叫左一個雞卷,一個飯,每人一杯紅茶,比我心目中冷(個人喜歡勁熱吃東西),但醬汁真的很好味,同都幾飽,羊肉都好酥味重,有口感因我地坐太久,於是叫多個芝士卷,內全是芝士,味道都重,但反而同醬汁不太配,因而沒有食醬會好點,我地吃不下坎時仲有2個,個男仔仲問我打不打包(全英文)..我說不要啦,佢覺得我有d浪費添...杯紅茶都消化到少少東西..因而又飲左3杯,不過味道真不錯,環境幾好,坐下來都舒服, 又有姐姐同你傾下計(當然中文啦...)不過男仔就不懂中文..有點可惜添...哈哈..因佢在(忘了花園定女人,成日搞亂(好似是女人街,盡頭是嘉樂商場),所以人流不多,不太吵,可以慢慢傾下,12點收工..入左2小時,太多是外國人多..不錯選擇

今日行開旺角,口痕諗住搵d野食,經過女人街,見好耐都未食過卡巴,就走左去our restaurant,本來上一次食完都覺得差左,不過故念那次客多忙致水準下降,但今次九點幾去到唔多客,但係點左食物之後仍然要良久,而食物既質素更加是低劣,今次同個fd兩個人叫左個芝士春卷,燒牛肉粒卡巴,燒羊粒配飯,本來至愛的芝士春卷失望至極,以前一咬開香脆外層d香濃芝士就咇晒出黎,但今次春卷皮唔脆,我以為自己食緊湯圓,芝士小得可憐,個燒牛肉粒卡巴,牛肉既小且乾,整體黎講似素菜卷多過牛肉卷,惟幸d蔬菜尚算新鮮;燒羊肉粒份量小,無羊味,但飯又硬,食物質素差都算喇!!現在連以前既殷勤的招呼都無埋,茶都無人酙.........

身為愛吃之人,第一個條件就是不偏食,什麼國家的菜式,只要是好吃,也會吸引到我來一試。點了一個雜錦轉轉燒烤肉配著條,要雞肉加羊肉。雞肉和羊肉一上碟只是微暖,羊不算羶,雞肉沒有味,加上它們稱的白汁,像酸一點的沙津醬,又有點像酸忌廉,感覺不錯。薯條真的要讚,炸得熱,外脆內軟,有點像開業初期瘋薯的薯條,但這兒的薯肉比較少。薯條本身下了不少鹽,不點茄醬也可,可能手勢慣了,我們照點可也。還有些菜和洋蔥作伴碟,洋蔥味在口中久久不散,不喜勿吃。轉轉燒羊肉卷,餡料不多,羊肉也是不夠羶味,有烤過,但也不熱,也是用上上碟差不多的配料,菜、蕃茹、洋蔥,白汁,卷在一起吃也沒有很豐富的感覺。點了一杯凍檸水,和送上一杯土耳其紅茶。凍檸水沒有下糖水般,我們加了很多糖水才夠甜。土耳其紅茶其實也有陣陣香味,不過要呷真一點才會感覺到。味道ok,蔬菜新鮮,但不夠飽,有緣一試無妨。ps : 如果你會去西門町,在很多小販中找尋有這個轉轉肉的,那個卷才叫好吃麻。

作為愛吃的人,我是願意去試任何一個國家的菜色。不過,在香港要找正宗的土耳其菜吃,孤陋寡聞的我只懂伊斯坦堡的幾間店,除此之外沒有其他。某日路經,被門口的轉轉羊肉和雞肉吸引,就走入去試試。店內掛上土耳其景點的油畫,每張檯上又放著幾本有關介紹土耳其的書籍,還有相信是當地的師傅在陣,親力親為的在做菜,炮製當地特飲,感覺會是很地道的。看著餐牌,來來去去都是雞肉魚幾款,不是土耳其特色做法就是卡巴,選擇其實並不多。不過對我來說,只要是做得正宗,這不是問題。最後,揀了土耳其特色雞肉飯以及轉轉羊肉飯兩款,和朋友一齊食。這裡的轉轉羊肉飯其實就是Kebab的材料,不過就是薄餅皮換上了白飯。切下來的羊肉片,帶點羊羶味,正正是我想要的,但稍嫌羊肉燒得不夠硬身。吃這羊肉,當然會配上Mayonnaise,這裡做得對。土耳其特色雞肉飯,混入蓄茄和青椒,少許辣味,對辦了。吃了味重的雞肉,伴碟也有清新的鮮蓄茄片和菜,很好的配搭。土耳其紅茶喂西茶一樣,口味獨特,不是人人喜歡,但我可以接受到。

