他們搬來尖沙咀更方便,shopping完我和老公,朋友去試一下。

試了各樣不同菜,我跟你們說最like一定是蠔,他們的蠔處理得好乾淨,沒有蠔殼夠凍,味鮮!還有秘製醬料提升味道。另外他們的snack combo好像high tea set, 試齊他們特色小食。另外霧煙sashimi, 好artistic,唔捨得食!各様食物質素比以前更好。

更開心的是Oystermine有甜品了。一真覺得西餐一定要有甜品才夠完美。現在真的perfect! 不過因為昨天太full了。下次吧🤤

星期五較晚下班,唯有到公司附近揾食。一直是蠔魔 Oyster More 的fans,加上已近晚上九時,本能地走到餐廳,竟然發現滿座;雖然大部分食客用餐明顯已近尾聲,但相熟的侍應竟然迴避目光,連出來稍稍說明都沒有,決定到其他餐廳。Oystermine剛開張時,曾經光顧,當時感覺已不俗。晚上剛踏入餐廳,侍應馬上調動桌子,安排座位及介紹菜式,服務態度抵讚。生蠔十分生鮮,味道Creamy,唯有點殼碎,開蠔技巧可以再改善。海膽刺身同樣新鮮,但我個人較喜歡西班牙出產的味道,而配料的青瓜可以再切薄一點。墨魚春卷炸得香脆,墨魚蓉彈牙,再配合沙律醬,簡直是醒神前菜。德國豬手,配合薄餅及冬蔭功粒粒,甚具fusion感。豬手味道沒有過鹹,放入薄餅一起進食,油香滲入餅肉,不但沒有絲毫油膩,還使餅帶油香。冬蔭功粒粒令菜式帶有酸辣味,豐富味道,不再只有鹹香般單調。白酒蜆意大利飯,較為失望。蜆有腥味,可能是煮得不夠;意大利米過軟過爛,入口白酒或白汁味均欠奉,吃到一半放棄了。當晚的附加驚喜是見到歌手張敬軒及助手們一行十人同店用膳;更重要的,侍應沒有厚此薄彼,態度專業。

舊同事當中有媽媽級的,所以難得出街一次,想找間舒服的邊食邊談聽就聽得多BOSCO有份開,雖然未至於想用餐時見到他,不過都係出名先黎先叫幾款小食,真係好好食,份量不多,好想encore,但要留肚食蠔同主菜,忍住朋友們叫了兩枝酒,所以每枝有關隻蠔送,好新鮮仲要味道好配酒,又想encore,  忍住,主菜我們叫了羊架,意粉,同薯條,今次真係好好味,真係要encore上菜時間偏長,明白用心煮要時間,若非book 了7點,我想這飯邊食邊飲要12 點才完

OYSTERSS!! We ended up ordering 6 at first and then 2 more from their daily oysters menu. There's 2 Fleur Des Eaux, 2 Papin Poget, and 2 Schaller. All ranging from $52 to $66 per piece. We asked for the creamier and sweet flavored ones. They were pretty darn delicious.

These fries were freakin' fantastic. It comes with a truffle oil sauce which is conveniently tucked inside the soft boil egg. The truffle oil was sooo yummy and the fries were perfectly crunchy and crispy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside.

Last but not least was the signature squid ink risotto with sea urchin and Hokkaido scallop $188. This was a hot, hearty, creamy portion of risotto rice topped off with a generous portion of sea urchin and Hokkaido scallops. We washed it all down with some white wine and Bloody Mary's. The staff and service were on point- constantly smiling, being attentive and just having great service. The place got packed on a Friday night- so make sure you call in and reserve a seat.

成塊扒做唔到肉嫩,要用下牙力同佢拼
雖然有牛味但唔香,而塊扒亦只有三分一做到juicy嘅口感,其餘三分二都得好少肉汁。
反而配菜燒薯仔就有驚喜

餐廳私人度高,服務都好好。 食物樣樣都新鮮同好好食。不得不題既係。 佢豬扒不得了咁嫩滑既肉質。 豬肉本身已經耐熟,仲要燒到咁入尾咁香,可想而知廚師既功力有幾勁! 第一次覺得豬扒係好食過牛扒! 識食一定要食呢樣!

差唔多11點先約個朋友食飯, 呢個鐘數好多舖頭都收左. 咁岩搵到呢間餐廳, 收2點~於是試下原來係tbb台小生Bosco開的小店先講環境, 店內裝修唔花巧 , 亦唔算有情調 呢到主打生蠔,但我唔愛食蠔無點到,可惜。Cheapcheap地開左枝Champange ($368) , 價錢咁平就有一枝,都無乜要求好唔好飲~先黎麵包, 算熱的  都幾脆  ~ 唔會硬掘掘~~溫泉蛋 + 薯條服務生話可以當蛋漿做個sauce , 薯條點黎食真係幾正喎, 薯條點蛋漿黎食有新鮮感啲薯條熱辣辣 咬落卜卜脆 好味!!煙燻蟹餅 $108呢個好難食! 黑色果"pat"醬係朱古力用黎點蟹餅食, 非常九唔搭八 配埋個味道好怪... 所謂煙燻蟹餅 成舊只係食到燶味!我寧願就咁煎或炸完塊蟹餅直接上碟好過...依家所謂的煙燻效果 只令我感覺到食緊一舊燒焦的物體。蟹肉又太少 完全唔足秤 稱唔上叫crab cake係我食過最難食的蟹餅, 好失望帶子海膽墨魚汁意大利飯 $188要讚下, 凍ge海膽撈落熱ge飯到食, 口感很正個意大利飯軟硬度煮得好適中墨魚汁個味較得剛剛好 唔會太咸亦唔會淡而無味成個飯唔會太乾,做到少少crea

用黎點蟹餅食, 非常九唔搭八 配埋個味道好怪... 所謂煙燻蟹餅 成舊只係食到燶味!

我寧願就咁煎或炸完塊蟹餅直接上碟好過...依家所謂的煙燻效果 只令我感覺到食緊一舊燒焦的物體。蟹肉又太少 完全唔足秤 稱唔上叫crab cake

個意大利飯軟硬度煮得好適中
墨魚汁個味較得剛剛好 唔會太咸亦唔會淡而無味

意大利飯軟硬度都係煮得好適中
個汁同成個飯亦配得好match⋯ 
鵝肝就好唔掂, 煎得唔香 食落無甘味都算啦~仲要食起係超大陣腥味!! 好難頂

總括:: 埋單兩個人$957...若果無開到香檳 $600就落到樓喇,算走大眾化價錢。
服務都ok...食物質素好壞參半 , 仍有好多進步空間
