平時食鐵板燒閒閒地都要千幾二千,今次去呢間餐廳有多款套餐選擇,豐儉由人,我和朋友選了一個《極尚和牛套餐》$1200二人餐,連加一平均一位6百幾。西柚蝦沙律:酸酸甜甜口味清新,是道開胃菜。西澳龍蝦:雖然size唔大隻,不過都好有肉,用龍蝦膏來炒,炒至七成熟夠曬爽口,唔使再調味已經夠味道。南非鮑魚:沒有落鹽,只係用白酒嚟煮,食得出鮑魚嘅新鮮味道,再點自家製嘅海苔醬,多一份層次口感。牛舌心:用上牛舌中間的位置,其部位夠多脂肪,咬落去夠諗身,配埋牛油雜菜,配搭豐富。A5和牛:和牛以薄切形式烹調,加入的大量蔥花是我的至愛,牛肉和蔥花一起放入口中產生很好的化學作用,令味蕾大爆發,好味。海膽海鮮炒飯:炒到粒粒甘香,就算已經夠飽,但難擋炒飯的香氣,所以食下食下就成碗食曬。昆布蜆湯:原塊昆布剪成一小塊一小塊,加上鰹魚湯,清清地帶點甜味。甜品:薑味雪糕,薑得來卻唔會辣,薑很特別但食落又容易接受到,加塊鐵板牛油小多士,配搭出色。這餐食得很滿足,加上環境及服務都不錯,值得一再捧場。