SHISH LAMB & SALAD -
Craving somehow for a Mediterranean style salad for the early night, I opted for one of the dishes I eat all the time overseas instead of the full Doner Kebab with carbohydrates and Lavash Bread. The salad consisted of normal garden salad components namely: Red Onions, Cucumber, Tomato and Shredded Lettuce.

The Doner shaved Lamb portion was slightly too small to my liking and usual experience, normally one gets around 2-3 times as much1 It was topped with a Tzatziki style like Cacik yoghurt sauce, which helps balance out the grease. I think the lamb was too underseasoned to taste authentically Turkish, perhaps this was custom adjusted to suit local Hong Kong people's palates! Slightly too locally slanted in seasoning and marination but nevertheless enjoyable.
I also think that just like any Shish Kebab, the meat normally taste better when its fully loaded as opposed to relatively empty, since the meat receiveds more exposure to 'heat' and develops a more browning taste on the surface yet remaining moist inside!

AYRAN YOGHURT -
Turkey is the inventor of Yoghurt from what I know, so I ordered a slightly salty tasting yoghurt drink and this was ok-good. Quite similar to salted Lassi from India, yet its not as thick or strong. Some other Hong Kong customers complained about why this yoghurt tasted strange and 'salty', very embarrassing for Hong Kong people to be honest but amazingly, the lady boss cancelled that component of their bill for them. (Completely unexpected - because I thought the general service here wasn't very friendly, except the ex-Optometrist chef. But they do care about the customers I suppose.... just needs some more attention!)

TURKISH RED TEA -
Tasting a bit like a Chinese Red Tea, but a tad more sweeter and smoother and with more mandarin like undertones than usual? It also carries resemblance to Sri Lankan black tea somehow just much less intense.

OVERALL - ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE EXCEPT FOR SMALL PORTIONS. I THINK THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE FROM EXPERIENCE THOUGH!

聽說土耳其甜品中有一款叫「米飯布甸」今天友人結伴到這間餐廳吃。其實見到門面感覺真的很逼沒有空間很不想進去,不過這個米飯布甸卻把我綁架了米飯布丁:酸酸甜甜,有一點似益力多,不過以米飯的清淡味道取代了益力多的甜味同場加映羊肉卷,麻麻地:羊肉卷來說,這款非常多油,未知是否土耳其的特色但見到這麼多油.....食完都幾封喉,另外羊肉都幾 "酥" 下

今日睇完戲,就去左通菜街搵野食朋友話試過呢間唔錯而我又未食過咁就試下啦 .第一次接觸土耳其食物,感覺都幾新奇。而且座上有幾個外國人黎食添,心諗味道應該唔錯見到個蕃茄沙律好似幾好味咁,不過冇嗌到.睇完MENU之後,發覺好多野都差唔多咁花多眼亂 ...最終叫左.-轉轉烤雞肉卷其實入面D料感覺同飯果D一樣 ...只係用個薄餅之類既野包住 .. 而且個薄餅唔太好食 , 好厚有小小un食到個牙都有d 支力; 咁 .-轉轉牛肉飯d 牛肉煮得唔un,ok入味...加埋d 酸乳酪, 生菜, 蕃茄,洋蔥再一齊食又幾好味酸酸地又有牛味幾好食 ~ -轉轉雜錦飯同轉轉牛肉飯差唔多, 呢個就羊肉, 雞肉同豬肉都有自己唔中意食羊肉都食左幾舊, 唔太羶我接受到呢 ~ 同埋幾香口呢個都值得推介 .比較中意飲佢呢到d 檸茶, 唔太甜而且有茶味服務其實都ok, 幾有禮貌 .. 不過地方太細啦! 會撞到周圍d人... 價錢唔太貴,味道唔算太突出但其實都可以一試:)

其實入面D料感覺同飯果D一樣 ...
只係用個薄餅之類既野包住 .. 而且個薄餅唔太好食 , 好厚有小小un
食到個牙都有d 支力; 咁 .

