最後一件吞拿魚卷係呢度人氣嘅手卷,紫菜經過看過之後特別香脆,可以即場睇住師傅製作吞拿魚蓉,用上咗肥美嘅吞拿魚肉再加上天婦羅脆脆,除咗有吞拿魚蓉軟糯嘅感覺之外,仲食到卜卜脆嘅口感,落少少壽司豉油已經好好

食完壽司之後,店員會安排味噌湯同埋茶碗蒸俾我哋暖一暖個胃,當日嘅茶碗蒸有好香嘅高湯味,而我印象比較深刻嘅一定要講佢個味噌湯,味道清甜,飲完之後好舒服同埋好解膩,最後就梗係食埋佢個甜品雪糕啦,呢一個lunch食咗兩個幾鐘好圓滿

🐟剝皮魚、野生鰤魚、沖繩苦瓜-刺身都好impressive😍屬於白身魚嘅剝皮魚本身味道清淡,但師傅加入以剝皮魚魚肝做成嘅醬汁,味道即時變得豐富香濃😛中間嘅鰤魚亦令人印象深刻,先食鮮甜嘅鰤魚腩,再食炙燒後迫出魚油香嘅背脊位,一次過有兩種滿足😆沖繩苦瓜居然無被刺身比下去👏🏻醃製後苦瓜除咗味道帶甘,亦帶酸甜味,毫不苦澀,口感亦爽脆。
🐟鰹魚、鮟鱇魚肝最中餅-嚟到濃味啲嘅刺身,鰹魚魚味一向較重,搭配香甜嘅洋蔥醬又幾夾😚右邊嘅鮟鱇魚肝最中餅味道更豐富,當甘香嘅鮟鱇魚肝混入醃蘿蔔粒、香蔥等食材,再釀入脆卜卜最中餅,一啖咬落去食到魚油香,好滿足🤩

🦀香箱蟹-正所謂不時不食,嚟到秋冬季就係食蟹嘅季節喇😻香箱蟹貴為蟹中較為矜貴嘅品種,係呢度都可以食到。一啖就可以食盡鮮甜蟹肉同埋滿滿甘香實淨嘅蟹膏,呢種滋味絕非其他品種嘅蟹可比擬🥳🥳
🥩A4和牛-食完海鮮再食和牛,呢一餐頓時變得邪惡起嚟😈餐廳特別選用A4而非A5和牛,貪佢有油脂香又唔會食到成口油,令到呢一頓豐富嘅晚餐未至於太飽滯🫶🏻和牛有油香又有肉香,口感好軟腍。搭配嘅蔬菜亦出色,有甜辣椒、超香甜嘅粟米仔同粉糯嘅蕃薯🍠
