一心補父親節帶爸爸去食北京片皮鴨,叫了半隻試試,一上枱份量少不在話,沒有一件是圓圓的皮,鴨肉是凍的也沒味道,吃落還有點霉,我們一共點了8個菜,2)椒鹽帶魚 3)老醋蜇頭 4)椒鹽里脊 5)螞蟻上樹 6)酸辣湯 7)蔥油餅 8)炸醬麵,也都沒味道,最過分一碗炸醬麵要$98,還有整餐飯都有烏蠅一路陪伴,店員都不理會,爸爸一路食一路說要投訴,我想在openrice寫好了,不想再有人受騙。

前排聽朋友推介,試咗銅鑼灣一間樓上餐廳食北京菜,估唔到幾有驚喜。先嚟萵筍炒木耳,夠哂清新爽口,好健康嘅同時有淡淡嘅麻油香,食得好滋味。東華門羊肉串,比平時食到嘅羊肉串辣,加埋啲孜然粉調味,羊肉好肥美,烤到邊啲位都好香口。不過最令人期待嘅當然係北京烤鴨啦!鴨肉豐腴,鴨皮又脆又香口。包埋青瓜、蔥同醬汁一齊食,就唔會覺得膩。最後試咗炸芝麻湯圓,外面有一粒粒烤脆咗嘅芝麻包住,每啖都聞到好濃芝麻香,而且既煙韌又有口感。餐廳仲有菊花可以飲,好啱擔心夜晚飲茶會瞓唔著嘅人。

北京烤鴨(半隻)
一上菜的時候,已經聞到濃濃的油香味,金黃色的烤鴨皮脆卜卜,而且還帶有一些鴨肉 ,肉嫩多汁。用最傳統的方法,配上面皮,京蔥青瓜和甜醬一起進食,非常的美味可口!值得推介!

雜錦炒飯,一上菜就看得出很有鑊氣,能夠看到冒出的水蒸氣。簡單的食材炒出一個很美味的飯。當中有蝦仁、三色豆、臘肉、雞蛋等,色彩豐富。主要鹹香的調味,令整個炒飯非常惹味,很好食!

餐廳環境闊落舒適,適合一家大細或者和朋友聚會,而且侍應的服務態度很好!