-轉轉牛肉飯
d 牛肉煮得唔un,ok入味...加埋d 酸乳酪, 生菜, 蕃茄,洋蔥再一齊食又幾好味
酸酸地又有牛味幾好食 ~


-轉轉雜錦飯
同轉轉牛肉飯差唔多, 呢個就羊肉, 雞肉同豬肉都有
自己唔中意食羊肉都食左幾舊, 唔太羶我接受到呢 ~ 同埋幾香口
呢個都值得推介 .

比較中意飲佢呢到d 檸茶, 唔太甜而且有茶味
服務其實都ok, 幾有禮貌 .. 不過地方太細啦! 會撞到周圍d人...

價錢唔太貴,味道唔算太突出
但其實都可以一試:)

今晚諗唔到食咩,所以突然慶起出左旺角食,諗起之前睇open rice見到呢間食評都唔錯。所以同阿哥走左黎食,見到佢最出名o既係羊肉卡巴,而且加埋野飲都係$35,所以決定一試。我地大約七點幾去到,見到人丁單薄,得一張'木台'有人坐緊,唔理啦,任低坐先。點知一拎起個餐牌,發現出事la,點解d價錢之前睇o既相差咁遠?一個卡巴加杯熱茶或咖啡都要$50,轉汽水或凍飲都要加$5,唔理啦,都入坐黎,所以點左個牛肝飯 ($55)同羊肉卡巴($50),飲咖啡同土耳其紅茶。雖然貴左d,但諗住質素好o既都算啦。點知隔一陣個侍應走埋黎話冇晒羊肉卡巴,我就被迫轉左雞肉。之後等左陣d野飲黎la,我地一飲,出事,d紅茶普通到唔普通,一d茶香都冇,咖啡仲衰,冇咖啡味,好似飲緊熱水咁都算啦,諗住d野食會好d,但點知,個牛肝飯黎左先,d牛肝冇咩味,又難咬,配料又難食,係d醬料好d,但d飯又冇汁。唔可以話好差,但咁o既質素一定唔值$55,之後等左好耐下個卡巴至黎。我即刻拎個手機黎影左張相先,影緊o既時候,個waiter無啦啦走埋黎拎返走碟野,話拎錯左。我即刻o左咀。但見住佢走埋去同個廚師傾左幾句又拎返同一碟野返黎,勁無奈。

食之前已經搞到一肚氣,一食,仲慶,舊野勁少雞,其餘全部係菜同勁多沙律醬,又唔好味,咁o既價錢,我o係出面食到更加多好味又有質素架啦。
仲要o係度受氣,叫佢幫我將舊卷切開一半,又話不如我俾把刀你自己切,咁o既服務態度學人收咁貴。
又要叫咩冇咩,最大問題係佢o既完全唔值呢個價
所以一定冇下次。

女人街有好多日本料理,但我同男友就試左較少有的中東菜。不過它太不起眼,好細間,行過左都唔知。雜錦轉轉套餐($58):是日供應(四至日)雞肉和羊肉(一至三先有牛肉和魚肉)。配田園沙律,凍土耳其紅茶。肉類好鹹,羊肉有點膻。沙律幾好味,有青瓜粒,番茄,生菜,紫椰菜,洋蔥,好清新。土耳其紅茶甜甜地,唔太凍。肉類配蔬菜感覺健康D,就當食少一餐飯啦~芝士春卷($25):5條,沒有其麼特別,只係春卷皮卷好,加D芝士,以上是什麼驚為天人的配搭,但無芝士味之餘貴得有點搵笨。又唔太似芝士波,沒有煙靭的口感。土耳其米飯布丁($25):質地好濕,好似泰式椰汁西米布甸,有d飯未煮熟,咬落去仲硬粒。味道還可以。好多人食卷卷,不過對塊包皮真係無咩興趣,食到最後永遠都要硬啃,所以我地一開始已經無諗過叫。原本打算叫多個湯試下既,不過問店員話今日無湯............無計啦
