳內只有少量餐枱,大約容納20人左右。今次試咗兩道菜式嘅 Menu ,前菜分別有和牛他他同埋意大利飯炸球,牛肉他他輕輕煮熟少少入口較全生嘅肉更容易接受,好味。意大利飯炸球屬於農村菜,有家常的感覺。主菜,鴨肉意麵,肉質軟腍腍,手工面彈口,掛上汁醬很入味!青醬意麵,味道很濃郁,再加上芝士粉,比較重身,所以見仁見智。總括而言,很有外國風味的餐館,價錢都尚算合理,進餐時間只限1小時,實在有啲趕。所以想享受食物與朋友相聚,此地方未必太理想。

I appreciated their willingness to accommodate to our needs and preferences- such as my boyfriend’s walnut allergy, and my aversion to cheese. For my Pappardelle ($178), they kindly served the cheese foam and grated cheese on the side. For every dish we ordered, they made sure to double and triple check whether there was any walnut.

呢款炸意大利飯團,內餡有蘑菇同芝士,後者比例仲多過Risotto添,食落一啲都唔油膩同口乾,質感仲有啲似炸薯仔添。原來前菜和牛吞拿魚配炸飯團都幾夾。


Nduja Reginette (Pasta)
手工波浪麵味道方面十分之惹味搶口,感覺有啲似食緊韓國辛辣麵🌶️,但麵質再彈牙啲,長長嘅麵條撈埋辣醬汁,再散上一絲絲淡芝士,中和到少少辣味,變咗高級版撈麵😂我就對呢款麵出現係西餐廳有所保留,因為呢個世界唔會有人對即食麵抗拒掛?


Duck Ragu Creste Di Gallo (Pasta)
呢款花邊手工通心意粉形狀幾特別,將鴨肉汁鎖係空心嘅意粉裏內,加上鴨肉本身容易overcook變老,所以廚師以鴨肉絲處理,既可以保留肉質嫩滑又可以掛汁,別出心裁👍🏻但由於Nduja Reginette味道太濃太搶,變咗呢款意粉表現係相比下淡味一啲,有啲失色,不過都好好食😋



Odette's Tiramisu
正常發揮,普通甜品,冇咩Rum酒味。


總結,呢間以Lunch Set $200以下,但包含咁多瑞士意大利菜嚟講,性價比好高,上菜速度猶如本地茶餐廳。餐廳環境少少逼,以木傢俬作餐枱,但咁啱我果張似二手木材,枱上有幾條深深裂痕,見到侍應其實好難清理乾淨,有殘留污垢😅但以咁繁忙嘅西餐廳嚟講,大致上服務態度都可以😌

service was great, all staff were friendly and energeticFor the food:We had an appetizer (cured meats), this was goodthen came the recommended main, crab pasta. the pasta was chewy and of an interesting shape. but there was no crab. only (i guess), crab juice. this was a ~$180 HKD (~200HKD post service) pasta main that only had pasta, no meat, no veggie (and portion was small)we then had the tiramisu for desert and this was good (although the nocino shot was not my favorite) and wineoverall felt
