繼續停不了的意大利菜。其實意大利一個這樣大的國家,單是意粉已經有超過三百五十種,同樣 pizza 也是一樣。今次與好友來到「Opera House」,就吃到了一個頗有特色的薄餅。「Calzone」$208在意大利,通常「Calzone」會像三文治的大小,像一個 pizza 對摺造成一個餡餅,在當地很多街頭麵包店都會有得供應。今次的餡料有 Ricotta Cheese,磿菇、蕃茄、水牛芝士、火腿及新鮮羅蘭,新鮮熱辣,一切開已經聞到很香的芝士及蘑菇的香氣,而且大廚透露麵粉都是由意大利入口,正題吃下去很清新及不會有太飽肚的感覺。另外這天也品嚐了幾款這裏的雞尾酒,像一款叫做「East Side」$88,味道都是以清新為主,第一下飲落的酸味應該来自青瓜,但和酒的苦味混得很㚒,易入口,after taste 是在在舌上變為清甜。其實烹調的學問博大精深,只要細心觀察,也會發現不少小智識㖿!

不得不推介這兒的【香草龍蝦意粉】及【龍蝦意大利飯配薄荷汁】,兩款都很美味,賣相亦精緻。前者龍蝦味與蕃茄味並重,龍蝦肉切得細碎混入其中,與甚為al dente的意粉互相輝映,好吃。另外的意大利飯龍蝦味十分濃重,飯粒煮得較為硬身,就是喜歡這個帶點咬口的意大利飯,而且加入蔬菜粒,弄得較為清新爽口。

食物話多不多,話少亦不少,可是也不能全是龍蝦的,所以還有【烤牛扒】、【烤雞翼】及【烤乳豬】,據說每星期都會更換款式,所以今次相當美味的烤乳豬,下次能不能吃到就要看彩數了,那種皮脆肉嫩,油脂甘香的美味實在難忘。相反地,牛扒就真的不行了,有點凍,而且肉質較靱,炭烤的味道過強,完全蓋過了肉味。

來到甜品環節,桌上放滿了形形式式的意式甜品,喜歡以小杯盛載,吃得方便企理,還在想甜品不會以龍蝦作材料之際,偏偏就有這款【龍蝦Panna Cotta】。在幼滑又富奶香的奶凍上,舖有一層切得細細碎碎的龍蝦肉,口感豐富,估不到鮮甜的龍蝦與奶凍也幾合襯。最後,還有【開心果Gelato】,雖然質感不夠結實,但果仁香豐富,好味。

龍蝦盛宴只會在每個星期六的十二點至三點半供應,對一些要在星期六上班的人有點可惜。小弟能在這個期間不斷地吃龍蝦,心裡是非常滿足的,價錢只是$468一位,如喜歡喝酒的可加錢來free flow餐酒,只是小朋友或不好酒人士卻沒有任何果汁或汽水可任飲了。

I don't usually write restaurant reviews, but I really need to warn others about this restaurant. We tried the Sunday brunch buffet and it was the worst ever in Hong Kong. Food selection was small, food quality was average, and the service was bad. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the amount of selection, I thought there was another table somewhere. The restaurant stated burrata cheese at the appetizer table, but it was only normal buffalo cheese. There were lots of kiddy food such as chicken wings, fried fish, REGULAR sausages, etc.

Among all the food, there was only one dish our table thought was good which was the risotto, others were below standard. The service for drinks was slow. The attitudes of the waiters were sub-standard.

This was my third time here for the lobster and there is a fourth too but I have decided to write the third visit before the fourth.It was during the holidays so there were quite a lot of people.The lobsters were fresh and succulent, the cheese and the plain were the best.The ravioli was very firm and al-dente.The lobster carpaccio was sweet and springy.To finish off I had my favourite gelato icecream which had a very strong natrual pistachio taste.

最後,來到意大利餐廳,有樣東西不少得的,便是Gelato,想起自己身在意大利的時候,天天都要吃Gelato,雖然有點過份,但其實是正常的。這個Gelato的質感比較薄,而這是開心果Gelato,開心果味道超級濃郁,我吃了很多杯呢!!

頭盤絕對少不了一系列的HAM吧! 這裡提供的有好幾款火腿及肉腸, 由最大路的PARMA HAM, SALAME到MORTADELLA都有. 宅女最喜愛的還是PARMA HAM, 這裡的火腿入口十分柔軟有彈性, 油脂度亦適中不會吃到好膩, 而且這裡的RE-FILL效率都幾高, 喜歡PARMA HAM的朋友絕對可以在這裡盡情吃到飽!

另外當然也有幾款不同的沙律菜, 配上千島, 香草或檸檬油做醬汁, 當然竟然有火箭菜可以任吃! 宅女平日非常喜歡吃火箭菜, 但買過火箭菜的朋友都應該知道, 在超市買一小盒都巳經要數十元, 真是吃個青菜都吃得很心痛....但就是愛火箭菜那種濃郁又獨特的味道! 這裡看到的居然是一大盤, 可以任吃~宅女馬上就拿了好幾ROUND, 簡單的加點黑醋, 美味到極點!

