總結:本來我對於甚麼「全球五十間最佳食肆」完全唔相信,但係呢間堅係唔錯。整體環境、服務、質素,我會比4+星🌟🌟🌟🌟。個人認為花園非常適合 host wedding lunch👰🏻🤵🏻,用心製作嘅食物加上咁靚嘅大自然環境🍃,一定會為你嘅特別日子錦上添花💐~

它這個甜品是我的最愛。

由很多不同莓組成,配上yougurt和小白朱古力球。

分別有藍莓,紅莓和草莓。

而待應會在我們面前把士多啤梨汁淋上面,所以士多啤梨味較重,

但配上yougurt吃下去反而甜而不膩,而小白朱古力球增添一點牛奶味道。

到最後會附上petitie four讓你配以咖啡/茶。

只能說我太愛它這個自家製的朱古力,是由nuts、caramel等等所組成,

所以每次也會額外多買一些帶回家吃。


順帶一提,地點其實有點難找,建議駕車/的士進去,在高爾夫球轉入去便是。

又或可以在村口乘巴士/小巴,以我的蟻速大約行10分鐘左右。

One Thirty One的4 course 午餐收緊每位$600元,我們都認為用料可再講究啲,再靚啲。啱啱番睇完8年前的食評,發現原來我們當年都在說這裡的食材可以更好,哈哈 。Service絕對需要進步,麵包上了5分鐘也未上牛油等等的細節也做得不好。話雖如此,係香港也難得有此類露天餐廳,我都希望它能夠做下去,當然希望食物味道亦會越來越好味啦!

Was busy and forgot to make the payment. However, they called me 3 days before the dining date and said to me that, "I am calling to confirm that your table has been cancelled. I mean if they wish to inform the customer that the table has been cancelled, they could have done it by email on the day cancellation took place instead of over the phone on a date so near to the dining date. I respect their "no deposit no reservation" policy but do not appreciate the way they communicate it to the customer. Will not consider returning to a restaurant with this kind of service.

Noting that ferries and hotels were rather full, we decided to stay in Hong Kong and went to 131.First, for anyone who plans to go there and doesn't drive, pls use 807 Van from the University station only. Yet, service (except for a very friendly waiter who served our food) was terrible (went to robuchon, Amber, Caprice... can't find such arrogrant waiter who speaks very little English).

Then came the crispy rice caviar, apple cake with caviar, mushroom consommé. The mushroom consommé was served with a test tube, had a problem drinking it, as I accidentally burnt by lips drinking it. But it was delicious and satisfying.

Foie gras roll with green apple. Can totally taste the amount of thought and effect put into this dish, the green apples on the side was marinated, the sourness of it balanced out the thick creamy texture of the foie gras mousse nicely.

Last dish, DESSERT!!! Lime/lemon sorbet (forgot which was it... just remember it was citrusy), raspberry sorbet with aerated white chocolate. *clap clap* for the chef! That was one of the best dessert I every tried.

$1200/per person might sounds a bit pricy, but after this visit, I think it worths every penny. Definitely will visit again.
