冬陰功海鮮意粉🍝冬陰功醬汁唔單止濃味,仲流出青檸嘅味道,令到食物好fresh,係東南亞菜嘅感覺。而且仲有好彈牙嘅大蝦同大大舊嘅帶子同青口。食物種類都幾多,蝦同帶子都覺得煮得好唔錯,但青口比較細粒。意粉味道酸甜,好有冬陰公嘅味道而且意粉嘅硬度適中,唔會太軟。酥炸軟殼蟹蟹膏蟹肉黑松露意大利飯成大隻炸軟殼蟹放咗上面,每一啖都係脆口,但炸得唔會好乾身,而且食落去係有汁,鎖住咗軟殼蟹嘅味道。另外,意大利飯都係鋪滿醬汁,每一淡都食得岀蟹膏嘅味道。而且仲會有少量嘅蟹肉。中意食蟹嘅朋友真係唔好錯過。甜品西班牙油炸鬼配朱古力醬及雲呢拿雪糕佢地係即叫即整,所以上枱時係熱辣辣。咬落外表好脆,内裏有少少綿,點住朱古力食增加味道層次,加埋雪糕就係口感嘅變化,有種冰火交加嘅感覺,確實係幾得意。雖然份量偏少但都值得一試。Signature cocktail 🍹 叫左杯too hot too handle,好fresh水果味嘅cocktail ,酸甜得黎好易入口,適合新手同女仔試下。

Oasis Bar & Grill位於諾士佛臺,一到餐廳門口已經聽到鳥聲。餐廳裝修以大自然為主調,兩組鳥籠設計的座位很特別。Pinocchio餐廳有多款cocktail及mocktail,Pinocchio是以芒果、日本蘋果汁以及荔枝烏龍茶組成,果茶帶淡淡甜味。墨西哥芝士雞肉烤餅配牛油果醬,酸忌廉,番茄沙沙 墨西哥芝士雞肉烤餅少不了特色三色醬,即牛油果醬、酸忌廉、及番茄沙沙,三種醬均十分喜歡,淨食亦無不可。烤餅餅皮烤得乾身香脆,配上嫩滑雞肉,十分可口。西班牙燒豬腩肉伴烤西瓜三文治 想不到西瓜可以代替麵包,夾著燒豬腩肉,變成三文治。西瓜切成四方形,烤過後十分多汁,減去豬腩肉不少肥膩感覺。香煎北海道帶子蒜香辣椒墨魚汁意粉 北海道帶子略煎,保留滑溜口感,味道鮮甜嫩滑。墨魚汁再加上墨魚扁意粉,墨魚汁獨特海鮮味很入味,加上蒜蓉辣椒就更加惹味。