另外不能錯過的還有這裡的BURATTA CHEESE, 餐廳不計成本的由意大利入口, 質素巳是不俗. 這種加入奶油的水牛芝士平日在餐廳吃單點不便宜, 現在又是任吃, 真是有點驚訝. 芝士呈半乳化狀態, 入口非常軟棉又富奶香, 吃起來甚有彈性而且帶點黏, 只需輕微加點醋吃味道巳經有所提升, 單是這個芝士宅女就連吃了四件....

頭盤還有這個少見的龍蝦生薄片伴檸檬特純橄欖油. 平日很少會見到自助餐會有這道生龍蝦片, 皆因一來成本貴二來衛生問題, 質素不到十分好的級數也絕對做不到刺身的. 不過這裡就可以放心任吃, 入口肉質肥厚得來甚為爽彈, 鮮味濃郁. 但這款龍蝦片超級搶手, 而且每批推出來數量有限, 想吃的話就要密密留意RE-FILL了.

熱食方面先來有些配角包括有珍寶炸雞翼, 薄餅配龍蝦醬汁, 薯條, 煮什菜等等, 除了什菜之外都是些頗為飽肚的食物, 所以在這環節內每款淺嘗一下就好了. 不過那個珍寶炸雞翼看似平凡, 但身邊幾位友人吃過個個都讚好, 大隻得來炸得香脆夠乾身, 油份又不多, 值得一試.

主食方面幾款都是即叫即製, 確保吃到的都是新鮮的. 幾款分別有蟹肉龍蝦意大利雲吞, 香草龍蝦意粉, 龍蝦意大利飯配薄荷汁及一款龍蝦忌廉湯. 只需要跟櫃檯前的廚師點好想吃哪一款, 等數分鐘就可以泡製好出來.

每份的份量不算好多, 如果怕太飽的話還是可以2個人來分. 用上CARNAROLI意大利米, 再配上以車厘茄跟薄汁做成的醬汁, 出來的賣相黏稠感十足, 入口薄荷味又不算很重, 質地都幾CREAMY的, 但最喜歡的還是他們的意大利米能做到偏硬的程度, 吃起來甚為煙韌, 能做到這種煙韌度的意大利飯的餐廳著實不多, 有點驚喜. 另外飯上亦有配上一塊大大的龍蝦, 用白酒跟白蘭地來爆香過, 吃起來帶點酒香但味道不會好重, 整體來說水準不錯.

這款看起來也是很有份量感呢! 意粉一碟不是很多, 所以不怕吃完會很飽. 用上香草跟蕃茄作醬汁底, 入口帶有濃郁的蕃茄香, 而意粉的軟硬度適中, 吃起來都幾彈牙. 上方還放上一大隻蟹鉗. 雖然驚喜度不及意大利飯, 但以自助餐來說這個水準巳經是上佳了.

雖然宅女本身是喜愛喝龍蝦湯, 但坊間一般供應的龍蝦湯不是味道太過假, 就是咸得像吃鹽一樣. 見這裡都有供應龍蝦忌廉湯, 不過還是有點怕, 所以只淺嘗了兩口. 想不到湯身質地都幾滑, 而且帶點龍蝦鮮味, 跟平常喝到的不太一樣. 不過整體來說宅女自己還是覺得稍微咸了點, 如果可以改善一下就會更完美了.

除了有意大利粉及意大利飯, 這裡亦有兩款少見特色主食, 分別是菠菜龍蝦班尼迪克蛋及迷你龍蝦漢堡配黑松露菌醬.

近年興起食EGG BENEDICT, 不少咖啡店或西餐廳都有供應, 不過水準參差. 這裡作為自助餐亦有任吃EGG BENEDICT, 本來對這個期望不大, 拿了一件來試, 雞蛋做得不錯, 一切開內裡的蛋汁便慢慢流出來, 味道都幾香甜, 而底下還夾著幾片龍蝦肉, 實在來得太豪華了~墊底的麵包也烘得香脆, 不過如果荷蘭汁的份量可以下得多一點吃起來口感就會更豐厚了.

另外迷你龍蝦漢堡配黑松露菌醬, 內裡也是夾著幾塊香煎波士頓龍蝦, 再塗上一層厚厚的來自意大利的黑松露醬, 味道香濃, 不過最欣賞的還是這裡的麵包都是自家製的, 更能吃出餐廳那份用心.

吃了那麼多菜色, 其實主角都還未上場呢! 所以來這裡千萬不要被前菜及主食引誘吃得太多, 否則就會錯過接下來更精菜的美食了!

其實可以任吃的龍蝦總共有五款, 其中四款都是焗的, 分別配有芝士, 南瓜, 羅勒跟蕃茄汁來焗製. 醬汁全都是餐廳自行調製, 味道都幾濃郁的. 當中宅女還是最愛芝士焗龍蝦, 滿滿的芝士汁鋪著整份切半龍蝦, 醬汁跟龍蝦肉一同入口味道香濃不巳, 龍蝦肉質亦夠彈牙不會焗到好乾.

