這家餐廳是爸爸帶我去的,他去了好幾次,每次都點同一個餐就是豬排飯!在灣仔小街道上。環境不錯,位置舒適。每次都是walk-in。聽爸爸講好久以前已經有這家店。後來搬到灣仔。他一直有來光顧是因為豬排真的很難做到好吃。而這家令他覺得特別深刻。因為豬排內脆外軟,不會乾巴巴的。肉份量很多!中午有午餐menu。一款前菜+飯+飲料。我點了蔥油豉油豬排飯,他點了黃咖喱豬排飯。我選了少飯,免浪費。醬料另外送上,可以自行選擇醬料份量。前菜選了凍豆腐,健康有益。如果豬排飯可以多加蔬菜就更好!

Finally got to try the noodles here! I have picked pig intestine with thick egg noodles in belacan sauce and it’s soooo yum that I finished every thing in a flash! the belacan is basically like traditional dried shrimp paste but less oily... recommended!P.S. no need to queue during lunch hours 😉

前幾日同同事去開灣仔做野,於是嘗試帶同事去依間馬來西亞餐廳(佢自從由天后搬去灣仔後我都冇食過,其實應該都有10年),去到之後發現宜家個裝修格調比以前天后鋪高雅好多,不過見到個lunch set價錢都係$78左右(不過牛腩嗰啲就就要過$100)我叫左一個豬大腸撈麵配娘惹醬,個撈麵的麵質幾爽口的,但娘惹醬就唔夠惹味同辣,豬大腸就相當彈牙,個表皮脆脆地,係好食的,我仲食左其他同事的豬扒、雞扒同牛腩,個牛腩煮得夠林,完全唔老,係好食的,但唔算好特別,比較特別的係個炸豬扒,有好多肉汁,又炸得脆,如果要推介的話,我會推介個炸豬扒

好鐘意去老巴剎,但每次去都要湊夠一枱腳,如果吾係兩個人好難叫野食。早兩日見佢地Facebook話有二人套餐就同大熊貓去食。一千蚊兩個人有九道菜,算抵食。我最愛既醉酒鵝肝,真係百吃不厭!麥皮蝦十分惹味,大熊貓吾食佢個隻我食埋紅燒龍躉翅腩又係另一招牌菜,好少食魚怕惺既大熊貓都食晒。已經食到好飽仲有海南雞飯,隻雞好滑我食左大半碟雞但只係食得落少少飯,最後打包啲飯第日食。個胃仲有少少位,食埋個荔枝雪餅啱啱好!總括來說,呢個套餐物超所值,仲可以兩個人吾洗諗食咩就試到餐廳招牌菜記得要預訂!

一直喜歡食東南西亞菜式 ,今個Weekend就同朋友黎到老巴剎朝聖, 鋪位於灣仔二,三線街道 , 第一次黎既朋友都要點時間去搵由於大部份海鮮都需要Pre-order ,今次都只能夠試其他招牌菜式原隻大鮮魷, 以凍食做法 ,超大只,  魷魚肉質十分有彈性同口感十足 , 加甜辣醬更能增加鮮味。 脆皮炸豆腐,皮脆內軟,加上 充滿九菜香味 的醬汁更惹味,不過豆腐味略為不足。去骨 海南雞,非常香滑,明顯選用新鮮雞,調味岩岩好。 油飯上鋪滿香茅、南薑等 ,  飯粒粒粒分明又煮得乾爽 , 不過價錢略為貴。

甜品時刻,選擇不算多,這裡只有沙巴雪餅,為凍吃甜品,有單點、三件及一個的份量選擇,只有我和老公吃,單點好了。先點榴槤沙巴雪餅($55),很像木糠布甸,一口咬口,充滿冰感,以今天17度的氣溫來說,確帶點寒意,不過榴槤的份量十足,吃罷齒頰留香。

今日阿 sir 帶我地嚟食飯,我都想嚟好耐,終於都試到。中午時段嚟到,原來訂好位,所以都唔洗等就有枱喇。睇完菜單,今日嘅牛坑腩同崩砂爽腩都冇。醉酒鵝肝,酒味有唔嗆,鵝肝好厚,放上餅乾食真係冇得頂呀。香酥炸豬大腸,唔會有太多色素,腸皮又夠脆,腸洗得夠乾淨,而且冇酥味添。峇柱醬時蔬,蔬菜冇得選,廚房決定,冇咩特別。羊腩粗麵,羊腩有少少酥,食羊就係要有呢少少味,羊腩唔算太林,有咬口但唔韌,湯頭好甜,而且仲可以選其他湯底架,粗麵好爽口,掛到啲湯一齊食。榴槤雪糕,榴槤唔算多,不過冰食甜品,我就冇問題呀。

要揣摩到壽星的心意,找到壽星喜歡,朋友們也滿意的食肆,並不是胡扯亂來的幸運,憑這一點點私心,轉化及發放出大光芒,正如「老巴剎」的菜式,把我們通殺了,臨走之時,還雀躍地商擬下次到訪的日子,出色的食肆不單讓客人興奮而來,亦令客人帶著興奮而去!

Good atmosphere, decent but a tad pricy lunch set. The atmosphere is somewhat like an elevated cha chan teng. I have tried red curry with fried chicken and Sichuan braised beef. Both were really nice. I recommend anything with fried chicken because it is really juicy. All food come in big portion too. Another thing that looks nice is the fried noodles although I have not tried them yet.
