值得再去嘅一次鐵板燒餐廳,食材靚,調味都好啱我心水。我同朋友都揀咗set D,可以食到佢地最掂嘅菜式貝類轉咗做南非孔雀鮑,個人覺得仲正,鮑魚肉好厚身緊實,鮑魚鮮甜。講到鐵板燒,龍蝦都算係重點項目,今次西澳龍蝦配海膽汁又係令人難忘,煎到超級香,我同fd都一致認為整道菜油香好足,配埋蝦膏海膽汁,諗返都令人口水流。肉類我特登揀豬,根據過去經驗,鐵板燒嘅豬往往可以帶畀人驚喜,果然冇令我失望,原黎呢度用嘅豬肉都係大有來頭,係匈牙利攣毛豬,油花分佈均匀,肉味濃。師父推薦7成熟,真係好嫩口。基本上唔需要點調味已經好正,中意嘅都可以沾碟旁邊嘅竹炭鹽調味。清酒煮蜆蜆肉飽滿,個湯又鮮甜,食完肉味濃嘅食物之後有呢道菜真係非常合適。炒飯都冇馬虎,加入海膽,炒到粒粒分明,食完滿足曬。甜品玄米茶雪糕。總結:呢間都算係我幾鍾意嘅一間鐵板燒餐廳,食物正,適合約會慶祝,咁啱當日隔離枱有情侶就係慶生,佢地整個用餐都十分歡樂。

肉類我特登揀豬,根據過去經驗,鐵板燒嘅豬往往可以帶畀人驚喜,果然冇令我失望,原黎呢度用嘅豬肉都係大有來頭,係匈牙利攣毛豬,油花分佈均匀,肉味濃。師父推薦7成熟,真係好嫩口。基本上唔需要點調味已經好正,中意嘅都可以沾碟旁邊嘅竹炭鹽調味。

今天下班後和朋友一起吃飯,我們相約在銅鑼灣,商討了一會兒就決定吃鐵板燒。 我們大概7點半到達,店裡的裝修很有氣派,乾淨舒服。我們選了Set D套餐。 未幾,沙律就上來了,沙律菜加上酸甜的柚子醋很開胃,還有鮮蝦仁呢! 之後來的是南非鮑魚,旁邊醬有淡淡的奶油和新鮮的香味,建議先試原味,因為燒過的鮑魚香實在出色。 之後就是期待已久的西澳龍蝦呢!7成熟,肉質彈牙,而且肉質配上蝦膏經過烹飪後更加入味。一試難忘。 我們選了一份愛爾蘭羊架, 一份厚切豚肉。我個人很喜歡羊,鐵板燒出來也十分不錯,豬也很好吃。 接著就是清酒煮蜆和海膽炒飯。鰹魚和清酒十分夾,湯底還有海苔,很鮮甜。 炒飯也有濃郁的海膽味,真不錯!最後以豆腐雪糕作結,總的來說我會推薦給喜歡鐵板燒的朋友呢!

最近到銅鑼灣一間頗負盛名的日式鐵板燒餐廳用餐,進入餐廳的瞬間,我就被它精心設計的裝潢所吸引,餐廳營造出一種現代且舒適的氛圍,大自然的元素和木質的家具營造出一種和諧的感覺,讓我感到賓至如歸。我揀選了一款套餐,包含海鮮和肉類:前菜是季節沙律,選用合時蔬菜,擺盤精緻,相當醒胃。來自澳洲的龍蝦,師傅從魚缸撈起,開邊起肉,經過悉心的烹調,香噴噴的澳洲龍蝦,入口鮮甜彈牙。令人回味無窮。來自南非的兩頭鮑魚同樣精彩,師傅費盡氣力才將兩隻緊黐住缸邊的鮑魚採出,清洗乾淨後放在鐵板,冚蓋煎了片刻,師傅火候拿捏精準,鮑魚入口相當鮮甜軟腍,非常滋味。厚切日本A5和牛 - A5和牛是日本著名的高級和牛品種,今次吃的具有卓越的嫩度、大廚巧妙地將A5和牛切成厚片,並在熱鐵板上烤製至適度的火候,入口即化,完全感受到肉質的鮮嫩和香氣。清酒煮蜆 - 看似簡單的一道菜,其實心思工夫可不少。落清酒一刻火焰溢出,視覺滿分。蜆肉肥美,鰹魚湯底清甜可口。最後還有我喜愛的芝麻雪糕,相當滿足的一餐。