不過如果不喜歡這種調味較濃的龍蝦, 其實也有一款凍食龍蝦可以任吃, 雖然不是放在櫃檯那邊拿, 但只要跟侍應落ORDER, 凍龍蝦還是會源源不絕的奉上.

如果遇上食肉獸的朋友, 嫌吃龍蝦太單調, 這裡都有兩款肉食可以滿足他們的. 像這天就有燒沙朗牛扒. 大大塊又夠肉厚, 燒出來色澤相當漂亮, 中間的肉還是帶點粉嫩色. 吃了幾片, 肉質十分軟嫩, 脂肪量少一點, 甚有嚼勁.

最後來到甜品環節, 選擇不多只有7-8款, 不過款款都是精選挑出來的, 絕不是平日大路的什果蛋糕或迷你撻. 其中必吃的絕對是這個用上龍蝦製作出來的龍蝦PANNA COTTA! 把龍蝦肉切碎後伴在奶凍上方, 本來以為一咸一甜味道會好怪, 但出奇的兩者的食味又配合得幾好, 而且奶凍結實得來相當幼滑, 亦富奶香, 來這裡是必吃的甜品!

其他的甜品亦有芝士蛋糕, 法式燉蛋, 木糠布丁, TIRAMISU, 朱古力撻及蘋果批等等. 雖然選擇不太多, 不過都是些較為受歡迎的意大利甜品, 而且味道不錯, 大都沒有伏, 總好過放幾十款但亳不吸引的甜品出來吧. 每款小小一杯, 雖然肚皮有限但都可以試到2-3杯.

甜品另一特別要試的就是這個自家製的開心果GELATO了!! 能在自助餐上看到自製GELATO機真的很少見. 味道只有一款開心果, 不過都是大眾喜歡的口味. 試了一小杯, 開心果味非常濃郁, 比起坊間的更香幾倍, 不過可能是自製了之後沒有繼續攪, 所以質感有點稀身, 而且很快溶掉, 如果這個雪糕可以做得杰身一點, 吃起來必定更滿足!

感謝店方跟公關之邀令宅女可以盡情地飽嚐了一次龍蝦宴.

感覺這裡的食物款式不多, 但都是貴精不貴多, 每款都在水準之上, 而且都十分吸引的.

當然最回本的就是任食五款龍蝦, 基本上吃到3隻左右再加些PARMA HAM跟水牛芝士就可以絕對回本.

雖然只限每個星期六有供應, 不過如果來到聖誕節那個星期六 (即12月27日), 價格都是一樣不會加價, 算起來就非常抵吃了! 宅女都在打算訂位自己跟妹妹再來吃, 所以如果有興趣的話就要早一點打電話來訂位了.

唔好俾佢停,即叫即製的龍蝦意大利飯,以及龍蝦意粉亦隨之送上。Pasta果真做出彈牙的口感,而意大利飯,味道亦毫不失禮。除混入龍蝦肉外,每碟更附上一隻龍蝦鉗,好浮誇。

飽得九九十十,係時候要醫甜胃。蘋果撻和朱古力撻,兩者之中我較喜歡後者,貪佢夠濃郁。仲有小杯的芝士蛋糕、燉蛋、木糠布甸等。不過,最矚目的,必要說到龍蝦奶凍。

事實上,我最喜歡的甜品,皆不是以上的東東。這裡的開心果雪糕,才是一絕。我平時不愛這口味的雪糕的,但這兒的出品,味道不會假,真係超好食囉!是我的心水推介,必試!

甜魔媽媽及妹妹都餓了,快快開餐啦!妹妹愛吃包包,而媽媽及劉總就急不及待向龍蝦、帶子進發!一連吃了四款精緻頭盤,各有特色,感覺自己似在吃 fine-dining 盛宴了!按平日的次序,應該是先吃水果及沙律,但火腿實在太吸引,第二轉已經忍不住吃了!真心喜歡柔軟豐潤的巴馬火腿,襯上哈密瓜很匹配;當然 Coppa 也不錯吃。加上一杯 Prosecco,感覺更妙了~

也取了些沙律、芝士、Salami、Cooked Ham等等。沙律菜很夠新鮮,另外芝士拌上蜜糖,也特別好味。如非要留肚給龍蝦及更多主菜,這樣的份量我可以吃上3-4份!

自助頭盤再吸引,三輪下來也要休息,留力給龍蝦。先品嚐凍食的龍蝦,肉實鮮爽,很多膏呢,配上 Prosecco 邊食邊飲,真是無上的享受~

其實近期最回味的 Brunch,始終是萬麗海景酒店的 Champagne Sunday Brunch;但如在下是超級龍蝦迷,又只有星期六比較有空,這個 Saturday Lobster Brunch 應該會讓您滿意!再說,這裡的設備也算很 baby-friendly;由於當日 Brunch 後甜魔媽媽要同妹妹參加一個活動,妹妹也來享用了這裡的 VIP Children Playroom。這偌大的房間,原本是 VIP Room,現逢週六就會化身 Children Playroom,讓小朋友可以在這裡開心玩樂,而大人就可以盡情與龍蝦廝殺了!
