銅鑼灣老北京, 冬季推出火鍋, 今晚訂了位約幾個中學同學去試下, 邊爐取暖.房座要六位起, 所以我們三人安排了坐卡座.  落了單食火鍋,  先送上茶及醬油,  分別各付每位 $25-, 即自行混醬. 送 來古法銅鍋, 具統傳特式, 清湯底 配杞子, 薑 $138-  配料食物源源送到. 有雪花肥牛 $248, 顏色鮮明. 牛柏葉 $100.   午餐肉 $68,  蔬菜叫了多款,  菠菜 $48津白 $48萵筍  $48 ~  好爽口. 腐竹 $58  ~ 加上麻辣湯, 感覺多了一份刺激感.手工麵條 $60- , 幾彈牙.同學們 個 個勁擦得,  轉眼已全部食清.再加個 高湯小籠包 (6個)  $70-  上檯熱騰騰, 沾些浙醋, 感受一下北京小食, 也不錯.

與朋友聚餐,選址渣甸中心的老北京。朋友素愛清淡,今天選的全是京菜中比較清淡的菜式。老醋蜇頭色澤透亮,入口脆而厚實,醋的清香從海蜇皮滲透出來,十分清新爽口,黃瓜同樣入味,酸香開口,很好的頭盤菜!賽螃蟹吃北京菜少不免來一道賽螃蟹,炒蛋白模仿蟹肉的質感,一黃金蛋兼置於中間,擺盤精美水嫩嫩蛋白香滿滿,配上鎮江醋,清爽開胃。小籠包外皮厚薄適中,外表均一,咬開盡是滿滿肉汁。酸菜白肉鍋湯頭酸而不嗆、口感溫和,暖和而清淡。
