【Belper Knolle Salad】看起来平平无奇一盘草,越吃越惊叹:真有你的!Bitter Leaf清脆爽口,甜甜的啤梨切片和蜂蜜芥末酱调和其苦味,奶酪完美充当酱汁和食材之间的粘合剂。烤核桃仁给得豪迈,酥脆香甜根本停不了口。

【Brown Crab Cacio E Pepe】去之前做了下攻略,不然真还看不懂菜单了。这款搭配的是Cassarecce 条形卷面,另外几款pasta分别是👉Gigli 托斯卡纳风铃意面/Creste di gallo 鸡冠面/Reginette 波纹面。

整盘几乎不见蟹肉,但每一根面条上都沾满了奶酪的咸香和蟹鲜味。意面恰到好处的咬断感和一点点弹牙让人忍不住一口接一口,我觉得是好吃的,不过对腥味敏感的朋友慎点。

【Odette's Tiramisu + Nocino】Nocino是一款由未成熟的核桃、糖、香料和酒精制成的核桃利口酒,加不加是optional,既然撞上了店名, then it’s a must.

不过我们都没想到,酒和提拉米苏是分开的,于是就有了当晚一口蛋糕一口shot的名场面。
·
香港的意大利菜餐厅做提拉米苏普遍不差,这款也能排进第一梯队,尤其是升级成了酒鬼提拉米苏,浓郁度再次得到了升华,上头又快乐!

【Domaine La Colombe, Chasselas - La Côte】White Blossom/Lemon/Juicy Pear,柔和精致的酸度包裹着甜甜的蜂蜜香,配沙拉很棒。

意想不到和牛他他都可以好開胃!柔軟和牛他他配上大蒜蛋黃醬,好creamy,淡淡蒜香味亦不會蓋過和牛味,脆脆薯絲反而更增添香口感覺!

➌ Duck Ragu Pappardelle
鴨肉醬配意大利手工闊麵條,醬味濃郁,都可以均勻掛上麵條上 ;手工麵有輕微蛋香,煙煙韌韌,好食

front of house 的細心窩心serving 配上廚房迅速美味廚技
令每一位食客完全可以60分鐘內完成午餐,而不覺得倉卒
午餐係做4輪,由11:30 至到2:30。
無返咁上下功力,係無可能做到又好食又食得舒服。
