I went to the Pacific Sky BBQ last Sunday with a booking of 4 BBQ pits for over 30 people. We found the environment of the venue, entertaining facilities and the service of the staff good. We don’t expect the taste of frozen food should be as good as the fresh one; however, the texture of the meat and the over salty seasoning are really awful. What made me feel really unhappy was the quality of the scallop. I had ordered 30 scallops at the cost of $34 for one, with a total cost of $1020. I do expect that the quality should not be too bad; however, my guests and I found that the scallops filled with sand and the texture was just like rotten food. We dared not to eat them and in the end we threw away almost half of the scallops we ordered.
I have sent Whitehead Club a complaint letter, but no reply so far.
