To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 下午約了朋友去了圓方飲茶, 很久沒去百樂潮州酒家屬少數正宗潮州菜食肆, 酒家環境寧靜闊落, 開餐前先喝杯味道甘醇的功夫茶,還有酸甜爽口開胃的美味咸酸菜,來作為前菜!招牌點心孖寶 (蟹籽粒燒賣, 潮州蒸粉果) 各兩粒燒賣- 大大粒鮮蝦、冬菇、咬落口肉質爽口彈牙粉果- 內含少量肥豬肉,再加花生餡料十足,肉香非常瑤柱蝦米蔥花腸皮薄餡香,雪白晶瑩、米香軟綿滑溜,加點甜豉油滑入口, 口感軟滑鮮雜菌杞子棉花雞棉花雞的雞件大塊軟嫩, 配搭鮮雜菌和杞子健康有營翡翠蘆荀素餃皮薄晶瑩通透, 餡料豐富內有蘆荀粒, 紅蘿蔔粒, 冬菇粒等等... 那蔬菜的鮮嫩與清爽滋味都令人再三回味整體來說環境舒服, 服務好, 食物有質素, 價錢都合理!

辛丑牛年大年初七,除了是人日,亦是 COVID--19第4波疫情下,恢復晚市堂食的第1天,熬過80天,終於可以外出吃晚飯,我建議吃潮州菜,家人一致同意,立即訂座圓方百樂潮州酒家。開心!看餐牌樣樣都想吃,一下就點多了,包括:#潮式炸雙棗,自小就喜歡吃炸蝦棗和蟹棗,兩樣都好吃,真的要比較,炸蟹棗會高分些,因為蟹棗能吃出絲絲的蟹肉,炸蝦棗只吃到蝦膠。#潮州香煎蠔烙,吃潮州菜必點這個,好好味!#骨香鵝肉片,另一必點項,鵝肉吸收了鹵水的濃香,好吃!墊底的鹵水豆腐是強勁加分項!#普寧豆醬雞,第1次吃,雞肉很入味,連骨都化開,挺喜歡的菜!#手打魚蛋津菜,魚蛋比津菜好吃!#潮州炒麵線,點多了,這個直接打包,隔天翻熱吃,味道仍然挺好的!#胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯,本餐唯一差評這個,太鹹太辣,喝不了!

開心!看餐牌樣樣都想吃,一下就點多了,包括:

#潮州香煎蠔烙,吃潮州菜必點這個,好好味!
#骨香鵝肉片,另一必點項,鵝肉吸收了鹵水的濃香,好吃!墊底的鹵水豆腐是強勁加分項!
#普寧豆醬雞,第1次吃,雞肉很入味,連骨都化開,挺喜歡的菜!
#手打魚蛋津菜,魚蛋比津菜好吃!
#潮州炒麵線,點多了,這個直接打包,隔天翻熱吃,味道仍然挺好的!
#胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯,本餐唯一差評這個,太鹹太辣,喝不了!

福果芋泥
夠晒地道潮洲甜品,唔係間間潮州菜館都有得食。芋頭蓉經糖煮過份外香甜可口,質感稠得嚟又綿又滑。福果即白果,對呢個甜品極能起劃龍點晴之效。
