經網上朋友介紹我食今次依間蛋包飯專門店-生原創夜晚七點鐘去,明明晚餐時間都無人排隊,望入去得2台客(隔離間神full house,外面排左十幾個),心諗會唔會中伏呢🙈 但我都膽粗粗咁入左去間舖個裝修係好日本feel,蛋包飯店以旦為主題, 牆上面有用蛋切咗個蛋字出嚟既擺設,係幾有特色,有興趣可以打卡影下相。店員見我一位就帶我去bar台坐,都好坐,bar台放左好多達摩既擺設點左網上好評既鰻魚蛋包飯,加左18蚊轉左流心蛋上菜速度都幾快個飯黎到時個賣相似京都果間蛋包飯達人,個侍應會幫你介開個流心旦,個feel exactly 就係京都果間咁, 切開個蛋嗰刻呢啲蛋漿真係會流出來既,個侍應仲好貼心咁問我駛唔駛加紫菜粉,心諗緊係老西都加啦好勒到重點,味道如何呢?老實講佢唔值百六蚊,頂多一百先講個鰻魚炒飯個味道偏鹹(可能重口味既朋友會岩),裡面既鰻魚又好少,得幾舊,唔似得只做外賣炒飯既<米米食>每淡都有但只賣60蚊仲可加埋牛肉炒飯底正常濕度,有幾濃既洋蔥味再講個流心蛋,ok滑,可惜佢無咩蛋香,如果主打係蛋既話佢真係要加油整體黎講,可以接受,但價錢偏高,未必會有下次,聽聞午餐會平好多,鐘意食蛋包飯既朋友

好勒到重點,味道如何呢?
老實講佢唔值百六蚊,頂多一百
先講個鰻魚炒飯
個味道偏鹹(可能重口味既朋友會岩),裡面既鰻魚又好少,得幾舊,唔似得只做外賣炒飯既<米米食>每淡都有但只賣60蚊仲可加埋牛肉
炒飯底正常濕度,有幾濃既洋蔥味
再講個流心蛋,ok滑,可惜佢無咩蛋香,如果主打係蛋既話佢真係要加油
整體黎講,可以接受,但價錢偏高,未必會有下次,聽聞午餐會平好多,鐘意食蛋包飯既朋友可以午餐先黎試

呢間鋪頭對於住元朗嘅人黎講係好岀名,我今次第一次食,覺得絕對可以encore 。我叫左三文魚煙肉紅菜頭蛋包飯。睇樣嘅話,佢真係其貌不揚😂,特別對有密集恐懼症嘅人黎講,但呢個絕對係佢嘅反差萌。首先,日本餐廳用紅菜頭做材料已經係有surprise,隻色令到我真係會聯想到三文魚嘅顏色!上面仲有柴魚乾,每次望住啲柴魚跳舞都好治癒。底係三文魚同煙肉炒飯,油而不膩,好香口,炒飯粒粒分明。食食下又可以拌啲白汁轉下口味😋Suggest 大家黎食!

午市套餐選擇很多,蛋包飯有多款可以選擇,全部都可配茄汁,咖哩汁,忌廉芝士白汁,朋友點了吉列豬扒蛋包飯,加錢改轉流心蛋,上菜時店員會即場用刀劃開雞蛋,蛋漿湧泉會慢慢流下來,再灑上紫菜粉,畫面十分治癒,賣相好吸引,很大的一碟份量,蛋質像滑蛋與炒蛋滑溜,蛋味香濃加上炒飯炒得粒粒分明,豬扒炸得香脆,十分驚喜!

我點的牛肉蛋包飯,薄薄的金黃蛋皮包著炒飯,又是另一種風味與口感,相對流心蛋版本,這個比較乾身,加上炒飯粒的口感,入口軟糯,混入了牛肉片夠油香,加上茄汁酸酸甜甜很開胃,同樣大大的一碟!很有最正宗日本蛋包飯的味道!跟餐餐飲選了凍檸茶及熱咖啡,十分抵食!

同屋企人黎左呢間生原創(蛋包飯),我自己好鐘意食蛋包飯,如果喺元朗想食蛋包飯第一時間會諗起呢間。我自己就叫左個海膽蛋包飯,再加左要流心蛋,我覺得貴係貴左d既。平時食呢間普通既蛋包飯,佢係會將d蛋包埋個底,但如果轉左做流心蛋,佢黎到既時候係有舊完整水滴形既蛋放係上面,之後再拎刀由中間cut開,d流心蛋就會流晒出黎,未食就知好滑。而且佢既白汁都好多,夠我撈晒成碟飯,個炒飯好香,加上啖啖海膽真係冇得輸。

食牛肉蛋包飯

個炒飯係炒燶曬嘅,食落口一陣燶味,有時食到嘅飯焦唔係日式炒飯有焦香味嘅type,係燶&苦&臭。

📍木村雞柳蛋包飯因為轉左流心蛋關係,所以蛋好滑,可惜蛋香一般😮‍💨至於個飯味道正常發揮,飯底相對較濕又有幾濃既洋蔥味同埋雞肉份量較少。價錢偏高,未必會回頭。

今日原想去第二間食,點知那間店星期一沒開,於是行行下見到呢間蛋包飯,就試一試吧一入到去冇咩人,見到個男人坐喺度以為係客人,原來係老闆,跟住佢幫我量體溫。見老闆都好似冇咩心機,我心情都樂不起來佢間鋪叫生原創,主打蛋包飯,睇到張menu,揀左吉列豬扒蛋包飯,加八蚊轉黑咖喱,飲凍檸茶飲左啖,不對勁,糖水唔夠,三片薄檸檬,唔夠檸味,茶底唔好,欠茶味,冰又少,我冇叫少冰我好耐冇飲過杯咁難飲嘅COT其實試完凍檸茶,我個心都涼左一截個蛋包飯要好有水準先挽救到分數睇落ok食落呢?飯口感唔會糊口,粒粒分明嘅,但真係唔多夠味,蛋本身得蛋味,要靠個飯本身黑咖喱唔香唔辣,講完豬扒薄過我條命,好似仲醃過,靚豬扒係唔駛醃,醃過嘅豬扒係一定唔好食肉係靭的禮貌上我都要食哂,同埋唔浪費,但真係一次就夠$78,我覺得唔多值,食碗拉麵好過就淨係杯凍檸茶都唔合格

呢間店位於元朗教育路,蛋包飯的專門店,也是屬於日式料理的一種!有各式種類的蛋包飯可供選擇,例如有三文魚紅菜頭,鰻魚,帶子菠菜等....Menu有埋圖片,望見圖片都好吸引,而我點了一個豚肉蛋包飯和一客三文魚刺身!見到個賣相已經好吸引,色香味俱全,面頭鋪上了茄汁點綴,仲有蕃茄仔同青瓜絲做配菜點綴👍🏻👍🏻一切開食第一啖的時候,啲飯好熱,好好食,蛋唔會太厚,裏面有飽滿的汁伴著飯,正!三文魚刺身就有骨,呢個可以再改善!總括來說:環境舒適,坐得舒服,而且裏面嘅裝修得好靚,好有日本風格!
