同老公五週年紀念日,今日比左99湊D細路,專登Book左日本野,同老公拍下拖~一入到去,環境好舒服,D侍應都好Nice,好有耐性介為我地介紹,好親切~ 因為老公好鍾意食蠔,所以叫左個北海道厚岸蠔刺生,平時我都唔太好生蠔,但今次入口鮮甜爽滑,海水味又不太重,鹹味和肉質厚度適中。之後個海膽天婦羅,UM,感覺都幾新奇,初時唔敢抱太大奇望,感覺又軟淋淋的野拎去炸,但出到黎口感都幾好。仲有叫左個和牛岩石燒,真心推介,因為我地本身都好鍾意食牛,今次係香港等一次食和牛,比起日本,都唔會差好遠~ 均勻的雪花紋同細嫩的口感,聞落去,有陣陣的香氣,未食都已經流晒口水~ 最後甜品,試左山葵Jelly~ 唔錯唔錯~ 值得推介。下次會帶埋小朋友再去~

之後個海膽天婦羅,UM,感覺都幾新奇,初時唔敢抱太大奇望,感覺又軟淋淋的野拎去炸,但出到黎口感都幾好。

仲有叫左個和牛岩石燒,真心推介,因為我地本身都好鍾意食牛,今次係香港等一次食和牛,比起日本,都唔會差好遠~ 均勻的雪花紋同細嫩的口感,聞落去,有陣陣的香氣,未食都已經流晒口水~ 


最後甜品,試左山葵Jelly~ 唔錯唔錯~
值得推介。

下次會帶埋小朋友再去~

今天朋友帶我來中環試成名已久的這店。她說這裡是她們同事的每星期必去飯堂。我們點了。。。鹽燒喜知次。。。脆皮肉質鮮嫩,連不太好魚的我也停不了。和牛富士溶岩石燒。。。入口溶化。口感一流。食材真一流。雜錦天婦羅。。。個人認為必食之選,虾大又彈牙,佩上露順更天衣無瑕。價錢合理。環境衛生也好好。員工也ok good.特別有個樣子cool cool地的女侍應被我個煩朋友問左問右,也好有心地一一解答。好好的一餐飯。正!

今日放工,d同事帶左我去試新派日本菜,本身一直都想試好耐,但未有時間,好開心今次終於試到。一入到去,已經覺得個環境幾好,氣氛都唔錯!因為我對食物敏感,問完又問,但d侍應都好有耐性解答我地的問題!服務態度值得一讚!我地叫左一個海鮮鍋、炸胡麻豆腐、剝皮魚刺生(一向唔食魚,但今次都食左幾舊,味道唔錯,都幾甜)、海老春卷、吞拿魚腩丼(吞拿魚腩好肥美)、大蝦天婦羅(無咩特別,同一般天婦羅差唔多)、鯖魚壽司、甜品食左菠蘿燉蛋(值得一試!)好滿足的一餐!其實仲有好多野想試,但實在太飽!唯有下次再試!

約左兩個朋友食lunch,一上到去我個fd就話佢地改左menu貴左好多,本來最平$90都有,而家$150起跳,仲少左好多選擇。本來諗算啦又唔係成日食,呢間咁多好評應該好食既。叫左個鍋燒烏冬雜錦天婦羅定食 $168。餐前沙律我本來expect個沙律會靚d,但其實個賣相真係唔多掂,個幾片菜又無咩光澤,同我食普通$6x既餐會黎既沙律差不多。定食茶碗蒸不過不失,無咩餸但都叫幾滑,蛋味就略為失色。個秋葵唔錯,我本身都中意食,佢d秋葵細細條一睇就知唔會老。食天婦羅個陣我地研究點解無天婦羅汁,個侍應話呢個餐係直接浸湯食,我地直頭下左出黎,不過佢都好願意比個汁我地,天婦羅食落粉漿唔厚,有2隻蝦,份量算係合乎佢個價。但去到個烏冬我就炆左,個烏冬明明係主菜,我係想食好煙韌個種烏冬,點知一咬落去完全唔係個回事,無去到街市買咁差,滑得黎無咩咬口,大失所望。

但去到個烏冬我就炆左,個烏冬明明係主菜,我係想食好煙韌個種烏冬,點知一咬落去完全唔係個回事,無去到街市買咁差,滑得黎無咩咬口,大失所望。

Actually i want to order cold udon set but they put it into the Chef Special Menu which i can only choose it from 11-20 May. The portion for udon is quite big and the soup is with strong soy sauce flavour. Udon is not chewy enough and a bit soft. Tempura includes 2 shrimps, 1 okura and 1 mushroom. The tempura is quite oily as i can see the oil paper under tempura absorbed lots of oil. 

My friend and i both feel disappointed about the change in menu and actually the environment is quite noisy too.

在日本見過 Ore-no 的日本及法國版,雖然是立食,下午四點已大排長龍,掙扎過後,未有光顧,難得在蘭桂芳開了,要試試。蘭桂芳的 Oreno 也非常熱鬧,人頭湧湧,好在等位後不一定要立食,更好。日本的Ore-no 門口放了該店米之蓮級大㕑照片,香港用了電子版。店員介紹了四個招牌菜,就試試吧,跟住有個日本酒師介紹了些酒配搭,也成。海膽高湯啫喱見到很多人也點了這份海膽高湯啫喱, 外觀精緻,海膽 mousse 鮮甜,好像溶入了些甘笋的清香,十分美妙,米之蓮果然並非浪得虛名。和牛 Sukiyaki個人較重口味,熱愛濃厚的 Sukiyaki 汁配生雞蛋,Oreno 的不一樣,和牛嫩滑,配汁偏向清甜,另類風味,我不太喜歡,女仕們卻在搶。不知是豆腐還是 mochi上級材料以外的驚喜,鹅肝醬芝士威化果然是平民米之蓮,非常創意,肝醬、芝士、威化,好味加新鮮感

酸酸地的青瓜配姐喱及海帶加上大大片的鮑魚,簡直絕配!

鹿兒島豬扒面豉燒

雖然是豬扒但口感完全是豬頸肉,配上炸香了的䓤片,香噴噴,爽口彈牙!

冷制野菜配堅魚燒汁

這沒什麼特別,但可清新口中的味道!

海膽胡麻凍豆腐

我最愛的芝麻味食物,弄成豆腐口感,加上海膽!甘香而滑口!一流

總結:環境加食物及價錢是滿分,下次可約朋友再來及飲酒傾計

在朋友口中得知蘭桂芳有一間不錯嘅日本料理,一直想去試試,終於上周有機會了。店裡裝修舒適時尚,而且職員服務親切有禮,職員用專業介紹食物給我們也非常細心,食物質素出色,有創意。。我鍾意我們點了魚生,新鲜而肥美,另外那個鯖魚壽司也是超出水準,鵝肝牛柳肉質鮮嫩味美上乘之作。
