這一天,來到圓方這個大商場吃午飯,就在商場近九龍站出口附近的幾間中菜館中揀了這間「百樂潮州魚翅酒家」用餐。已是午飯時間,這間又是潮州菜館,那就不吃點心了,就簡單地叫兩個潮州菜加白飯吃好了。「滷水鵝肉拼盤」($198/例)是這兒推介的潮州十大名菜之一,相比起那些大紅蟹、潮州魚翅、灼響螺盞等名貴菜式,滷水拼盤不失為一個相對便宜的選擇。例牌的「滷水鵝肉拼盤」,鵝片並不太多,只有面層中間那些,大概有十件八件,鵝片兩旁,是滷水蛋,鵝片底下,則是滷水豆腐和滷水魷魚。這「滷水鵝肉拼盤」是有點令自己失望的,滷水汁不夠濃醇,鵝片也不夠靚,水準只是一般。跟「滷水鵝肉拼盤」相比,我更喜歡實而不華的「手打魚蛋津菜煲」($108)。簡簡單單的潮州魚蛋、配以方魚、津白、唐芹,草菇,清淡中不失美味,與味濃的滷水配合,一濃一淡,都算是下飯的好配搭。這裡的各款小菜、點心價錢的確不便宜,但考慮到地段,這兒始終在九龍區數一數二的商場內,仍算是合理價吧!況且,現時餐飲業正處於前所未見的寒冬中,這兒每天下午二時五時,所有菜式堂食都有八五折,性價比立刻提升了不少呢!

ICC这家中规中矩的潮州菜,环境确实是很好的,但菜的口味只能算是一般,适合商务宴请吧,价位么看怎么点菜了,从人均几百到几千都能吃的不错的。开年跟朋友下班在这儿聚会吃吃燕鲍翅,海鲜,鱼翅的质量还是可以的,很新鲜。分量么也算是足够。燕窝个人觉得做的一般般,吃的没什么味道。凉菜和卤水拼盘挺好吃的,特别是大肠,个人很喜欢。其他的主菜,甜品,时蔬之类的不过不失吧,感觉上不算特别出彩。附近住的明星,金融业者挺多的,这里常见,挺适合追星族。服务态度很好。在香港繁华的商业区能体会到这种接地气的热心服务的店不多。总体而言不错的一家店。

The waiters will take any opportunity to have you finish your meal and turn tables. They would storm in and take your dishes (with self-brought baby cutleries still in the bowl) even if you haven’t finished your meal. This reminds me very much of a couple of Cha Cha Tengs with poor service... but I am paying a service charge at Pak Loh!

It took me a few similar experiences before I took the time to write this, there are a lot of better restaurants around and I don’t have to go back to this one.

The receptionst is super rude , she gave me some attitude when she sat me down at the table around 12:05 . By 12:30 , I have inform her that my friend is running late and on her way and waiting for my order but she yelled at me and ask me to leave as she need to give the table for another person ! I really don't know what have I done to experience this !

晚上同朋友去圓方睇戲,睇戲之前搵下有咩野食先。朋友想食潮州菜所以我們揀了百樂潮州魚翅酒家,晚上8點半後很快便有位了。坐底了之後待應便送上了功夫茶給我們。骨香鵝肉片加滷水雞蛋,鵝肉片滷水味很香濃,肉質幼滑。還有滷水豆腐墊底吸引了鵝肉精華。淮杞燉鮮螺頭湯,湯燉得夠鮮螺頭味,湯很鮮甜。欖菜肉碎四季豆,炒得很香口,真係食唔停口。魚香茄子煲,茄子肉碎辣椒一齊煮成的小菜,雖然有些油但很惹味。白粥煲得很軟綿綿,撈埋欖菜肉碎一齊食好有味道。清心丸綠豆爽,爽口。蓮子棗皇糕,食落口感彈牙,棗味夠濃。
