很多香港人都喜歡自由行去台灣短遊,目的是享受當地風土人情和地道美食,而且價錢經濟。其實在香港,世界美食共冶一爐,什麼風味菜都可以吃到,不必四圍走,台灣菜當然也不例外。今天在中環機利文新街,就試了一間主打台灣菜的食肆,叫屋喔 O’Casa。屋喔佔地下連閣樓2層,地方尚算寬敞,佈置簡單,環境舒適。坐下就叫了台灣地道美食,鹽酥雞($48)、蜜味台式香腸(40)、和洋風滋味的黑松露野菌蚵仔燉飯($72),最後當然少不了台灣極品凍珍珠奶茶($30)。鹽酥雞不是一整塊上,而是切成小雞件炸起,剛好一口一件,不大不小,味道不錯,惟略嫌鹽酥味不足。蜜味台式香腸也不是原條上,香腸切片,再以蒜片和蔥粒香炒伴碟,賣相不錯。香腸肉味豐富,蒜片添香,真是相得益彰。黑松露野菌蚵仔燉飯其實就是Risotto,製法與一般意大飯無異,飯做得軟硬度適中,有嚼口。黑松露味道濃郁,再加上蚵仔的鮮味,配搭新鮮。至於我至愛的台灣極品凍珍珠奶茶,奶茶味香,黑珍珠夠煙韌彈牙,口感不錯。

在車水馬龍的中上環有條安靜的橫街 有間雅緻的台式餐廳到了夜晚 如果無落雨 仲會開露天雅座 由於 呢度係內街 無車行 所以唔會好熱 又無廢氣 都幾浪漫㗎晚市6pm開始 其實5:50pm落單都得嘅 XD小妹點咗一個Set A 陪沙律 餐湯 呢日嘅湯係雜菜湯 多料唔在講 最難得係無味精 裡面有少少瘦肉碎 但面頭看來層油只係好薄main course係培根起司雞柳奶油燉飯~~圖中一條條嘅就係芝士啦 撈勻之後 芝士將飯黏住 勺的時候會見到啲芝士好有彈性~~個飯用咗resotto嘅方法煮 汁好多 飯也軟熟~~雞肉全部去皮去骨 份量挺多另外追加一壺熱蜂蜜桂圓紅棗玫瑰花茶 上桌時有蠟燭暖住 唔單止餡料豐富 仲好好味 又有益... 雖然餐飲唔包花茶 但可以無限加水添飲 都抵返!

整體而言, 呢度既西式菜水準不俗, 而且可以坐好耐唔好被趕走, 系吹水一流既地方!

在中環上班雖然有很多選擇,日式、西式、中式都有,但除了茶餐廳、湯粉面外,稍為好一點的餐廳都是動輒百元以上的今天和朋友去嚐一家新台菜點了個台式炸雞排肉燥飯肉燥飯用了一個小鐵鍋盛載,很有趣用料挺豐富的,有兩大塊炸雞排,酸菜,肉燥,半隻滷蛋,濃濃的台式風味70元的價格在中環來說是容易接受的,比起同區另外兩家有名的台菜便宜一截,食物的質量也不錯,難怪中午門口都擠滿了人,相信很快會再來

70元的價格在中環來說是容易接受的,比起同區另外兩家有名的台菜便宜一截,食物的質量也不錯,難怪中午門口都擠滿了人,相信很快會再來

烤大蝦花枝墨汁意大利麵。

大蝦烤得爽口彈牙,香煎後味道焦香爽彈,鮮甜味不出但口感不錯。魷魚圈的確出色,入口爽口不鞋口,容易咀嚼。墨汁意粉更是出色,墨汁味道濃郁濃厚,滿口黑色的醬汁,咸香豐富,意粉較軟身,但也合我心意。

The staff also recommended “Taiwanese garlic sausage” – it tasted very different from usual western or Chinese styled sausage. This one has a very strong garlic flavor and not very salty. We loved it a lot!

We ordered another appetizer “Prawns with ginger and wine” (In Taiwan, they called this dish/sause as Three Cups). In Taiwan, “Three Cups Chicken” is a very popular dish and it’s my first time trying “Three Cups” with prawns. The prawn was delicious and it’s definitely worth coming back for this dish! Love it!

For the main course, we ordered a “Seafood Paella” – don’t expect it would taste like a Spanish's paella (thin, crispy and dry). This one is definitely more like an Asian style. Rice was not dry and it served in a big portion. They also gave you a lot of shrimps, squid and chicken.

I went there for lunch. Lucky we went early(noon), otherwise there would be a wait. I ordered the fried chicken steak with minced pork over rice. I was very disappointed. The minced pork had too much sauce and made the rice very thick. The fried chicken steak was OK. I would not go again. I don't understand why there is a line when the food quality is not that amazing.
