已預早好幾天預約訂座而餐廳已確認。突然於餐前一晚於深夜自動取消預約說已滿座。後竟然不再交代完全冇道德可言!太過份,亦沒有禮貌!完全打亂客人計劃,不確會作罷!不會再光顧!而餐廳方面只以訊息交代幾句完全對客人沒有禮貌也不將客人當成一回事!

My reservation made via Google (in English) but the Restaurant can cancel your booking unilaterally, without even bother to call you before hand ! I was shocked, and was given a nasty reply by their staff on duty, who told me that my reserved table has been taken up by other customers and the restaurant was already fully booked, without bothering to offer any other alternatives.No manners at all and very arrogant ! I wish them Luck !

其實香港並唔算有好多北京餐廳,最為人所知就係連鎖店XX樓,我都食過唔少次~呢幾日我突然間想食官府菜,跟住就上網查下到底香港有冇啲咩京菜小店可以試下~於是今日就嚟咗呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅老北京!

老北京由門口到餐廳內嘅裝修都係好有傳統中國嘅味道,俾人一種感覺好似穿越返去中國古代去品嚐當時嘅美酒佳餚咁,所以未坐低、未點餐、未進食之際已經好有feel~

首先來個冷盤:夫妻肺片!一上菜已經聞到一陣麻辣開胃嘅味道,牛肚、牛𦟌都切成絲,配合大蔥絲、青瓜絲同埋蘿蔔絲一齊食,口感非常豐富,再加埋老北京秘製嘅麻辣醬料、芝麻同埋芫荽,成碟夫妻肺片嘅層次更豐富,味道再昇華,直頭係味之誘惑,忍唔住一啖又一啖,好快就KO咗成碟嘢!

我屋企人好鍾意食官府菜,所以我由細到大每逢有咩大日子、慶祝活動個陣,全家人都會去佐敦嘅北京酒樓(已結業)食餐勁嘅~以前北京酒樓嘅大廚推介我哋叫碟和菜戴帽包薄餅食,呢個係北京嘅傳統美食~可能受屋企人影響,每次我去試一間新嘅北京餐廳個時,都會叫和菜戴帽同埋薄餅,睇下間餐廳嘅水準,漸漸我將呢樣嘢變成我評價間餐廳夠唔夠正宗嘅標準!

其實和菜戴帽就係一堆肉絲、蔬菜絲、粉絲炒成一碟,最尾鋪上一塊厚厚嘅芺蓉蛋,好似頂帽咁樣冚住雜菜,和菜戴帽個名就係咁嚟~講返老北京嘅和菜戴帽,老實講我唔算太滿意。雜菜嘅部分炒得唔係好甘香,而好食嘅和菜戴帽係會食到好重香油味同埋鑊氣味~不過老北京嘅和菜戴帽就好足料,大大盤!

薄餅方面,其實我覺得佢更似包片皮鴨嘅薄餅,但其實包和菜戴帽同埋包片包鴨所用嘅薄餅係唔同,前者係厚厚嘅一大片,並且用烤爐烤到有啲位置焦脆,薄餅表面又有殘餘嘅麵粉咁樣~而老北京嘅薄餅太過薄身又細塊,而且唔係好煙韌,所以整體嚟講我覺得還好~

甜品方面我嗌咗拔絲香蕉,呢個係我每次去食京菜必嗌嘅甜品!賣相非常吸引,金黃酥脆嘅香蕉上面有一大塊用麥芽糖拉成絲,再用芝麻點綴而成嘅可食用靚靚裝飾!香蕉嘅外皮好酥脆,入口一咬真係有咔嚓一聲!香蕉肉亦都好熱好軟,係真正嘅外脆內軟!老北京嘅拔絲香蕉唔算過份嘅甜,我覺得係恰到好處,所以食多幾嚿都仲未甜到乸喉!十分出色!

老北京比我第一個感覺都真係好老 XD,一入到去好似返左十幾年前既茶樓咁,古色古香!前菜叫左2款:陳醋海蜇頭同雞絲粉皮,覺得2樣都夠冰涼,清新開胃。食北京菜點會少左北京填鴨,睇落都幾有光澤好吸引!份量我地都覺得幾多,每人都分到幾塊,滿意!今晚重頭戲係酸菜魚~啲魚肉冇骨又滑嫩,一啲都唔腥,大家勁快就搶哂~個底有粉絲,吸哂啲湯味都幾惹味呢。最後叫左芝麻湯丸做甜品,唔算太甜,芝麻味都幾突出,做結尾剛剛好。

今晚重頭戲係酸菜魚~啲魚肉冇骨又滑嫩,一啲都唔腥,大家勁快就搶哂~個底有粉絲,吸哂啲湯味都幾惹味呢。

老醋蜇頭 $108
蜇頭透明如果凍條,口感爽脆
雖說是老醋,同行四人一致認為酸味不太品嚐到
反而鹹味十足,大概這是京菜的口味?
不過青瓜爽脆清新,加上芝麻香,也算不錯的涼菜

酸菜魚已配有煙煙韌韌的粉條,很正
魚肉十分幼滑,雖然酸度略為不足

一向都唔好京菜(註:還是抗拒不了北京填鴨)既我焗住去朋友飯局,結論都係唔好京菜。我表示粵菜先係世界級。先講講個茶,茶錢15蚊一位,菊花清香叫對得住價錢。菜式方面比較ok到既菜式係魚香茄子,佢係比較新派既造法,茄子唔多,主要青椒木耳絲,食落酸酸甜甜,幾有口感,但略嫌油膩。酸菜魚既魚係新鮮,魚好滑唔多骨,湯底較為清淡,如果再酸d更好。順帶一提d粉條係好食的,但花左唔少時間搵。北京填鴨都係唔錯,都燒得幾香,但鴨皮略嫌唔夠騷脆。不過包埋春餅加乾蔥青瓜點醬就可以了。218蚊半隻黎講算唔錯。最後全晚最滿意係炸芝麻湯丸,好香口,芝麻味好香濃。總結京菜係重味偏油,適合重口味人士。
