係筲箕灣住左幾年,終於走黎呢道食野,試左個魚旦粗,雖然佢地d魚旦粒係手打,食落好軟熟,但係落得太多味精同埋胡椒粉,食完之後勁口渴,真係有d失望。

次次都係食旦頭米, 湯底一流﹐魚旦好有魚味! 撞岩有魚皮就好啦(weekend都12到就賣晒架啦夠。。。)仲有最正既。。。。。辣椒油!!! 少少已經好夠辣!! 可惜無得買走﹐唯有買外賣果時帶多D返屋企!! : )凍奶茶﹐熱茶走﹐鮮油多都係我幾至愛!!我差唔多個個星期都必去!

早兩日又去食心愛既切腩片頭豉油撈粗,水準仍舊好。麵身有趙頭,豉油有香味,牛腩肉質嫩又有濃郁肉味,片頭當然正。遲D 又再去食過!

記得細個無咩錢(約20年前,果陣仲係大排檔),同d同學黎呢度食淨米加腩汁,夾份叫碟炸魚皮,有時有d錢先食碗旦腩米,果陣真係覺得好好食!回想起呢段日子真係好開心!     上星期有機會黎到食番(其實有幾次都黎過,不過佢收7點),叫左旦腩米,唉.....唔知係試多左其他地方定係佢無咁好食,d牛腩又瘦又韌,魚旦都算ok啦!失望而回!*做人有時真係回頭太難!

Best "Hor Fun" in town.... beef brisket is wonderful.... so is fish balls.... cannot miss chili oil either....Fresh butter toast.... wow..... worth the extra calories....I just have to go every month!!!

有日專登同男友一齊衝出九龍,嚟到香港搵食,第一站先揀了安利,點了一碗片頭切腩撈幼同片頭肥腩湯河加支cream soda,很冀待,吃了第一啖撈幼,苦的,唔係呀話,吓,就係咁la,點解d人話好好食呢?應該係太重皂水味0既關係...算!!再試片頭加切腩,不外如是,冇特別囉,講真,九記的牛腩好食很多,牛味比較重,內亦較淋,但反而我吃男友的湯河,湯底唔錯,而河粉都幾好食,所以最尾同男友調轉食,如果唔係都幾難啃,不過我諗我會再去食,因想試鮮油多啫

前陣子日本戰敗60周年,去左海防博物館睇野.終於有直口入筲箕灣啦...睇完食評入去運食,最受歡迎就係呢間,就食佢"片頭切腩撈粗", 都係好食隻. 但反而印象最深係女友碗魚蛋~~ 嘩!!好食到...彈牙既魚蛋食得多,可以話呢到最彈最鮮.直頭係係口入面彈彈隻,一定要試!

The place might be small and very crowded sometimes. But food there is fresh, delicious and CHEAP! My favorite is the "4 treasure with dried noodles", their "Deep Fried Fish Skin" also unbeatable! Some fancy "Summer Drink", like the "Fruit Punch" and the "Lime Soda". They have English Menu! You will see many branches in Shau Kei Wan. I always go to the smallest shop. Service is better and quicker than the others. Try avoid busy hours, around 1pm to 2pm! Take away during those time is better. C

Try avoid busy hours, around 1pm to 2pm! Take away during those time is better. Cos they have no place for you to queue up. You might end up standing on the road side. But I can tell you, the food there is really worth the waiting!

10-7-2005 1645星期日有點肚餓,午餐食得好少,同埋想散散心,落去食個麵,一個人的好處係無論有食店有幾滿,都總有個位係吉既,以前多數係坐係對面的新舖,今次去番舊舖。一坐底當然係叫佢的最出名的食品:片頭切腩撈粗;先飲個湯,比以前鹹左些少,但不似落左味精的結果;魚片的鹹度與湯相若,兼冇乜魚味,好似食緊鹵水咁;牛腩係偏瘦型,始終要帶少少肥先好味;再試粗麵,少少鹼水水味,麵已預先用了黑豉油撈埋一齊,得少少甜味,要與魚片一齊食先至剛剛好,下次一定要加醋同埋辣椒油。埋單廿五,唔算平,但有些少水準既,就係咁既價錢,其間都有人叫呢味野,還要爽腩,係喎,唔記得叫佢轉埋,失策失策。
