早前聽朋友介紹,長沙灣有一間不錯的法國餐廳,周末有機會便來一試。一進入內,都已滿座了。幸運的等了不久便有座位。餐廳雖不大,但感覺不錯。先來一個龍蝦湯,有龍蝦的鮮味,又不會太鹹,不錯的餐湯。到主菜進場,Lobster Linguine ,單看賣相已經非常吸引,急不及待立即趁熱試試。龍蝦新鮮,啖啖肉,不韌,再試龍蝦汁意粉,濃郁美味!另一個主菜是Fish of the day - 鯛魚,外面炸得很香口,但不乾,裏面仍保持鮮嫩。鯛魚本身清淡,配上四種不同的醬(千島、蛋黃、茄汁及caesar dressing)就剛剛好,個人感覺最配的是蛋黃及caesar dressing。薯條份量很多,稍嫌熱氣,如果換上薯蓉會更好。感覺到這裡的食物是用心做,而且工作人員的服務態度也很友善。這裡雖然地方不大,但感覺舒服,是和朋友聊天、吃好東西的一個好地方。

另一個主菜是Fish of the day - 鯛魚,外面炸得很香口,但不乾,裏面仍保持鮮嫩。鯛魚本身清淡,配上四種不同的醬(千島、蛋黃、茄汁及caesar dressing)就剛剛好,個人感覺最配的是蛋黃及caesar dressing。薯條份量很多,稍嫌熱氣,如果換上薯蓉會更好。

朋友介紹,話法國藍帶名廚,訂了兩次位先有,滿有期望。怎知一進門,已知中伏,地方窄,餐檯距離很近,很難跟朋友傾到計因為很嘈。而且張餐檯衰過茶餐廳,咁樣很難令人會覺得食法國餐囉!食品水準普通水平以下,份量偏少,但收得唔平,當然比知名法國餐廳平一點,但食品質量不靠譜,根本物非所值。例如個鯛魚意粉:意粉很淡無味,塊魚很薄仲有腥味,黑松露卡邦尼意粉:忌廉汁很黏口,可能煮得OVER咗見佢廚房用的是平價香草,絕非正統法國菜大廚的品味。總之很失望,甜品都唔食,寧願過對面大中華食糖水!

星期五晚大家都要OT, 所以地点唔能夠太遠,要中間。約少見朋友又無理由去大家樂m記,長沙灣係一個中間点,剛好係大家中間。我地約左8点左右,等左陣就有位。佢門外幾靚,同旁邊餐廳不樣。坐底後其實唔錯,環境都好靚。 岀乎意外好味,通常餐廳都唔會煎香去先放落沙拉到。芝士薯條我個人好鐘意食薯條,依個芝士更係唔錯。 我地都好快清晒。 如果佢啲薯條係用薯角就更正。依個意份幾好味,佢啲忌廉剛剛好唔太重。啲面硬度都幾好。個大蘑菇更係不得了。我地都好鐘意,勁快清左。依個係豬,比想像中香,又唔硬。其實佢地有牛,但我地有人唔食得所以無試🤧。下次要試下其實我地想再叫,個近10点已經last order 。 唔想阻住人,所以我地最後都無加單。

聽朋友講過呢度egg benedict做得特別好,所以趁要去長沙灣廣場果時就順便黎食。切開我無影到,但同睇食評見到既相一樣,流心既蛋黃係好杰身,用上既雞蛋質量有一定水準,因為杰身蛋黃好有蛋味。而hollandaise sauce亦帶微微酸,果然係佢名物,但egg benedict 呢樣野對我黎講係咪真係要咁山長水遠食呢,個人唔認為啦,但朋友就覺得值過海黎的。所以我都係鐘意食正餐,有d意外呢個卡邦尼汁帶酸味,問清楚之後確定係加左檸檬汁落去,呢個組合對我黎講好新奇。西多當然唔係港式啦,做得好鬆軟,而且蛋漿帶上蛋香果種。若然環境光猛小小,我真係覺得呢度會係一個幾好既地方,但憑食物質素都足以介紹了。

oyster egg benedit

第一眼最為吸睛是震騰騰的流心蛋,底下是圓形的厚方包,旁邊有翠綠綠的雜菜沙律及巴馬火腿,更有兩隻漲卜卜的生蠔。先評流心蛋,我最喜歡半生熟狀態,當戳破蛋黃後再配以方包共同吃用(方包更是微微烘過,帶出麵包香味),感覺帶點邪惡又停不了口。吃到一半時,看到流心蛋底部有一堆嫩綠的菠菜蓉,菠菜味道夠清新夠軟稔,調味適中,一點都不膩。整體味道非常清,此時吃一口巴馬火腿,咸味適中,感覺非常滿足。

生蠔分別是Pleine Mier 和 Guintinl,Pleine Meir 大隻及厚身一點,漲卜卜的,吃下去感覺很滿足,同時它比較濃味一些,海水味及咸味較重,同時仍然有天然的生蠔味道。 Guintinl 偏向瘦身一點,味道清新,質感再滑身一些。相比之下,我就愛吃漲卜卜的Pleine Mier ,口感實在是太滿足了。

看著這豐盛的All Day Breakfast,實在令人心花怒放. 先說牛角包,是我所喜歡的充滿牛油香且鬆化的牛角包; 香草腸juicy; 薯角外脆內軟糯; 特別要求的熟蛋也做得到 (本身是半熟蛋),不過可能要求熟蛋的關係,連在一起的煙肉則煎得過火了,有點乾硬. Anyway,這是一客好吃的All Day Breakfast準沒錯吧!

荔枝角一向都有好附出名既餐廳,如果唔係係哩邊番工,都真係會錯過左好多正野。今日同事就帶我去左整法國餐廳到食lunch,聽講係由藍帶既廚師打理,聽到都好興奮。同事話佢個egg benedict好出色,我就叫左個龍蝦班尼迪蛋喇 佢隻龍蝦的確整得好好味好爽,而個egg benedict就同以往食開既唔同佢有菠菜係入面同埋個包比較軟身,可能係方便吸收更多既Sauces, 檸檬既酸中和左蛋黃既飽滯感,加埋菠菜更有層次,食完有唔係好夠候既感覺哩間餐廳絕對係有水準,會比到你驚喜。再食多個Dssert就滿足哂啦,班戟入面包住左燒過既香蕉,香蕉微熱加埋朱古力雪糕,口感好滿足,唔會太甜岩岩好~最後附上All Day Breakfast比大家參考。
